sexmachine01: [size=40pt] You can change your own story^^^ This guy is an enterprising young enterpreneur. He's seen a need and he is trying to fill it ![]() |
Emmanko: To me the iphone 6 and iphone 6plus is use less without AM radio channel.Good thing this thread is all about how at least 4 million other people don't think like you ![]() |
3 months after Ebola broke out in Sierra leone and Liberia and yet no attempt to make available a Standard operating procedure for Ebola testing and quarantine to all the hospitals in Nigeria. to the extent that one of the most sophisticated hospitals in the entry city of Lagos did not have any clue on how to go about securing Ebola test kits! The Health Minister should be immediately dismissed for incompetence. |
So why was the WAEC boss pointing fingers when his men knew the school was opened and were even conducting exams there? if he was so sure Chibok was unsafe as he postures around, why did he go ahead to deploy men to the school? |
And this from a man whose job it was to keep the peace in Rivers State. If only he could boast about taming kidnappers, robbers and oil thieves. |
all4naija: People pre-order them for resale to make profit. I can tell you 40-50 % of those 4 millions purchases aren't interested in the iPhones but the profit. Bwahaha... Apple fanboys won't just get it!Erm...do they make profit from eating them? Abi they sell to others who then use the phones? Also, given that a large chunk of these purchases are usually tied to carrier contracts, i'm pretty sure your '40 - 50%' figure is implausible. spotit: well.. my bad, i take the sarcasm/metaphor out of it. of course we could buy more iPhones in a single day than any other smartphone just if we're able to pull the strings behind the news. in fact, we don't even need to pay, we've got clout to say they sold or we bought 10million. who are you?So if I get you clearly, you're convinced Apple made up those figures. Any proof? |
totogrill: I guess iphone have turn to fraud. So much ignorance wrapped in this post, it's hilarious. One of the downsides of this Gsmarena comparison tool. You get people who know nothing about tech going "this one is 1.4Ghz while this one is 1.8 Ghz. That means the 1.8Ghz own is faster and definitely better". Smh. Intel's new Core M CPU line starts at 0.8 Ghz speed, I guess you think this is slower than a 1Ghz Atom CPU from 2008. |
francis247: That's my point. While Sammy is honest about theirs, Apple is not./facepalm.jpg |
100Cents: Now with multiple colours like NokiaThat is a case. As is clearly spelt out in my post. Did you even read what you quoted? |
spotit: let's just pretend you don't know what an American brand is compared with an Asian...and then let's just smile about everything knowing what dust a Pioneering US/EU brand couldn't ever kick up with the help of the same US owned world news mediaI have no idea what you just said. |
btoks: Simple marketing strategy by Apple to get people to part with their cash.the company has got to keep getting income therefore it'll keep bringing products out even if its a small change. I say kudos to Apple for keeping people interested in their products, however people (esp those who cant afford) need to be careful when purchasing these things as it has a way of getting you hooked and in debt.wait a few months and the Price will drop . it'll be 6s next year for sure to sort out the bugs.Obviously, you have no experience with buying Apple products. Price does not drop by any substantial amount until the next version is rolling out. It's a smartphone. There are no 'bugs' to sort out that cannot be fixed with a software update. MadCow1: Unlike BlackBerry that changes the outer look of their phones from one to another, the iPhone seems set in their ways. This must be a joke post ![]() The OS 5/6/7 phones didn't have any radical design changes. |
francis247: NA LIEGalaxy S2 preorders started March 1st 2011. By May 9th 2011, Samsung announced they had received 3 million preorders. That's 3 million in 2 months. The iPhone 6/6+ received 4 million in 24 hours, beating the 3 million set by the iPhone 5S. It always amazes me how the empty heads are the loudest ones in the room. Somehow, you found 6 other half-wits to like your post ![]() |
Ndyoo: I doubt this figure...4 million?Too small, eh? You're right. I expected more like 5 million but I guess limited supplies played a part. |
Seun: Agreed. There's so much pent-up demand for large phones with iOS. People don't care if they're ugly. Maybe I should stop caring too.You should. From the front...it looks like an iPhone. From the back? You're gonna have it in a case anyway. This is how it looks like in an Apple silicone case https://www.gadgetsofworld.com/2014/9/10/Apple_debuts_new_leather_and_silicon_cases_for_iPhone_6_and_6_Plus-2.jpg I daresay this cannot look any worse than the 5C you already have. |
Lagusta: Them try shaa....Note 4 won't come anywhere close to that record. Sorry. Not even the more popular mainstream Galaxy releases come close. Samsung made a mistake delaying the Note 4 release to October. The new iPhones will eat into their sales this Q4. |
xtervaganza: u don't root your phone for basic things like ringtone or any simple task as thatBut people root and flash for basic things like smoothness, reducing scrolling stutter and cutting down lag. ![]() Until recently, Android users like me had to root their devices for basic phone tracking/wipe that iOS users could do with Find my iPhone. Different strokes... Can we PLEASE not turn this into another 'iOS vs Android' stuff? Someone needs help. Please respect that. |
xtervaganza: why do u have to go thru the stress of jail breaking because of an ordinary ringtone? Why do you have to root and flash a custom ROM on your Android device? Anyway, there are tons of free apps to allow you make ringtones from your own songs in your iTunes library. |
