Nope. No one has ever given me a Laptop on Nairaland before. And yes, that moniker was mine, before I deactivated it(I don't normally use a moniker more than 3 months), and if you go through that thread, youll see where I wrote that it was just a prank. I'm still waiting for the evidence of the scam I committed.

OK, I'll advise you check the charging port first because if it is not making the right contact with your charger it won't power on or charge.

If the charging port is broken, I'll advise you stop using it till you fix it because there is 19v line and 1.2v ad_id line going to the sio.

If it bridge together, it will affect the motherboard, so I'll advise you stop twisting etc.

Please, is it normal for a used HP elitebook 8440p battery to not last for up to an hour? Because the one I use at work, the battery drains so fast, that it can move from 100-70 in 10 minutes. What could be the problem? Although it's not a brand new Laptop though, but at least, the battery should be able to last for sometime. Will changing the battery or the charger solve the problem? Please, I need a reply.
Nb: it charges very fast also. It can to 100% under 30mins,but discharges very fast.

Stay in school, but sacrifice your grades for the business. The main reason we go to school is so we can get good jobs, with good pay. Something which is very hard to get nowadays, but you're already making money in school. So i'd advise you to stay in school, and make sure you graduate. But you might not end up graduating with a first class.

So unfortunate that this salient points of yours, does not apply to the World's poverty capital.
