i use to work @ Harrods, it was always full of the hausa's, i use to see the likes of mohammed babangida, his wife, the otedola guy was always in and out of Harrods, he's a nice chap not arrogant and always says hi to everyone, uji kalu the former governor, they always spend big , mohammed abacha's wife spent about fourteen grand on globe trotter luggage set, she bought two sets as- black and another colour. they all spend big, go to edgeware road or hilton hotel (padington) in summer and you will find them in the lounge drinking and trying to find babes to take out for the duration of their stay. hmmmm,

@DeeJay, thanks for the link, having worked for lots of charities, I can tell you charities are nothing but a bloody con most especially Fair Trade, I have have written to Fair Trade about 6 times for information about salary packages for their staff and am yet to hear from them, not even an acknowlege letter to say they receievd my letter but I know they did because it was recorded delivery, Africa does not need aid it needs free trade. If you want your product to have the Fair Trade logo, you have to pay Fair Trade a huge amount of money, the amount is apparently confidential, Fair Trade products are more expensive than ordinary products whichout the logo, Fair Trade has not changed the lives of those people growing coco in Ghana, they are still living in their shacks with no money, ii know that for a fact because I visited them and spoke to a few elders who tolwd me their lives had not changed.

Its nothing but a bloody spin, lots of Nigerians work for the council, the right-wing press here in the UK refer to the MP of the borough- Harriet Harman as the MP for Lagos, the council is cutting fundings left, right and centre so I don't know how they found time to have a meeting with the Governor, Mr Areghebsola should not be in the Uk having meetings that always mounts up to nothing, he should be in Osun State helping the poor and creating thousands of jobs to graduates.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Royal Snub For The Obamas by thameamead(f): 12:43pm On Apr 30, 2011
The royal family snubbed Tony Blair who was Prime Minister for 13 yrs neither did they invite Gordon Brown but they did invited lots of dictators, heads of oppressive nations like the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia, strangely they invited John Mayor who is a former Prime Minister, Obama's official visit to the UK is next month, so Michelle need not worry.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Why 'the Donald' Trumps Obama's Cult Of Celebrity by thameamead(f): 1:01pm On Apr 28, 2011
Trump is an opportunitist, I remember him and his wife accepting a lot of invitations from The Obama's to attend parties at the White House, when Obama was throwing parities left, right and centre when he was newly elected. Obama should have released his birth certficate a looooooog time ago, I hope Obama learns from it, I was shocked to hear Trump say The Clinton's also questioned Obama's country of origin, that goes to show the people that keep referring to Bill Clinton as a friend to black people, black peole need to realise these people use Black people when it suits them, they don't really give a toss about us but when they need us to vote, they claim to like us.

All I have seen in Trump ever since he raised the issue is hate for a black man called Obama bn his president. all I see is racism, he claimed in an interview about two weeks ago that he had sent investigators to Hawai and what they were seeing what shocking, maybe he would like to share whatever that is with the world world, all him and the Republicans are doing is to undermine Obama who is a bit weak at the moment, I was not happy with the way he dealt with libya, he was flip-flopping. Thank God, we will be seeiing less of Glen Beck, apparently he was pushed from Fox News due to a fall ratings and advertisers boycott.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Libyan Rebels Similar To American KKK In Their Hatred Of Blacks by thameamead(f): 9:46am On Apr 26, 2011
@cap28, you are damn right about the left-wing media, I was a big fan of the Guardian because they refused to give in to pressure from the US government by bn one of a few media outlets to back WikiLeaks by publishing materials from the WikiLeaks Cables as well as not bn afraid of the Rupert Murdoch's right-wing press (The Sun, The News of The World, The Times, Sunday Times, Fox News, Washington Post and his other gutter media organisations) but I stopped reading and buying the Guardian when they started to attack Julian Assange of WikiLeaks, they evn released a book about him trying to paint him out as arrogant, power-mad, publicity driven and with hygiene problems, Mr Assange left them and switched to The Telegraph which is a conservative supporting paper whose owners don't pay any taxes in the Uk despite owning one of the most expensive hotels in the UK-The Ritz.