http://www.theverge.com/2014/9/15/6151735/apple-iphone-6-pre-order-record Apple is once again setting new pre-order records for its new iPhone. After announcing a new "overnight" record last week, Apple is revealing today that it has sold more than 4 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus handsets in just 24 hours. "iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are better in every way, and we are thrilled customers love them as much as we do," says Apple CEO Tim Cook in a statement. "Pre-orders for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus set a new record for Apple, and we can’t wait to get our best iPhones yet into the hands of customers starting this Friday." |
standd: Wish I can print this out and post it all over the walls of NigeriaI have two daughters. Both toddlers. Bringing up both of them in Nigeria, I'm going to make sure they know how to kick ass and take names. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Taekwondo training is on the cards from when they clock 6. Basic firearms training when they hit 10. Vacations overseas to different obscure places around the world to get steeped in all cultures and to ensure they can blend in anywhere. Top quality education...at least the best i can afford. Of course, i'm still wondering how i will get them interested in playing FIFA on PlayStation with me. |
JulianBond007: I thought by now investigations into the strange aircraft should have started. Does it mean the said aircraft can't be traced? There is no 'strange aircraft'. Airplanes fly over that Ikotun/ ejigbo axis everyday. And from that angle, I doubt the plane flew overhead. I'd expect you to be more concerned about tracing the contractors behind the building and looking into whether standard materials were used. Smh. |
biodunid: According to him, the collapse of the guest house which had, so far, reportedly killed over 44 people, was part of a grand scheme to destroy him. What the hell is this? Building collapse kills 44 of his flock and he's telling them to not be scared, that he's the target? Why is he so insistent on making this all about him? This is incredibly annoying. |
BlackTechnology: Most likely true. While you're at it with your outlandish theories, maybe you should add that they should investigate if the plane was shot down by a flaming fireball from Godzilla ![]() |
sweetgala: if the foundation was so terrible which I am not ruling out entirely, some of the structure would remain while others failed. You truly have no idea what you're talking about, do you? sweetgala: The building seems to have collapsed from the bottom. You don't say. sweetgala: I suspect either the natural frequency of the building was matched by the aircraft causing resonance and vibration or the building was built on loose sand which could not support it's weight something extremely unlikely.BWAHHAAHAHAHAHA!!! So it's likely that an aircraft that flew by an hour before the building collapsed 'matched the natural frequency of the building' yet it's 'unlikely' that the collapse could be due to poor building practices? |
Proffdada: i never liked T.B Joshua but that is a professional implosion triggered by RFID DETONATOR in that helicopter. it only needs to find where the frequency is strong enough that's why it was hovering around. this is carelessness of the security trusting that all white people are friendly.this is what an implosion looks likeThis is a sign of premature madness. Buildings that collapse due to catastrophic failures collapse practically the same way. Why the haste to reach for the least plausible explanation? Use your head. The building collapsed early one hour after the last aircraft flypass. Abi na delayed trigger? And why not just have a pedestrian walking by instead of triggering it from an aircraft? Instead of seizing this opportunity to nab the quack that built that structure, you people are putting forward inane conspiracy theories. Sheep |
electropiz: to Me it looked like a controlled demolitionIt also looks like a collapsing building...you know, the scenario that is infinitely more plausible than 'terrorists' taking out a low value target like this using explosives that nobody noticed anyone bringing in, using an uncommon level of expertise. If it makes you sheep sleep better to assume that the CIA/KGB/Mossad/Boko Haram/Chris Okotie brought it down, be my guest. |
solara: Have you heard of Man-Made earthquakesGod will punish you for wasting your parents money like this. All the money put towards your education and you can still reason like a half-wit? Even SS1 students know that an earthquake is caused by movement of the earth's tectonic plates. It would take a catastrophically large amount of energy to move one of these plates...and you swallowing the BS of an article claiming that tectonic plates were moves with 'pulses bounced off the ionosphere' is a sign of a stupendous level of imbecility. Even SS3 students will not believe this crap. There's no hope for you. |
Is it not the same Olisa Metuh that continues to insist he knows the Boko Haram sponsors in APC? Why has the DSS not picked him up for interrogation? If he has cogent information on traitors and refuses to disclose it, does that not mean the man is a traitor too? Sometimes I wish a hurricane will come and sweep all these APC and PDP noisemakers away. Rubbish |
focus7: u are pathetic, so ur church has descended so low as to hire u for cheap propaganda.'Hire'? These brainwashed people do it for free. |
blexxonmak: An unconfirmed report coming in just now says that those that died in the incident have woken up miraculously in General Hospital.Sheep like you need to be beaten with cudgels until you learn common sense. |
I don't understand. Who is he trying to fool with this BS story? Nobody reported any explosions, there were no plumes of flame or smoke consistent with a bomb explosion. Who does he think will swallow this story? |
chester47: hahaha..you're talking rubbish please what about the lumia 1020 camera?huh talking with out googling a thing..go and sleep it late in NigeriaYou seem to have issues comprehending written English. Since when did 'Top tier' become 'Top Phone'? Why don't you do us all a favor and consult your dictionary for the meaning of the word 'tier'? chester47: More megapixels don’t mean better photos. BiggerIf you're going to copy and paste from the Internet, why not do the right thing and link to the source? http://www.htc.com/us/innovations/ |
