Deicide:

which version of islam is this one

The question is expected now.....when you have been fed with falsehood.
What a reasonable human being will do is to seek the whole truth, but the likes of you will never, you get erected when its all negatives about Islam

dalaman:
The people I pity the most are muslim women. I wonder and can't get why they happily follow a system that enslaves and doesn't promote them as women and offers anything good for them here on earth and in the so called life after. I truly pity muslim wome sincerely speaking. They happily follow this religion that promotes the male gender above them and degrades them.

Pity yourself please and get enlightened.

Islam don't enslaves women....its total freedom.
As a Muslim woman, I have a right to maintain my father's name in marriage.

Until the 19th century, women dont own their properties. Islam gives me the right to own property. Even in Igbo land women don't inherit properties, until recently.
If you are thinking about polygamy. It's not a must for me as a Muslim woman to go into polygamy, its all about choice. Before marriage I can draw a contract that my husband will not take a second wife, its my right.

In marriage I don't have to spend one penny on the household, my husband has to finance everything. If I spend on the family.... I am doing charity.
And lots more.......tell me what religion beat this?
And I also have a right to choose my partner....whom am going to marry.

Religion is different from culture

Rip sis......

Btw have seen many Muslims converted to Christianity and doing great but have not seen other wise. Mike Tyson converted to Islam and his career nosedived.

We are serving a living GOD too.

You are just been stvpid. So xtians don't die? Why the hell do you people pray that your "god" should grant you heaven and when its time to go for your reward in heaven (through death) you now see it as "devil's" work.

Ok, but definitely not a retroperitoneal organs, just the brain.... Had to go back and recheck, you are correct. She could have worded it better as '...Pointed the knife on the small of her back' or something.

Alright

ElPhoche:
It was really an interesting piece. You left me spellbound.
I would like to point out some few things I hope you could correct in your next work, which I will be eagerly waiting for.
1)Work on the tenses.
2)You saturate your paragraph with so many characters and pronouns that it is difficult at times, keeping up and identifying who is speaking.
3)To forestall above, more paragraph would be better, or you find another way to work around it.
As a doctor, grin, I will say that they didn't stab 'her retroperitoneal organ'. ' means behind. Retroperitoneal organs here would include the ascending, descending colon, kidneys, pancrease, ureters, rectum, which I don't think you mean.

'The girl in glasses' aka Degelinglacis, you rock

Her retroperitoneal organ was not stabbed. A knife was pointed at those organs. From what I can picture, the writer meant the knife was pointed at her back.

So sad
Maybe just maybe if Ebube had supported Nat when Bel's secret was revealed rather than standing on neutrality ground she might still be alive and visit the pastor just like Nat suggested because Bel was confused and kind of repentant in that scene
OR
If Cosmos had talked to Bel as per all the help she rendered to his family abput her sexualty maybe she would have considered it and change.

Kudos fantasyisland

"A lover?" She blushed terribly repeating his word
"How could you think i would want that?" She was shocked and annoyed at the same time. He was not different from the gossiping couple. And she thought he would understand that was why she opened up to him only to be insulted by this same man who has been part of her sleepless nights six years ago. She fled the library in anger, it was all a bad idea staying out this late. Usually she make a few minutes appearance before she disappeared into her room
**********************

The all too familiar hands grabbed her shoulder again. She couldn't move or shout at him to leave her alone. How could she? Wihen she had always wanted him.
"You must allow me to apologise once again,Sumaya" he said softly. He didnt know what came over him. Why he couldnt hold his tongue. Now he had ruin the lovely Miss night.
"I'm sorry" he apologised turning her to face him only to see how hard she was trying to stop the tears from dropping.
"It's fine" she said
They both knew it wasn't and he hated himself more for ruining her lovely night. And the unshed tears in her eyes were killing him. He should have kept his damn mouth shut. The lovely Miss only needed a listening ear not some judgemental fool he proved to be. What was he going to do now?
"I'm hungry" he announced and in reality he was. The only real meal he had was in the morning and the snacks served in the plane was boring. He only held one and slept off
"The buffet is over there" She said leading him to the large room that hosted Abass guests. He purposely reduced his strides to watch the way her back moved rhythmically with her legs. She was cat walking! And why was he just noticing things about her? It's been six years like she said and he was just discovering this? Wow!
The hall had a great design of artworks displayed at each corner of the room. Grandpapa made it his duty to collect artworks all about sea and ships and it turned out brilliant displaying them in the large hall. The banners were of blue and peach and each tables and chairs were clothed beautifully. The marble flooring had always been the hallmark of the room and the efficient paintings of the wall did its best to outshine every other decorations in there.
Finally she found an empty seat the business men were not occupying and most importantly a seat far away from the models waiting to snag any free man and he could see the way they were devouring him with their eyes.
"Thank you" he said as she placed the plates of amala and ewedu with lots of fish on his table.
He washed his hands and dig into his meal, smiling at her for every morsel he took.
"It taste great" he said cleaning his hands with the tissue paper as one of the service girls cleared his table
"That's what you get when Yummy Sum caters for your partyy
"Interesting. Can i have your card? I want to organise a luncheon party for my colleagues back in the States" he said
He wanted to please her, anything to erase her anger at him. And this was one of it, the contract would go a long way.

"I suppose not. I'm really excited about the MSMS tour he gave me for my birthday" seeing the lost expression on his face she explained further" It's a program organised for young Muslims to meet. Though it will be as halal as possible. It is a six hour program"
."How many other young women will be there?"
She shrugged"I don't know. There will be fifteen of us in all, not including the men and women from our respective families that will act as a chaperone and also a teacher vast in the knowledge of Islam"
He didn't like the idea of her travelling to meet some young men who'd be interested in marriage and snatched her away. Why he should care, he did not stop to analyze. It was in his nature to act on what was best for him snd others
"I don't think you should go on this trip. You barely know this guys, they could lie and claim to be anybody else"
Her legs stopped swinging and she stared at him as if he just developed a monkey ear"You are joking right? The wisdom behind this trip is for me to meet men closer to my age and who'd be interested in marriage. It's not like the marriage will happen instanta, when i meet a man who wants me all it takes is to inform grandpapa and he will take it up from there and make things happen. Though i have been doing isthiara(prayer)"
She has been doing the prayer consistently for three months yet she was still single. The tour was her hope and she would give it everything it takes just like grandpapa suggested
" Are you aaying that you do not object to Abass buying a lover but never a husband?"
