Thanks for all the enquiries. Keep them coming |
Odunharry:Likewise. This run of games for Herrera is now bringing back the confidence we saw in him at the beginning of the season. Also, all this while, LVG was just wasting Mata on the bench since January. Our game is now totally different with the calmness we now have in possession. Fellaini`s game has really improved. He makes it difficult for opposition to know how they are going to counter our game. It`s great that we now know our best eleven with good balance. |
It has now showed that Di Maria is part of this teams problem. Thank God that he didn`t start. His play puts the team under a lot pressure when he loses possession with his runs. His play affected us in the second half. LVG should now know that this is his best starting eleven. |
That`s a television goal. |

The guys did a very good job. Good that Jones recovered from his early jitters. It`s always better playing Rooney as a striker than in the midfield. He`s now scoring regularly. Spurs didn`t just know what hit them. Our game made them look mediocre. Next is Liverpool. We need to win there to get them off our back. |
Jones have started. |
I`m not really confident with this back four. |
Hahahaha! This is very funny. People Deceiving People should keep on deceiving its people with the a stale news. The event that happened in December 2014 is being brought out to deceive people as if it`s a new news. This particular event was widely reported in the media on the 24th December, 2014., that`s about three months ago. You people are now using it to score a cheap political gain. Keep on deceiving yourselves. www.vanguardngr.com/2014/12/3-000-apc-members-defect-pdp-lagos/ Read for yourselves and see the date. |
Calm down nah

LVG lost us that game yesterday with his half time subs. Bringing in Carrick finally slowed down our game. Why remove Shaw? Unless he wants to tell us that he was injured. We were containing them before he made those changes. What he needed to tell them at half time was for them to be compact and help one another out in defensive duties and to improve on their games in the second half. I don't know what got into Valencia's head last night for him to be leaving his position and taking an unnecessary infield runs. Did he forgot that he was being used as a fullback? He also caused the first goal because he chose to be at the central defence where three or four other players were instead of him being at his position at the right full back. LVG is now becoming more of the problem to this team. I have been saying it and will keep on saying it that playing Fellaini in the hole doesn't make any footballing sense at all when we have Mata always sitting down on the bench. For crying out loud Fellaini can and will never be a better no 10 than Mata. I find it difficult to understand the type of possession philosophy we are playing with Fellaini in the hole. Fellaini should always be brought on when things are not going on well for tactical reasons. Playing Fellaini in the hole is contradictory to playing possession football because those incisive forward passes will never be there. I have been noticing that something has changed in Herrera's game in his past few games. His passes are no longer risk-taken through passes in the opposition's final third. The kind of passes he made during preseason and the beginning of the season are no longer there. At times when he has the chance to move forward with the ball or make a through forward pass, he will hesitate then look to his side to make sideways pass.Could it be that LVG has instructed him to always pass it safe and not taking those risks? Could that be the same reason why Mata is being benched? So many questions begging for answers from LVG. He may not play Herrera again for a long time. I doubt if we will finish top four with the way LVG is tinkering with this team. Every game of the remaining 10 games in the league is like a final. |