I do not know who the rebels are, I do not know if they have a manifesto, I do not know what they stand for, I do not know if they are muslim extremists but I do know they hate black people.
Celebrities / Re: John Fashanu Weds Adaeze Igwe's Mum by thameamead(f): 10:51am On Apr 23, 2011
@Ystranger,
Fashanu was a millionaire, he was a millilionaire until he lost £600,00 to pay legal costs for the match fixing case, his wife was the millionaire, her dad was a diplomat, she's from the oil-rich Gabon, her dad was stupidly rich when she met Fashanu and they married months later (who wouldn't want to marry a girl like that) the married failed when his wife's family fell out with the president of the oil-rich nation and by that time, fashanu was not earning as much and they went their seperate ways.
Fashanu has no money but hangs out with people with money and as as daft as he is, he tried to con some of them, he was hanging out with another society lady ( dosumu abiola) before he caught the eye of Yobo's mother-in-law, problem with him is he missed his luxury way of life and decided to hang out with the rich to continue living his luxury way of living.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Libyan Rebels Similar To American KKK In Their Hatred Of Blacks by thameamead(f): 10:35am On Apr 23, 2011
A British Asian guy was interviewed on AL-Jazeera yesterday, he told the interviewer the Rebels were not saints but were chopping up black people, I was expecting the interviewer to press him for more details but it was brushed aside and the interview which was meant to be for a couple of minutes was cut short. I was SHOCKED, I wonder why it's not covered by the left wing media like The Independent, Guardian and Channel 4 News.

Fashanu is a deceiful man, he's a sponger, he only wants to be around celebrities and people in high places. The arrogant scumbag was initially married to a Congolese lady who was dia for him when he was charged with match fixing and then later his career sort of went down the hill and he left his wife for another woman, he appeared on the reality show for Z list celebrities (Celebrities Get Me Out Of Here) and then finally to Nigeria to host some kind of show, he has a child from another woman who told the Tabloid press he was not playing child support.

Religion / Re: Bishop Oyedepo Acquires Yet Another N4.5b Private Jet by thameamead(f): 11:07am On Apr 12, 2011
@sagamite
Sir, Oyedepo is not different from David Cameron who you think flew to Majorca on Ryanair because he wanted to, Mr Cameron is nothing but a Master of spin, it was a publicity stunt to show he could live like ordinary people despite him bn a millionaire, evertthing he does is planned or scripted, he use to work in PR before he was given a safe seat in Withey,Oxfordshire.

Mr Cameron claimed large amounts of taxpayers money for mortgage interests on his £1M constituency home in Withey,Oxfordshire after paying off the mortage on his £2M london home, he claimed the maximum amount, infact he claimed the most in mortgage interest than any MP

Mr Cameron used taxpayers money to pay for utility bills, repairs including cleaning wisteris vines from a chimney, resealing his conservatory roof and replacing outside lights @ his Oxford home.

Mr Cameron initially put his personal photographer on taxpayers payroll until the left wing media leaked the story and their was public uproar, then he did a U-turn, don't forget he was not voted in by the public, he did not get a majority win despite the Murdoch mafia (The SUN @ THE TIMES) endorsing him, Rupert Murdoch endorsed Mr Camerom in exchange of Mr Cameron allowing Murdoch to buy the remainning shares in BSKYB. Murdoch is a foreigner who weighs too much power in the Uk, everybody is terrifired of crossing his path including the Metropolitan Police, Thank God for people like George Galloway, hopefully his Bksyb takeover won't go ahead.

Mr Cameron refused to establish whether Lord Ashcrof who was one of the biggest donors of the Tory Scums paid Uk taxes, Lord Ashcroft who has sustantial stakes in websites like ConservativesHome and PoliticsHomes, he owns main forums in which members of the party speak to each other. turns out Lord Ashcroft has invaded paying £113M in tax, that amount would stop a couple of centres for disabled and old people from closing due to the cuts,

@Busy_body.
Fortnums gave a huge amount to charity but they still evaded paying £40M in tax, Big Corporations who sadly are supporters of the Tory Party need to pull their weight, they cannot continue to evade millions in tax, as well as football clubs like Manchester United, TAX EVASION AND AVOIDANCE needs to stop most especially in Africa.

I agree with you LABOUR PARTY ARE BLOODY HYPOCRITES but they are no longer in government, they have past their sell-by date but the CONDEMS are worse than Labour, the CONDEMS Ministers are cutting services for the elderly left, right and centre when most of them were claming all sorts of expenses before the telegraph made their expenses claims public, they were all at it especially Tory Mp's switching they second homes to their first homes to avoid paying tax, some even managed to build a propery porfolio in the process, David Cameron was the worst claiming the maximum for his second homes in Oxford, they are all hypocrites.
Foreign Affairs / Re: Up To 500,000 Protestors Attend Anti-cuts Demonstrations by thameamead(f): 1:14pm On Mar 31, 2011
Sis
so you think its alright for one person to avoid paying £285Million in tax, am not a daily mail reader, its too right wing and too "we hate immigrants" for me but make of what you will about the daily mail, they are not in favour of tax avoidance of any form, am a leftie so daily mirror, guadian and indy is what i read if i feel like reading the papers.
David Cameron talks the talk but does not walk the walk, so much crap from him when he was in opposition, why are Chief Executives of Councils most especially Tory run Councils on over £170,00 a year, he wants them to take a !0% pay cut which is nothing, they should be taking at least 30% pay cut.
