The subsidy also weighs down on the Naira, depreciating it. If it continued, I won't be surprised if the Naira hit $1-N1000 by early next year. Pat Utomi had already prophesied this year. A weaker Naira means less spending power for you.

Each successive Nigeria government has been telling lies to Nigerians about the petroleum sector.

APC is progressively taking Nigeria back to the stone age. People can no longer fuel their cars while politicians are going around in convoys. Schools are now running for just 3 days a week now and workers also. Soon people may start eating once a day. So unfortunate that Nigerians chose darkness over light because of their foolishness.

If only these people know what they are doing to their future. In fact they have no future taking advantage of poor market women to show of fake bravado. What do those villagers know about their struggle with the government. I blame the state governor that was making threats without adequate security to the people. Some people do not just reason well.

I knew this was the plan all along to evade the arrest warrant issued for him by the FBI. Get him arrested and pretend to file charges against him and when the fire dies down you release him. The so called trial will eventually fizzle out and you will hear nothing of it. We know the game.

In the midst of biting poverty African leaders still find a way of living in immoral affluence. Soulless animalistic bunch.

People just love deceiving themselves. There is nothing like election in Nigeria. The last election we had in Nigeria was held in the year 1993 when Abiola won fair and square but the powers that be refused giving him power because they maybe felt he will not defend their interests. Every other election we have held is just a means of giving legitimacy to the one anointed by the secret powers that run this country. Nigerians be wise.

Politicians will continue to take advantage of the cycle of foolishness we as Nigerians have found ourselves in. I find it even more nauseating that some intellectually challenged people do come on this forum to support them blindly. Why must you the citizen be made to pay for the profligacy and corruption of these criminals in power? For 8yrs we were told to endure that Buhari will make Nigerian an Eldorado and now this drug baron has come again that the same long-suffering Nigerians should continue to endure while the rogues in government are still living large. They are not making any sacrifices like they are telling us to do.
I remember some years back when they had some financial issues in Israel and it was required that everyone's salary should be cut. They started from the salary of the then prime minister to the last person in government. Can we do such here or are the politicians immune to making sacrifices? When will Nigerians be wise?

Modernization is man's creation. It does not change God who is the ancient of days. He lives outside of time and he has told us to be modest in all our doings. Most of those churches where they do such things do not worship the true God. They just come to church and make noise with their praise and worship then go home feeling absolutely empty.

The good book has already said there is no peace for the wicked. No matter where he runs to on earth the faces of those he killed will continue to hunt him. Wicked soul.

When we told them that baba bulaba will tax them to death they thought we were joking. That is the only thing he knows how to do. They said they don't have money but just a few days ago we saw them cruising around in expensive cars for the Sallah holidays.
They tell you to make sacrifices but they are neither ready nor willing to sacrifice their bogus salaries and allowances for anything.
Nigerians are forever condemned to electing and supporting wicked devils as leaders. They will soon tax you for walking on the road and the air you breath. Get ready.

I really pity the Nigerdelta people. It is fast becoming a barren wasteland. That which was meant for their good has been turned into a snare unto them. The same Shell responsible for this spillage dares not try it in their country but because of corruption here anything goes.

Good day all,
I met my wife 4years ago, before we got married she told me that she has a boyfriend and she do call him pet name as ( MAJESTY) and I do see it wen ever he calls her not until our relationship became strong and we eventually got married.
However, before we got married my wife changed her sim card entirely and even till today I have never witness any strange number call her and we have been happily marriage.

Not until last week, my wife older sister gave birth to a baby girl and we both went to visit her and the baby with gifts. Infact my wife took along with her so many things in our house including baby baff my mum bought for her wen she put to birth.

My worry now is that, my wife sister named her daughter after my wife ex boyfriend and that has been disturbing me because the name still rings in my memory and I'm yet to know why among so many names on earth why I'll she chose (MAJESTY) as a name for her new born?

Note: this my wife sister is not yet married, she just got pregnant for a married man even as I write, the married is claimed to have traveled to London.

Please ur kind advice is highly needed.

Life was very sweet then. Even though we were looking at things getting better in the country but sadly we have hit rock bottom as a nation.
They told us we were the leaders of tomorrow but those that told the lie are still hanging onto power today. Nepa was a bit better than the horror we have today.
Everyday it was e go better but almost 30yrs later we are still in dire straits.
My lovely mother and father were civil servants and we would close school by 2pm while they closed by 3:30 pm. We all had nice family time watching TV and chatting away about the activities of the day. Now parents rarely have time for kids and families are becoming strangers under the same roof.
Nigerian Railways was the zing thing those beautiful days. Now I weep when I see what that wonderful corporation has become.
Truly, it is easier to destroy than to build.
