'HE MADE ME INTO A ROBOT' - FORMER MAN UTD BOSS VAN GAAL SLAMMED BY SCHNEIDERLIN

The France international has opened up on his testing spell at Old Trafford, with a move to Everton required to bring enjoyment back to his game
Morgan Schneiderlin has accused Louis van Gaal of turning him into “a robot” at Manchester United by removing all freedom from his game.
The France international was taken to Old Trafford by the Dutch coach in a big-money transfer in the summer of 2015.

He arrived as one of the most highly-rated midfielders in the Premier League, but left for Everton in January 2017 having struggled to make the expected impact.
Schneiderlin believes that is down to the methods of a manager who tried to stifle him, with Van Gaal seeking to turn him into a different player than the one he signed.
Speaking to French newspaper
L’Equipe , the 27-year-old said: “This first year with Louis Van Gaal sticks in the throat.

“I didn’t take any pleasure on the pitch. He left me little freedom in my game, even though I have quite a lot of experience in the Premier League.
“With him, I felt like playing a robot. They said to me, ‘You must never go and get the ball in this part of the pitch, you must not do this, that’. These instructions may have disturbed me a little.

“When a player wonders during a game – ‘But what does the coach want me to do in this situation?’ – he begins to be less efficient. Especially at Manchester United, in a context where all matches are scrutinised by the media and where one can quickly be criticised from everywhere.”
Schneiderlin made 39 appearances in all competitions under Van Gaal in the 2015-16 campaign, but was an unused substitute in United’s FA Cup triumph.
He then failed to break into the side once Jose Mourinho inherited the managerial reins, with a £20 million move made to Everton during the winter transfer window.

I really don't understand why some Peeps do not want him at United. He's an upgrade on Mata and Mkhtaryan as a RW/RMF/AM.

He can also score Free kicks and fantastic Goals. I hope the Club sign him.

Good you said when your team is been attack, in martial's case, Eric Dier was holding the ball close to his 18 yard box, instead of Martial to press him he was running backward to join LB. mou effect. Stop denying the fact mou play coward football, mostly against top team.

With quality chances we can work with Rashford. You don't expect Rash to form superman with all those aerial balls. Give him balls on the ground that he can run to and he will leave defenders behind. With quality guys behind him he will perform much better. Unless Mourinho sticks to his aerial balls.

Yes we have the money for everybody but we should have priorities. This is same position we bought best player in Germany for. Competition is good but it's no use having unhappy players especially when we are just returning to the top. The CM RW and explosive LB should be the priority now. Nothing exciting here at all. We still have Mata and Mkhi that can fit in well into that number 10.

I don't depend on formation charts which is often misleading because often times, it isn't the same tactic that's played on the pitch. I watched the match myself and everyone who watched the match knew Fellaini played as a no 10 apart from your faulty eyes who had difficulty watching the match in the first place!
