Foreign Affairs / Re: Obama Sends 100 Military Advisers Against Kony's Rebels In Uganda by thameamead(f): 12:39pm On Oct 22, 2011
pendo89:

^^ Have you given thought to the possibility of US taking sides with Kony to oust Museveni? Did you hear what Hillary clinton said?
US would not mind arming rebels to oust a 'dictator'.
Do you know that is a possibility because M7 is not supportive of US as media would like us to believe. He lost favour esp when he refused to allow crude oil to leave uganda. He said Uganda will build refineries to benefit his own people first. That put him at logger heads.
People need to find out who is behind the A4C movement that is wrecking havoc in kampala with riots. That man kizya is anti museveni.
From my deductions the US is looking for the 'bait'.At this moment it could be Kony or Kizya.
Once m7 is out the whole biz of building ref. is gone. A new imposed leader will allow the west to take crude oil out of uganda.
The very thing M7 is fighting.
The British are already accusing his goverment of taking bribes from Tullow. Everything has been put on hold now.No further contracts are being awarded. That is the ongoing debate in parliament right now.'
There's a rush for uganda's oil.The italians were there and left empty. Museveni refused to partner with them saying Chinese is a bigger economy than italy and he prefers them over italians.

You want truth and facts get it straight from uganda not cnn or bbc

The Uk government gave Uganda £70Million to fight poverty, build hospitals, low cost homes and schools but the tyrant president spent half of the aid money on a £30Million gulfstream jet for his own personal use.

All the big Western Corpoaration awarded oil contracts in Uganda have dodged paying tax, Heritage Oil dodged paying £370Million in capital gains on a £1.3billion oil fields sale in Uganda, when will our African Leaders stop taking tribe from big corporations so they can dodge paying millions in tax, Tullow Oil is another first class tax dodger, they own over 37% of oil fields in Ghana and as usual they have dodged paying capital gains tax in Ghana. African is cursed, we are blessed with natural resources but the only people who benefit from our resources live a life of luxury in the West millions live in abject poverty, the West love exploiting oil-rich African nations, they cause havoc, oppress its people with the help of African tyrants and later they help liberate the country, libya comes to mind, they wined, dinned and wooed Gaddafi and later they turned against him, they armed the rebels, got NATO involved and toppled Gaddaffi purely because of its huge oil reserve.

The West tried to overthrow the president of Equitoral Ginea but they failed, with the help of the French Government, they are freezing the assets of the President in France under the disguise of freezing his assets because they believe he bought the expensive cars with aid money given by the West, hisssss

debosky:

I completely agree with this - however that is the fault of African leaders not Europeans. Why would you expect others to care more about your own people than you do? If African leaders are even slaughtering their own people in their home countries, why care about those being killed elsewhere?

Again, this is because of the failure of African leaders to protect their citizens elsewhere. In my view, the NTC is not explicitly endorsing these killings as it doesn't really have a firm control on all fighters. The only thing tying all the people together is a drive to get rid of Ghaddafi. We will have to see how things pan out amongst the various groups in the NTC over the coming weeks and months.

Mr Debosky, you sir are damn right. I called the Nigerian Embassy here in london to tell them about the atrocities bn committed by the rebels on Nigerians and i was told they were aware but there was nothing they could do, the man i spoke to told me he was aware and that he had seen a channel 4 news report by Alex Thompson, i spoke to him for about an hour, he was sympathetic but he hands were apparently tight, my husband offered to draft a letter to the National Transational Council (whose office is based in Libya's former embassy) which he wanted the Ambassdor to sign but the offer was rejected. i called Amensty International and the Italian guy i spoke to was rude, he did not want to know despite me telling him there was footage on youtube, he seemed more concerned about atrocities committed by pro-gadaffi forces, he referred me to the African Union, Reprive was the only human right organistion that seemed interested, the lady i spoke to was kind, and she looked at the youtube footage while i was on the phone to her, she blamed African Leader for bn muppets to the west. i tried my best but nobody seem to care.