chrisley024:Evans in that back is going to be a liability. Not comfortable seeing him there. |
Rexyl:Exactly my point. That shows unseriousness on the part of Pres. GEJ. That report was submitted to him since July 2014. Why not make a copy of the Original copy and send it to the assembly? Then, if they don`t work on it before they go, you re-present to the incoming assembly after they are inaugurated if he`s really serious about the implementation rather than waiting for now to now be using that as a tool for us to seek our support. If he had presented it to the assembly since July 2014 and the members failed to work on it, we would`ve known that isn`t his fault but that of assembly members. But he felt they should first doctor it before sending it to them. |
Rexyl:This is not a conflict of interest neither am i saying that APC is "clean" as you have said. I am only giving my vote to perfomance like i`ve said in my earlier post. What you are relying on is a mere promise by GEJ. How do you expect me to trust a man who promised in 2011 to fix elecyricity problem within 4years but failed to live up to his promise? He also said that if he couldn`t fix the problem within four years, he would not be able to fix it even if he spend 100yrs. To even think that he had first hand information of the electricity problem shows that he can`t fix it. He`s already spent 2yrs on the job as at then. How then do you expect me to trust him that he`ll implement the report? Come to think of it, the doctored report will still go to the National Assembly before it can become law. What if it gets there and the Assembly members think otherwise? He`ll then be blaming the Assembly members. This is the time for me to hold GEJ to his earlier promise on electricity in 2011. This will serve as a hard lessons to all politician if he`s voted out that we are no fools. What if he`s voted in and he decides not to even send the doctored report to the National Assembly? How will we hold him responsible for his failure considering the fact that that will be his last term? The time can never be right than now to let them know that we are no fools. |
Rexyl:Yes, they have good plans and we can see that in the state they are controlling right now. The pull out of the CONFAB because it`s waste of money and time. We`ve had some in the past with them not seeing the light of the day at the end. There was no sincerity behind this as well. Otherwise, what was the reason for raising another presidential conmittee to study the report and recommend the implementations of the report since July 2014? Why didn`t he pass the report directly to the National Assembly to do that if he meant well for the report? He`s now using that to campaign for votes in the South West. Why is he not using that to campaign for votes in other region? Or is it that it is only South West that is going to benefit from the Report? Afenifere are only fighting for their pockets not for Yoruba race. |
Read what Barr. Femi Falana (SAN) who attended the same CONFAB with them said about the CONFAB report they are hinging their support for GEJ on. www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2015/02/27/supporters-of-jonathan-in-south-west-self-serving-femi-falana/ They are only after their pockets. How can Omisore of all people be my leader. Bola Ige was a member of this Afenifere before he was killed. To even think that the same Omisore assaulted Bola Ige before he was kilked shows that `Chickens are already eating the intestine of one another.` |
papalumi29:Don`t mind them. That`s why the group splited into two. We also have the Afenifere Renewal Group. To even see that Peter Obi former governor of Anambra state was part if their meeting is ridiculously laughable. They are not going to vote for me and my family. So, they should only pledge their votes for President Jonathan. They have lost their relevance. They have not even spoke against the #ekitigate. We are wiser now. |
elampiro:Maybe you need to explain to us those matches where Jones played as right back since the beginning of this season in the EPL considering that in a back-three there is no right back. The three defenders play as central defenders. |
Dadehmola:I don't even think Shaw was injured. It was just a dumb sub. And to even think he left Fellaini on for the whole 90 mins still baffles me when he's not offering anything. LVG is beginning to be the problem with his tinkering too much with the team and bad subs. When he starts a match with a bad selection, it will definitely lead to forced subs when things are not going on well. What is the point playing McNair on the right when Valencia was available? Removing Shaw while Fellaini played full match Playing Fellainin in the hole when Mata and Herrera were available. I still prefer Smalling in that back four than Jones. That's my own opinion LVG is already seven months on this job but still doesn't know his first eleven when all players are fit. |
What is happening to Rafael? Is he no longer our player? |
chrisley024:Our defending was also very poor. The way we were being cut open at the back means no good organization at the back. I also don`t know why LVG played Fellaini as our 10 when we have Herrera on the pitch. I believe that added to the disjointed attack. Fellaini will never give us penetrative forward passes. |
chrisley024:Maybe we should so that we have more bodies in the midfield. Our away form calls for more concern. |
That our defence is not well organized most especially during set-pieces. |
Di Maria injured his pelvis in training. |
chrisley024:I believe if he's kept upfront he'll still drop into the midfield but the extent to which he'll drop will not be as much as when he's stationed in the midfield. This will reduce the number of the back passes he makes. I know Rooney will not stay entirely upfront because he get's attracted to the ball easily. |
coogar: chrisley024:You are saying that a player with the highest back passes in the league should play in the midfield. This is the same reason why Cleverly never improved our game and most fans said he should be sold. |
I don't know why LVG has refused to be using this Herrera guy regularly. He played well today. |
