Is your issue the manner in which Rufai presented his point, or the question he's requesting answers to?

This is one of the legacies of the accursed Muhammadu Buhari, and APC that created the repentant terrorist tag, and kept integrating them into the military and every aspect of civilian life.

It's a no-brainer. This country low-key cursed.

One just has to hope other countries don't follow suit.

I thought I was the only one experiencing this..... Friday over Saturday I had to run generator overnight because of the heat.

All through the day on Saturday had to run generator again. They only restored power in the evening on Saturday and they still fluctuated it overnight.

The light stayed few hours on Sunday morning before they seized it and didn't restore until the evening.

The power supply had been abysmal and there's been no logical reasoning/explanation given for it
Normal December - March power drop.

Hålfwit harping about "multidimensional poverty" to deflect. Who on God's green earth is having that conversation with you?

You are envious. I set out to unravel you as such then dug up posts which fueled your motive.

Whe we see a woman pointing out the big butts and boobs of other women during arguments then we find out that same woman has been lamenting over the years about wanting to have a BBL and breast enlargement procedure, it's proof for why she deflects to point out the physical attributes of those women she criticizes, even when the issues have nothing to do with their butts.

Next time you bring up "abroadians", people know your reasons.

Case made. Point proven. 🙂
Wicked abroadian was a tongue in cheek jIbe by most...you linking it primarily to jealousy is grand revisionism.

Yes. It's a win for Tinubu but not for Wike.

Tinubu has stripped Wike of his powers in Rivers. Everyone will move their loyalty to him not Wike. Wike will at best be a vassal
Yea, Wike's hand has surely been weakened, but he didn't lose out now, he lost when he couldn't bring Fubara to order until Tinubu stepped in...all this one na just BAT consolidating e victory.

At this point Wike is very very dispensable, though I doubt BAT would replace a battle-tested general like Wike for a disloyal upstart in the person of Fubara.

Officially Wike is still in PDP and he will remain there to continue his ghost war with the party.

Even if they would impeach him it won't be permissible in an APC Vs APC matter.

For me it's a good move for Fubara to protect himself politically. Even though I don't like the party
Like Fubara had a say in the matter 😃

If it was strategically important for Tinubu/Wike to have Fubara remain in the PDP, he'd still be there and won't move one inch...all the fight that was left in him, he lost after he was removed and chose to come back on their terms

There's nothing to be gained for the opposition from this Fubara's move...Wike doesn't lose much, at least anymore than he lost the moment Fubara chose to move mad.

Tinubu won bigly through this crisis

This idea of blaming people for being kindhearted and humane is not good at all. When it was being said that she's treating herself through unconventional means, the believe was that she probably didn't have the financial muscle to foot the bill for cancer treatment in a standard specialist hospital.

Now turning around and blaming people who raised the funds for her to be able to treat herself well just doesn't sit down well with me.

It makes no sense for anybody to be expected to ask for the religion of a sick person before lending helping hand.
I'm not blaming the general public that raised funds for her o, it's the organizers of the fund raising that I said would use this as lesson.

A doctor was involved in the fund raising effort, maybe he could have found out exactly what was happening with her current treatment plan and through that would have known how they'd proceed. It might not be nice to blame them, but I'm sure they too in their quite corners would know to do due diligence next time.

Which kind talk be this? If she cares so much about her faith above her health, why can't she just keep mum and suffer the ill-health without asking members of the public for help with medical bills?

In what world did she think she will get treated without having to do blood transfusion at one point or the other ?

See there's no lesson here for those that organized the fund raising. If I contributed to the pool and I hear this nonsense about her faith I will most likely request for refund of my money because it seems she's not ready to fight and survive cancer. I won't want my money to be wasted over someone that doesn't want to get saved. She can as well use her faith to heal herself
Before they made the donation to her, it was in the open that she was treating the cancer through unconventional means...why they didn't make an attempt to find out why she was doing that instead of going to the hospital like every other normal person is on those that raised funds for her.

The fund raisers were doing a good thing, and this is a blindspot most persons would miss in the eagerness to save her, but I'm pretty sure before they ask the public to raise funds for the next person, they'd ask one or two questions to be sure it won't be a labour in vain.

What religion will do to people in this country ehn..... 🤦‍♂️

This aunty Esther on NG Twitter is a popular market woman who is always placing advert under people's posts whether na political discussion, people fighting over tribal sentiments or even misognyst vs Feminazi discussions.

She's currently down with cancer and kind hearted NG twitter community members had to crowd-fund for her treatment.

She's supposed to take blood transfusion as part of her treatment before the chemo starts, but she's declined taking transfusion because she's a Jehovah witness (her faith forbids blood transfusion). They said she's opting for other alternatives which will take longer and cost more because of her unwillingness to take blood transfusion.

Imagine someone whose medical bills was crowd funded still saying because of her religions faith she won't take blood transfusion but would rather explore a more expensive option on top people's donation o.

I don't even know how I feel about the whole thing sef.
But no be today Jehovah witnesses begin get this their faith na, will she now abandon her faith because funds were raised for her?

I guess this is a lesson for those organizing these fund raising, make sure the people they're raising for are not fans of unconventional health practices/doctrines.

Its the nature of life, What faces you is likely backing someone else
Yea, every policy is a trade-off, and responsible governments target policies that yield the most good.

Buhari's protectionist policies benefited thousands of Rice farmers but sent millions of Nigerians to bed on an empty stomach...and some to the afterlife.

After the said policy, the farmers still are nowhere close to meeting local demand, and their only cry is that people should have kept dying of starvation so they smile to the bank.

"Extreme buharist". grin grin really??
I've tried to explain the nuances in my vote, not support.
My vote for APC was to dismantle the dominance of pdp in the hopes of strengthening our democracy and not becoming a one party faux democratic nation like many other African countries.

Hindsight has shown that position to be failure but at the time was very logical. hence my support for a total revolution.

My obidient support was never about just one man which is why I am kinda political depressed. It was about participating in a political revolution, one led by the masses. It was a dream, Obi was just a vehicle to that dream. His failure to build on that movement is why you can see my disinterest in him at the moment not as if I'm suddenly turning on his values which I had espoused.
And how sure are you that you're not in that same situation this time around?

By the time people heed your call for revolution and we become Lybia 2.0 on a GDP per capita sub $500, you'd still come and say it was the logical thing to do.

Do you believe change is constant or stagnant?
Of course, change is constant, but when you've shown a pattern of flipping across political positions, especially as an extremist, maybe what you need is a measured expression of whatever your new political positions are, and grace to those that don't share your political views today.

DonJ has been an extreme Buharist
DonJ has been extremely anti-Obi, going as far as wishing him death
Then anti-Buhari
Then an extreme Obidient
Now back to being anti-Obi and anti-Tinubu.

DonJ has to be calming down, and not doing emotional blackmail with people that don't share his political position.
