Not a single living person in PDP is fit to lick the boots of Cardinal Okogie who Is well known for standing up for the right thing.

Business › Re: See How Much Telecom Tower Operators Spend Daily To Power BTS by texazzpete(m): 10:01pm On Aug 23, 2015
bushdoc9919:
And they have to pay staff, pay insurance, maintain the towers, replace the generators when they get stolen or break down permanently, do upgrades so that you can watch whizkid on your tablet, expand the network so that you can talk with your great grandmamma in your village, spend money on scholarships and training programmes, sponsor competitions, replace old and worn-out machinery, train staff abroad so that they can maintain your equipment, pay adhoc staff....eg those who dig tunnels for the wires, and pay compensation and buy land where they can erect towers.Oh...and they have to pay their expat staff very well....because do you expect someone to come from UK to live in Ajegunle or Nyanya...with all the problems. And they have to pay for security too...for staff and some vital equipment.

You Nigerians should stop demanding awoof. If you want empty hen, glow, and hair tell to be taken over by government, fine. Just don't complain when services start going bad because no money.
Don't be silly.
These telcos make massive profits despite the large running costs. Demanding quality service should never be optional.
Politics › Re: Warri Refinery Crippled By Disrepair, Corruption, Shuts Down by texazzpete(m): 6:54pm On Aug 21, 2015
More compelling evidence of how GEJ ran this country very poorly.

Imagine giving tompolo a contract to supply crude via vessel when he's also the man supposed to protect the pipelines. What incentive does he then have to protect the pipelines ?

All the billions paid in amnesty and yet oil bunkering and pipeline sabotage at an all time high.

This is rubbish. What of Maj. Gen. L.O Adeosun (I hope I got the name right), then GOC 7th Division who was responsible for the successful 6-weeks offensive against Boko Haram? Or the likes of Brig. Gen. Udoh of 5th Brigade? These men were responsible for the succesful 6 weeks offensive and led from the FRONT.
Backed substantially by South African mercenaries.

Please leave tribalism out of this. What the hell is wrong with you dolts?

After 3 months in power Buhari suddenly realised he'd need a commander to lead the operation on Boko haram.

Bubu is a comedian, those in the NE won't enjoy his sick joke though.

Bubu as C-in-C
Comedian in chief of the Nigerian Army.
Well, it took GEJ 4.5 years to finally realize he's the C-in-C and start fighting BH seriously.

kill and maim thousands. Suddenly, we no longer
want to #bringbackourgirls . It is now perfect for
one man to run the country like some pseudo
monarchy.... for almost three months, no SGF, no
AGF, no cabinet, no nothing!
The fact is that most Nigerians are stupidly gullible people. You will not see them complain because most of them sabotaged President Jonathan and played a role in this madness. They are ashamed of talking out so people do not laugh at them. bohari And his Fulani brothers have since discovered that it is easier controlling some mumu Nigerians than controlling cattle.
Only one man...one poorly lettered man who failed
his maths in secondary school running our
economy, our affairs, our destiny!
This is not ordinary!!
I feel your pain. But you must realize that the looting days are over, and that the days of you fishing sycophantically for crumbs are long gone.

Unfortunately for you, you will now have to seek an honest living because the PDP is cutting costs for you e-warriors.

When your per-post allowance drops to N50, and when hunger stares you in the face, you will cry to Buhari for help.

In the meantime, wail, o wailer. It will be a long 4 years for you, and I forsee great weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Maybe it was the source that told them reptiles are moving freely in the compound. Very funny.

One thing Nigerians should know is that this is Government property: so one VP comes and goes and another will take His place and start occupying the building. So it's not a bad idea.
When you stop collecting pocket money from your mummy and daddy you will learn how to query gross waste of taxpayers money.
Nobody cares if this will be passed on or not. The quoted sum for this project is exorbitant and a waste of resources.

Besides, more often than not under the PDP, the office holders are given the chance to purchase these properties at a significantly reduced price, further cheating the Nigerian populace.
Politics › Re: Buhari’s Greatest Achievement So Far Is The Harrasment Of PDP, Says Fayose. by texazzpete(m): 8:21pm On Aug 16, 2015

Let's be brutally honest.

Anyone saying this is a 'good move' is childishly naive.

Id be VERY surprised if up to 15% of this capability was used to carry out surveillance on terrorist suspects... It is far more likely that opposition figures, dissidents and powerful businessmen were the key targets of this effort.

Now you're progressing to straight up lying.

The European leagues are some of the oldest in the world, pre-dating television and televised football. Claiming that there was once a scenario where European football fans looked outside until forced by their Governments to look inwards is just a childish lie and a transparent attempt to bolster your point with misinformation.

Not surprised you cannot provide a source.

Rubbish

These clowns keep making the fundamental mistakes many Nigerians do...trying to enforce how private individuals or companies spend their own money.

The LMC will not invest in better cameras for their stadia, will not invest in security to make the experience of live stadium visits salubrious. They will not pay players well to retain talent. They will not provide adequate protection for refs.

Yet they want Nigerians to come and watch the local league.

Enough of this silly and stoopid pseudo-patriotism. Make your games more palatable to watch and people will come. As long as they continue to try to invest the least amount of money while expecting miraculous returns, nothing will change!

Terrible response.

Dude should have just kept silent. Spending more than 60 million naira of taxpayer funds on simplistic iOS and Android apps...who the heck asked for this?
Who also gives a crap about how many videos and pictures have been posted on the website? Why should that be a metric or an excuse for the amount spent? Is it the duty of the website builders to upload media, or Fashola's media team?

What was the bidding process for the website that allowed a company without a website of their own to get the contract for an astronomical N12 million ?

Rubbish. Total rubbish.

Why are you waiting for tinubu or lai Mohammed? None of those two men are the president of Nigeria. Buhari is.

If Buhari succeeds in cleaning up the mess GEJ left behind, he will already have done more to secure the future of millions of Nigerian youths than you can think of.

Unfortunately, Buhari's agenda does not seem inclined to give sycophants like you money. I suspect this is why you let wailing is so strident
