I have seen nothing in Lacazette's game to be uberconfident he will score 30 goals in EPL ( something even better strikers than him have struggled to do).
All his blistering pace in Ligue 1 will look average in the EPL. Also he is not blessed with overwhelming power and he is just above average in terms of technique IMO.

There are truly very few realistic options in the market in terms of quality CBs and CFs...... but it is still possible to get someone (money talks)

From the link you posted, Ferdinand confirmed Man Utd refused to pay more than the amount they felt Robben was worth. That's no snatching. Chelshit only paid more after Man Utd refused paying more and dropped interest.

Chelshit didn't snatch Robben from Man Utd, but they snatched Mikel from us. As for Pedro, Man Utd dropped interest in him as confirmed by LvG.

It is even worse for you to use Admission and Confession in the same context. They don`t mean the same neither do they relate in any way. Confession is an acknowledgement of guilt in a criminal case while admission is an acceptance/acknowledgement of facts.

Tell us how you are going to tell a judge that he lied against himself. Also tell us what you are going to tell the judge that you did not lie against him.

If Rooney says he plays as a lone striker, and the evidence suggest otherwise. Rooney will lose the judgement. This is because there will be other questions asking (a) What formation played? (b) Where did Hernandez play? (c) Where did Welbeck play? (d) How many matches did you play with Hernandez? (e) In you interview of June 2012 You priased Welbeck in an interview for playing so well as the lead striker for England just as he played in front of you for Man United. (f) Are you aware clips of all matches are documented?

You have not seen anything. When you get to court, your responses will be tested with the evidence supplied and cross examinations.

Even in criminal case where statements are admission to guilt, evidence and other curcustances that come up during the case will rubbish the statement.

You evidence also has to pass to be admitted as exhibit. Who no go no know. This is no theory.

Rooney played virtually all matches Chicharito played. Which means Rooney was not the reason Chicha was on the bench. Welbeck and Chicha were the alternate strikers.

Rooney kept his position behind them. I have seen commentaries of 2011 stating concern on who was better as a striker between Welbeck and Chicha. As we go along, I will be producing these materials.

Manchester United look to finally solve the problem of Wayne Rooney's best position after years of filling in the gaps

July 2008 and Sir Alex Ferguson sits in the dug-out of a football stadium in Durban and talks about Manchester United's prospects for the coming season.

At that time, Luiz Felipe Scolari is manager of Chelsea, Portsmouth are among United's early opponents in the Premier League and Arsenal are only four years in to what is now an eleven-year wait for their next English championship.

Some things, though, are the same. Early in the conversation, Ferguson is asked about Wayne Rooney.

'We have to define his role a bit better,' says Ferguson.

'We have kept using him in different positions, asking him to sacrifice himself for the team. I have to take a bit of responsibility for that.

'I think his best position is through the middle.'

Spin forwards seven years. Much has changed in Rooney's life but much has stayed the same.

The season before that Ferguson sound bite, Rooney had scored just 12 Premier League goals as he was rotated through his manager's formation. Last season, his first under Louis van Gaal, he scored exactly the same number during a campaign that at one point saw him operating as a holding midfield player.

'So hopefully if I play up there again this season then I can score the goals. It is where I like to play and I am sure it is where I will play. It is where the manager and myself see my best position.

'Hopefully I can get a good run of games and repay the manager and score goals for the team.

'I have played different roles over the years for United but you only have to look when I play for England as a striker I score goals. I am ready for the season.'

Rooney is an uncomplaining kind of footballer. Over the years at Old Trafford – he is about to start his 12th season at the club – he has won enough trophies to compensate for the times when he has inevitably sensed the frustration that comes with weeks spent playing effectively out of position.

Towards the end of Ferguson's time the subject irritated him. Equally David Moyes found the subject tricky and only this week Van Gaal bristled when asked about his captain.

'The English media always tell me where he should play,' he said.

This time round at least, Rooney has been pencilled in as United's number nine and he believes the numbers back up the argument.

Asked about the 2011-12 season that brought him 35 goals he said: 'That was the last time I really played the full season as a striker.

'All the other seasons I have been up front, then in midfield or out wide so hopefully if I stay up front then I can get near that again.

'I have no doubts in myself. I have no doubts that I can do that again and I am ready to take on that mantle again and be the one who gets the goals for this team.

'Certainly I hope to score 20 or more goals again. If I am playing as a striker then I will be disappointed if I cannot do that again.

'I don't think I have sacrificed myself too much over the years. Football is a team game and you win and lose together.

'Over the years I have been successful and won a lot of trophies with United and I think there are times when you have to do things for the good of the team and I feel I have done that.
