Anambra airport will still serve the same purpose. Once Anambra airport is completed, the one in Asaba could be turned to a warehouse while Delta people should use the one in Anambra since the two states are not far from each other. Onitsha PORT is a federal government property, and it is in the process of being concessioned.

From Umueri to Onitsha is just about 15 minutes, while Asaba to Onitsha is almost 35 minutes.

I wanted to address this earlier but I decided to keep calm untill now, people be typing rubbish here they forgot that the town boundaries in anambra Awka and onitsha is less than 30 minutes to cover , while from onitsha to asaba airport is more than that if there is no usual traffic in asaba .

Awka Etiti is more developed and richer than Oraukwu. Umuoji is also bigger and boast of more wealthy people than Oraukwu.

This is a unizik student lodge in Amansea owned by the Catholic church , the development in that amnsea area is mind blowing .

Is easy to understand why anambra is among the most developed states in Nigeria, practically every town in anambra can boast of development except those riverine areas of Nzam and co.
It will surprise people to know that villages in anambra has more road network than the major towns most especially Aguata and Aniocha, the likes of Alor Ngige's town, Agulu peter obi's town and I Nneni can't be left out Tonimas single handedly tared almost the whole community roads axcept state roads.

The smallest but mightiest town within that area is Oraukwu, that very small town look more like GRA, u hardly see old building there, am not surprised that Ejison and CEO fireman generator is from there.


Anambra might not have airport and seaport but the area of development covered in anambra is a factor.
