Good for your enquiries. The master degree student write only one e -exam course gst 807. Good study guide. Noun requires only your original degree/PGD result statement or certificate. But u must have at least 2.2 degree class.or PGD for you to enrol in any MSC program.

No at least original statement of your degree result is allowed during screening. Almost every student use that . don't panic

Is not true it affects many students unless few ones . the study centre is battling to settle that. Just take your exams the result will be out.

Yes You can register it .

You cannot graduate with 39 units. You need to add one more unit to make it the required 40 units. 49 units are the total unit courses for msc info tech of which you are required to do 40 units minimum.
You better accept the F you see there on the cit852. Don't waste time trying to find out why its still showing F.
Again whether F or not, you still owe one more unit to graduate.

The people are funny. U may hv passed the course but the problem is that immediately one got carry over to clear it in the portal is usually hard. Last time some pple experince such . What they do is to write through their study and it was resolved but it may took time . So i advice yu to complain through ur study centre and as well if u are boyant u can re write it while waiting for the other one to come up. Dont put ur egg in one basket. It will soon be over.cheers.

Hello Nairalanders, i am a 2'1 graduate of Electrical Engineering from one of the federal universities in this country. I want to start my 2nd degree but due to the nature of my work I would not be able to run the program in a conventional University like in the undergraduate.

Now, the Information Technology I want to study is offered in NOUN, but the relevance of the certificate, standard of the course content and the school fees is what I don't but need to know.

Bros the university is well acredited in msc info tech .the university is recommended for pple like u that is working .meanwhile the uni is meant for pple that are serious and sound in acedemics becos is self learn and research oriented. I dont allow pple to discouraged u . I did my msc there and currently runing my phd programnme in one of the universities in nigeria

TMA = Tutor Marked Assignment. It will be sent to your portal after you have registered your courses. You have four TMA's for each course. You are required to print them out, answer the questions, and go back to your portal and fill in your answers.
You can get course materials from: http://www.nou.edu.ng/NOUN_OCL/courses.htm search for your course title in the space provided e.g GST 107. Goodluck.

Appointment letter is different from posting. I heard that posting could be any time . It may take months or year but the thing there is that yu are already employed so far u have ur apl. So guys relaxed. After this last induction posting will commenced

Talk Is Cheap: This is strange! How can they still be doing cert verification? I tot dat process was over after interview and dat was how dey screened people down to d training stage. I don't tink NIMC will train us wen dey r nt sure of our certificates. I tink d delay for issuance of APL could b dat some state offices r still nt ready an basic equipment dat will be used for work dere ve nt bn delivered. Let's just kip our fingers crossed,who knws,dis wk may d wk!!!

please the issue of certificate verification is not the reason for the delay. in federal govt job it takes time to start verification. they do verification a year or two years after one have started working. so i dont think that is the issue now. also remember that the APL letter usually bears word "probation" , so it after verification that they will permanents once appointment. what they did now during interview stage is mere view of credentials to check for its authentication in appearance.
