location is very important. i opened a business center since august and am running at a loss. it is a major bus stop in kaduna but still no patronage. i think d best place is close to a higher institution.

Well since i'm operating the business from my apartment, my customers are limited to my coursemates chiefly (most of my profit comes from them) and students in my lodge.


So in a week if there is no much business, I make 3k... but if i"ve got good job, profit covers all that I didn't make in those days...



The business isn't stable... but if I am open to the general public, that is if I rent a shop outlet, i'm sure i"ll be making nothing less than 5k everyday.



Well profit will be shared accordingly to our capital contributions... for example, if u are bringing 100k and i'm bringing 50k, ur profit will be higher than mine... that's how partnership works.




Well if u want somewhere you can be going and be coming bak everyday in warri, then business centre is so not the right business u would want to set up in a location where u may not likely get d kind of customers that will put ur business above par.




But if u want total control of the business, no problem.. that means you have to a manager who is very knowledgeable about the business and can hustle out profits by meeting targeted customers who will foward jobs to you both online and offline.


For example for those who I can't reach, they send their work to me by email, I print for them and deliver. Everyone smiles home. I print textbooks as well for students.. so Mrs Thelish, you will make a lot of money in a school environment.

well you just have to... u really have to. Unless u want to be settling for small money as daily income. Like ryt now I just finished a job by supplying 25 students handout, my operating expenditure was 9k.. profit is 15k. Just one job in one day. Not to talk of d oda ones.




In such business, there are peak periods and off peak periods, u will only make cool cash during times like jamb registration, waec, nysc, etc... asides these, na small small change u go dey see at d end of d business day.


So think about it. If u Wana partner with me here we can set up a meeting. All u need to is to sit in d comfort of your home while I remit u ur cash daily. I operate my business in my apartment and I want to expand. There is serious money in this if you are located in school premises. Trust me

Please, I want to know how lucrative is computer business center. Like doing Paper work(photocopying and others), mini cafe, and computer school inside as well.
I really want those who are professionals in the business to put me through its pro and cons.

Ugh! Another thread for guys to bash DILs. Already, one Ahab above is talking shit about wives being replaceable. Now with attitudes like that, when a supposed husband can't and won't caution his erring mother, do you really expect the ' bought out' wife to show love and wish the MIL well? And all in the name of cementing the bond between mother and son, as if the wife was cultivated from a tree.

I am not for wishing MILs death, karma or not, but when men learn to put everyone in their proper places,there will never be scenarios where MILs and DILs will be antagonistic towards each other. The onus lies on our lily-livered men and husbands.

Food for thought: MILs are not the mothers of the wives,so don't expect them to flow same as they flow with their actual blood. I can tell my mum that I am tired and won't cook for a day and she will understand me cuz I am her daughter. Say that to MIL and my box is already on its way to my father's house.

I actually see a story that inspires patience and longsuffering even though there are some aspects of it that are questionable.The woman's mumuness in keeping quiet when she saw results of the man's tests and taking all that ill-treatment when abused.Why keep quiet?That's not patience.