cap28,
what i don't understand is why the so-called African Experts you see on Al Jazeera, SKY News, BBC, Cross Talk ( Russia Today) are not speaking out against the atrocities bn committed by the rebels, I wrote on Ayo Johnson's facebook wall,  i asked him to speak out but he clicked the like button and that was it, I have seen him on numerous news channel since i wrote on his wallpage but he has not talked about it. he has bn on Sky News reviewing the Saturday papers and on Al Jazeera talking about the oil spill in Kenya. Ayo Johnson is the director of VIEWPOINT point, he's always popping up on news channel and uploading it on his facebook page but he's a sell out, he has lost respect i had for him because he refused to speak out, we need people like him to speak out, if he can't then no else can, even the right wing Sunday Mail colmnist Peter Hitchens wrote about it in his column yesterday, he asked the British Government to intervern, if a right-wing colmnist can be bold enough to write about something which most right-wing papers have refused to report. wht does that tell us? we are on our own.

it's mainly because of the discovery of oil and gas reserves in Uganda, the West are bloody hypocrites, one rule for Syria and another rule for Libya, one rule for Somalia and another rule for Uganda. Someone needs to tell Obama the Rebels in Libya are confusing innocent Black African Migrants for mercenaries, they are beating them to dealth, raping their wives/girlfriends and illegally impriosoning them, their are over 2,000 innocent Black Migrants laguishing in one of Libya's notorious jails, there are lots of footage on youtube. Obama is all talk no action.

GBAM!!!!! well said! why are NIgerian Entertainment Companies paying stars like Brandy that have past their sell-by date miilions of naira to perform, we should be doing more to promote African artist in Asia, Europe and the US,

bruv, u are damn right- money, class and also beauty played a big part in the case, i hope some of our black men learn from this, i don't always play the race card but there will always be racism, the Uk media turn a blind eye when black people are killing one another but when its comes to African players wages i.e. Yaya Toure who is on £200,000 a week, they start to moarn about too many foreign players in the premier league, they yell they want a cap on foreign players but some of the football clubs are owned by foreigners. when Wayne Rooney's wage was increased from over 150,000 to £260,000 the media did not say too much it about it, it was front page. when the issue of footballers avoiding tax was raised, despite the fact the likes of Wayne Rooney and Rio Ferddinared are exploiting a legal loophole to pay as little tax as possible, they focused on African Players, so its alright for British born footballers to avoid paying tax but not alright for foreign players. one rule for the likes of wayne rooney and another for the foreign players. hisssssss

i take it you did not hear ghaddafis speech about dirty black africans and how he wants europe topay him so he can keep the dirty black people from invading europe. look no matter how you dice it, the arab man is not your friend. in fact he is worse than the white man because he does not have any laws that he abides by.

sorry for going off topic, what do u think abot Amanda Knox's acquittal, if Rudy Guede was white, do you think he would still be languishing in prison, i wonder why Amanda falsely accused the balck bar owner of the murder and later Rudy Guede, Rudy Guede should have fled Italy to a country that had no extradition treaty to Italy, looks like he's going to rot in jail for another 14 yrs, credit where credit due Amanda Knox's parents re-morgaged their house plus lots of fund raising to get over a million Dollars to get their pretty daughter out of jail.

i don't even know what to believe anymore about anything, the next minute i read pictures of Condelezze Rice was found in Gaddaffi's compond, the next minute, i hear Gaddafi is good friends with Mugabe, i next hour the Nigerian Government denies Nigerian's bn illegally held in Libya by the rebels despite youtube footage. whatever the case may be, innocent African migrants don't derserve to be beaten, killed, or imprisoned by the racists rebels, there is soo much injustice in this world, i don tire. i
Celebrities / Re: Simon Cowell Says Lady Gaga And Beyonce Are The Most Boring Singers In The World by thameamead(f): 10:22am On Sep 30, 2011
simon cowell is a joke, this silly man is gay, its an open secret, yet he pays women to act as his girlfriend., he took out a superinjunction when the Sunday Mirror wanted to oust him, he has powerful lawyers so the extent that when a list of people who had superinjuction was revealed on twitter, his entry was taken down by that time thousands of people had seen it but no newspaper is bold enough to print it

