The beautiful thing is that marriage is not something that started today. It's something that is as old as humanity itself. The reason most homes are boiling today is that most people of this generation are trying to redefine marriage from what it was intended to what suits them. |

Politics › Re: Nigeria's 36 States Ranked In Order Of Land Mass by themanderon: 2:30pm On Aug 02, 2020 |
MetaPhysical: ...your response would get good support if it were true that the five states, or the region in itself, is a respectable economic performer.
You must find some other index with which to brand SE, land and economy ranking work against you. Lagos state is a tiny state but economic giant. The whole SW region is the top income earner for Nigeria and also the top culturally diverse society, and in land size the region is the biggest in the South.
So Ibos need to define new brandings, economic or geographic does not work well in your favour. When you guys scream Lagos is an economic giant I am tempted to ask who made it so? The indigenes or the settlers? |

What a world. BBN winner gets millions and now this. So it means hard work, morality, and decency doesn't pay anymore? Well looking at the situation in our country, that is certainly the case. Makes me remember a series movie "Super Force" we used to watch on Nta channel 5 during the late 90's. Where the voice over guy that used to do the intro said and I quote " It is the year 2020 and the world has changed" Truly the world has changed. It is being redefined right before our very eyes. The line between good and evil is being erased completely. |

Focusmind: Nigeria! We have all the opportunity to be like Turkey, South Korea, Singapore and other emerging economies. But no, the corruption in this country is dragging the country backwards. Money that could be used to better the welfare of the people but the elite will continue to loot and loot. During my days in UK as a student, I was wondering how their forefathers had to make the sacrifice that saw the country developed to that extent.
Every nook and crannies of Scotland was developed with tarred road and good housing with modern city living. This wouldn't have been possible if their fore fathers and former governments were looting the treasury. We seems to like good things in this country but the government hardly makes an effort to put the country on the part of growth
Each generation that comes becomes worse than the former. I fear for the future generation and how the country will be in the years to come if the current trend of profligacy and mismanagement of public resources continues. I think it's Particular to the Negroid race. Destruction is in their genes. That's why there are no developed black only countries on the face of the earth from Africa to the carribean its all the same stories of poverty strife corruption and greed. The whites only think how to make things better by innovative thinking while Blacks kill any ray of innovation he can find. The reason why some Africans do well in advanced countries is cos they were given opportunity to do so by the whites a luxury their own kind will never give them but would even try to kill them. That's why 2pac sang in one of his songs and I quote, "Though they say it's the white man I should fear, but its my own kind doing all the killings here" So you can see that what most Black's seem to know is destroy destroy and destroy and that's cos they know no other way. |

I have always known this for a fact. But instead of Nigerians staging a revolt against this anomaly we seem to be busy chasing immaterial stuffs, watching big brother naija, fighting over PDP and APC and so on while the government brazenly treats us like trash while robbing us blind. How can a country satisfy its international customers while leaving its citizens with an epileptic supply for so many years!? Africa and most particularly Nigeria is plagued with the most inhumane, soulless and very wicked leaders humanity has ever seen. Methinks Hitler is a learner compared to them. Seems like the devil specifically sent them here as a plague to us all for only God knows whatever reasons. I just can't understand all this. |
