RomanceRe: Some Mistakes In Life Can Be Very Hurtful. by The5DME(m):

This is why one need a strong father figure, since they will save and guide you from mistakes that would damage your life, because they've passed through those phases.

If I'll have any regret, then it would be letting a woman that truly loves me go. As in, I break her heart. But I was not stupid then. I made an agreement with myself that I may not find another woman that would love me like her. I knew the consequences. True love hard to find.

Luckily, I continously met woman that loves me, so it kinda reduce the pain. But yes, I know for sure that I escaped lots of other deadly mistakes in life due to my dad, and my mum. Two strong people that will never let me fall and will interrupt any of us making a mistake.
Not everyone was oppourtuned to have a father figure in their live.

Hi, a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, Physics Electronics with a First Class or Second Class Upper will almost certainly get you an entry level job into any of the Telecoms company. At least it will get you an interview. I worked in the recruitment unit of one of the GSM Operators for over seven years. Graduate of other Engineering Disciplines have good chances provided they have good result 1st Class/ Second Class Upper. Second Class Lower with relevant Master's Degree is also considered.
How about someone with a Mathematics degree who intends to break into the Telecom industry?

RomanceRe: Lady 'Tackles' Other Ladies That Say They Cant Date Broke Men (Video) by The5DME(m): 10:05am On Aug 26, 2022
pansophist:
Women may be hypergamous, but it is men that facilitate hypergamy. If hypergamy is a passenger, then men are the driver and the conductor. Women are integrators, not creators.

For example guys that have being with women from other countries always testify how non-materialistic many of the girls are. Your so-called yahoo boys would be ignored in countries like Norway or Slovakia because the men over there didn't use money to demonstrate love.

I remember going on a date with a Finnish girl and as a fresh-of-the-boat naija boy, I wanted to pay for the date as my duty but she refused. Like not refuse as a ploy to make me intensify my desire to pay, but proper refusal like no, don't pay for me.

She sees herself as a matured adult that is responsible for herself and not a burden to others. She believe its unfair to make me pay when she is not even my gf yet. And to not make me have a bad impression of her. She respect herself.

And its because the men in those countries didn't create an obsessively materialistic society. Look at our music, movies and culture, money is god. It is glorified and no matter how evil a person is, money will make him an angel. Nigerians worship money, it comes before morality.

Which makes the country a fertile soil for materialism and hypergamy to germinate and strong. The girl you're confessing love to has hundreds of men in the dm giving her free money just to appreciate her beauty. Buying her expensive phones, but the end result is that you damage alot of this Women. They become lazy and entitled.

Because when you train someone to know how to spend, flex, enjoy, without knowing the virtue of hardwork, you've created problems for yourself. I know so many guys that are broke as hell, some work in factories, but their younger sisters are all living large without working. How can you explain that?

These girls will go into their late 20's and 30's, creating stupid rules that a man earning 100k is not good enough for her. Would you blame her? She is reacting base on the prevalent culture of her society. Men creates the society, and women integrate into it. Let that sink on.
I have a girl friend, 18 years of age, whose boyfriend got her a brand new iPhone 11 just for her birthday, coupled with lots of cash gifts and all that. A girl got all this just by being a "girl". This girl has no skill, no special talent or anything.
This life is truly not fair at all. I used to hate girls for this biological advantage over men, but then It hit me one day while watching a documentary on NatGeoWild. Antelopes have their young ones eaten by lions almost immediately they are birthed, but these animals do not hate the lions, they don't complain, they don't cry; they simply accept it as it is and "adapt". That's what I did.

Such a crazy place we are.

CareerRe: Is This A Norm In Nigeria Among Bosses And Masters?? by The5DME(m): 7:49am On Aug 12, 2022
Same issue I faced when I was learning how to fix mobile phones at Ikeja. Very terrible bosses. They only sent me on errands, both relevant and irrelevant errands. After 6 months, I knew I was not going to make headway in this skill because no one would really trust me to give me phones to fix, so I had to quit.

It was a painful thing to quit a skill you were so passionate about, but only to meet circumstances beyond your control, and alos considering the fact that I paid 50k to learn. After that, I swore never to learn any "handwork" ever again. If it's not a digital skill, I'm not interested anymore.

Op, just try to look for a way you can get practical experience from your seniors, because during my time, it was a particular senior I met there that took me under his wings - was showing me things. The boss hardly ever has time for you. If at the end you figure out that you're not making headway, you have to quit.
Good luck.

RomanceRe: Thomas Sankara: If I Don't Find A Man Like This, I'm Not Getting Married (Photo) by The5DME(m): 3:00pm On Jul 27, 2022
pansophist:
Men like him exist, only that as much as humans try to believe they are attracted to others for their principles, it has always been for their looks. It's his looks first, then his personality, or as you call it, a social justice warrior.

Go to the universities, or youth group in church. There are men like Sankara there, albeit not occupying political seat of power, but they exist. When you say things like "do we have men like Sankara in Nigeria?", you're suffering your own bias, which by its very nature, exclude most men and spotlight the tiny.

Lots of guys like him abound, but they are invincible to you. It's either they ain't tall enough, rich enough, attractive enough, or a combination of all. Self-awareness, as well as metacognition are important qualities an individual should have.
Hello! I can recollect you saying something about our career does not necessarily have to involve an "office-work" or something like that. Can you please, expound more on this?