this man even thinks Cheryl Cole can sing! non of his x-factor contestants will sell more albums than beyonce or lady Gaga, by the way he paid beyonce £1.5M to sing a duet with Alexandra Burke when Alexandra won, his only sighing sucess is Westlife but he dropped them, they were not original, 90% of thier songs were covers. he's ruined Leona Lewis, she's got a nice voice but he has no time to pay people to write songs fro her, he prefers to be a talent judge. Did you know Alexandra Burke left his record label, the poor girl felt sidelined by him.

as per amanda knox in right wing newspapers. i think the word 'right--wing' should tip you off on why. the real question here is 'why do you read right wing newspapers'? this is like me reading a KKK newspaper and expecting them to support other races in a crime committed by a white and a person of another race.

as per the arabs, well i wouldnt deny that there may be an undercurrent of nationalism here (as blacks are viewed as invaders and scroungers). i think there is a lesson in this for all of us. STAY AWAY FROM MUSLIM ARAB COUNTRIES. THOSE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY. THEY ARE NUTS, A MAN WHO THINKS NOTHING OF BLOWING HIMSELF UP, OR CUTTING A MANS NECK ON LIVE TV IS NOT A MAN YOU WANT TO BE AROUND. AND IF YOUR LONG THROAT CARRY YOU GO THE MAN BACKYARD, WELL YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN OOOOO. ME I DONE TALKMY OWN SHA grin

i don't read right-wing papers but my in-laws do, they live next door , blacks were not treated like dirt during gaddafi's regime, he locked up the ones trying to get into Europe but he was not beating them to dealth or executing them, by the way some of black african migrants are muslims just like the rebels, so why treat them like Poo.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Troy Davis Execution, What Is Your View? by thameamead(f): 10:02am On Sep 28, 2011
@buzugee, from what i read from Troy Davis case, 7 out of 9 of the prosection witness retracted their testimonies, it was also reported some of statements were manufactured while some were changed, why would a million people sign a Amnesty International? people are executed in the US every yr but non has had any publicity as Troy Davis, there were no evedence linking him to the killing of the police officer.

as for Amanda Knox, why is she always in front of right-wing papers? why are the right wing media reporting the case as if she is innocent, she falsely assused the Congolese Bar owner of the murder but later changed her statements accusing police of asking her to falsely accuse him,

as for the rebels, they see black men n confuse with mercenaries, the rebels don't always have any evedence to back up their claims, there are over 2,000 black men langusihing in Libyan's jails, gaddafi does not have mercenaries from west africa, his mercenaries are from Niger, Chad and Mauritania. have a look on youtube to se the way the rebels are treating him, beating them t death, r.a.p.i.n.g their wives/girlfriends. so you think it's alright to committ these atrocities under the disguise of war. anyway everyone is entltled to his/her opinions.

I am greatly buffled myself as to why Sub saharan African governments will support the libyan rebels who are killing and maltreating black Africans. The global disrespect for black life means such maltreatment of black Africans in Libya will be swept under the carpet. And yes our leaders not a single one of them is bold enough to condem this and quickly rush to endorse them but oh the time has come and the time is now that thesethings will sieze.

