In order to pay back the frivolous loans taken from the Chinese they have to tighten the noose on the eternally docile, suffering n smiling masses.

Cos of thievery of the political class and an excessive centralization of important sectors of the economy. Why do we need a national grid at this stage when after all these years it cannot guarantee electricity? Allow States and regions that can generate electricity and free up the grid for those that can't.
These guys know what is good cos they do travel overseas and see how things are done in advanced countries but their lust for power and unmitigated greed will never allow them replicate same here.

If it ain't real people are not gonna get involved in demonism, spirits worship and the dark arts and never you believe it's an African thing. It's a worldwide thing. I remember watching a BBC documentary about a guy that won a competition in Russia involving witchcraft and the dark arts. A visit to his room revealed some things which are not different from what you will find in the house of a witchdoctor in Nigeria here. Things like magic mirror or what we call a monitoring mirror down here. Even Some of these American politicians and superstars are involved in it. You may Google "spirit cooking", Ouija boards and tarot cards and see for yourself.
This world is way deeper than what we see with our physical eyes and believe me when I tell you that I have seen things that the mouth cannot speak.

A letter of administration or LOA is a standard requirement to enable a next of kin(s) to access a deceased's account.

It might seem stressful and expensive but its wholly legal the world over.

This is wickedness and a deliberate act to steal from the Account holder as I don't understand why they did not make the man realize that he would need that letter when he was alive. Why did they accept the mandate he signed knowing that it would not suffice?

National interest died a long long time ago that is if it ever existed at all. Today National interest must =Northern interest.

If returning the money will cause trust issues I advice you to keep the money and when he settles you you give it back to him and start declaring all your profits to him henceforth. Never and I mean never you try to spend a dime of his money cos you may not go with his full blessings while he settles you and you will not go far in whatever you do later in future.
I know several people that tried to be faster than themselves while serving their OGA and they are still suffering the consequences till date as nothing they ever lay their hands on moves as it should. Resist that temptation, never mortgage your future for present material gains. I am telling you from experience.

Slowly and steadily they are stripping Nigerians off the freedoms they had before the unfortunate coming to power of their evil party from hell. Dammit we were just fine as we where why do they need to muzzle us if they are doing the right things? China is buying our people into slavery and our leaders are happy selling us into slavery. Ask them how they intend to repay and you will see they are hoping on government allocation and if that's not enough they tax the long suffering indigenes to death. That's the level of wickedness of these guys.
