My friend got a clean tok corolla 06 for 30k weekly rentals from a non Nairalander today.

Im his guarantor. And the investor did n't ask for any deposit but good relationship.

Not a dead car, bro. Beside na dead cars owner they request deposit first. So that they can fix few things on the car with it.

Yesterday, the 1st offine rider delay me for 3 good hours, and I have to lament about how he made me disappoint other offline I'm meant to pick up. To my surprise, he dropped 10k @ 11am immediately the 3k trip ended.

I quickly put on my app. Got only 4 trips that 11am to 8pm total which only earn me 6400 gross.

So to the online dependent drivers, I doff my hat

Gone are the days I wait for request from 4:30am to 8am or 9am sometimes b4 I get my 1st request.

Hint. Always find out if your 1st rider of any day do use taxity every morning to work. If yes, strike a deal with them to come pick them up every morning by cutting off 200naira discount.

The morning I ve been online , no request. Yet I be done 2 offline trips @ 5000 total. (3k and 2k)

Its time we keep our offline riders cos some Taxify drivers don dey snatch my offline riders. Waiting for online request is a long thing. When online request come , good luck and when no request, offline riders contact got my back

If I am to be driving someone else's car on rentals. I still wont stress my self after meeting that week remittance and same amount for myself to save..

High numbers of drivers relax the moment they met up and had some more cash for themselves. And that's when the driver will be so bold to reject some request anyhow.

Taxify introduce the all hour bonus to motivate drivers to keep working even after meeting up remittance, if not.. U know naw

give the driver for 2k weekly remittance..he will stil use that car same way he is gonna do if you tell him 35k weekly.
No sane driver will meet double his remittance target by Wednesday and park your car to rest for the next 5days.

U speaking for all drivers? Many drivers rest when they meet up a week remittance or target set for themselves. And that doesn't mean that 'they are insane'

Requests get to your phone, accept the request, move to the pickup location, pick rider, start trip, get to the destination, end trip, then expect next request on your phone.
As you claimed they were busy composing, do they turn off their apps while composing stories?
Will they force requests into their phones.
Take a look at the tgiirl, he got good requests over the weekend. Does it mean he was just wasting his time during the week.

Cos they work morning and night. Some guys no dey sleep. On your Taxify riders app and see cars all over Lagos. So u can't compare such drivers with those that work 5:30am to 9pm.

Either way. U ll get your 40k weekly while your car is doing the work telling on its mileage.


Yet its the same car owner that will shout that driver over use their cars or sub-lease to other drivers to earn more and meet up without issues.

So the choice is urs. Some drivers can do 50k / 60k per week if u allow them to use the car without limitations in ur agreement papers

I picked up someone going to lekki phase 1, ended the trip at 1004 by mistake. I create an awareness and asked the rider to request again buh she choose to continue offine. 500 to lekki and she has to pay 200 for toll. Ie 700 to be added to the amount calculated.