Reason: African Leaders are sell-outs, they are traitors.

what about African Leaders? what aren't they speaking out against atrocities committed on innocent black african migrants. Our African Leaders have sold-out, Africa won't mve forward if our useles leaders and representatives cannot be bothered to fight out corners, even the so -called African Pundits especially Ayo Johnson whose second home is the BBC, Aljazeera, Cross Talk, Press TV, Sky News and CNN, these are the channels you see him popping up all the time giving his opinons about Africa or reviewing the Uk Papers. Him and the other black African Pundits are sell- outs.
Ayo Johnson is the director of VIEW POINT, I wrote on his facebook wall twice asking him to speak out against the rebels in libya killing innocent black african migrant, he did not reply me, the scumbag clicked the like button on facebook, i have seen him on numerous news channel ever since i wrote on his wall and he has not talked about it, the sell-out has talked about the oil spill in Kenya. i have tried my best to highlight the plight of our people but nobody gives a hoot about them. i rest my case.

I'm trying to imagine if Amanda Knox or Cassey Anthony were black undecided

I'm just saying. . . .

GBAM!!!!!!!!. if Amanda Knox was black, she would not be getting all the publlicity, she won't be on the front page of the right wing papes like the The Telegraph, most of the right-wing MEDIA in the UK think she's innocent, they assume the other African guy Rudy Guede is guilty as hell, infact Rudy Guede (who was also charged with murder along with Amanda and her Italian boyfriend) the black african guy is not getting any publicity at all, infact most of the right-wing media are not including them in reporting the case, initially Amanda Knox tried to implicate another African man Patrick Iumumba but he was able to provide an alibi and later Amanda Knox said it was the Italian police who put pressure on her to implicate him, i feel sorry for Rudy Guede because it seems like Amanda will be released in 10 days time while he will rot in jail for a murder committed by both him, Amanda and her boyfriend, there is so much injustice in this world when it comes to black people, rebels are killing innocent black african men in libya, they are confusing them with mercenaries but David Cameron and Nicholas Sarcozy are turning a blind-eye to those atrosities because of oil, African leaders are not speaking out either, neither are human rights organisation.

R.I.P Troy Davis, for the innocent black migrant lauguishing in Libyan's Jail, i feel for you all.

sell outs, scumbags and reincarnated slave traders - thats nigerian leaders for you - no sense of africanness, no sense of self respect or self love - why would you recognise people who are killing your own citizens?

your day of reckoning is at hand - america and britain do not have permanent friends just permanent interests - they can change at the drop of a hat.

those racists that nigeria recognised are not even in control of libya, bani walid and sirte are still under gadaffi's control and the people of those towns have refused to surrender, NATO is now dropping mustard gas on the innocent people of that town and still the people say NO WE WON'T SURRENDER - i respect their courage and dignity, LONG LIVE MUAMMAR GADAFFI - DEATH TO NATO AND THEIR REBEL RAT COLLABORATORS.

The Nigerian Government is nothing but a puppet to the Rebels, they need to check out you tube to see videos of Nigerians bn locked up in Libya, i spoke to someone at the Nigerian Embassy in london who told me he was aware of Nigerians in Libya who were bn confused with mercenaries but there was nothing he could do, i asked to speak to the Ambassador but he said he was going to pass over my contact details and he was going to make sure he called me, its over 2 wks, am still waiting, initially i was with the rebels but not anymore, LONG LIVE GADDAFFI, LONG MAY THE WAR IN LIBYA CONTINUE, i hear there is divisions in the Libyan NTC and the rebels i hope they turn their weapons against one another.i hope they all meet a terrible death with the way they are treating innocent black african migrants.

^^^^^^why do you guys claim half Nigerian celebrities, that have no Nigerian culture at all and don't claim it. The only Nigerian in Taio cruz is his father. I don't see the guy lasting & in America nobody cares really about him, let him have his ten minutes of fame.

He's not doing too badly in the states, he's a good song writer so if his singles and albums don't sell, he will make money from song writing, Tinie Tempah's parents are Nigerians and he talks about his african origin non- stop, am proud of him, the right-wing media love him because he's polite and not trying to be something he is not but Taio Cruz is trying too hard to be white saying stupid things like he went to a private school school, he's dad is high-flying lawyer, he's not a gangster, he's does not rap in interviews, even MOBO awards have ignored him.
