Eeyah. I would have explained, but since you're jobless you won't understand the concept.

You don't know anywhere in Lagos. Ogombo is not a forest. If you weren't so stupid, you'd understand. And no, 15k is not what I netted. It was 30k. Even if I netted 15k a day, its still more than what your parents give you the whole month.

A quick check on your IP address reveals you're on hotspot. You can't even afford data. Chai. See who dey follow people argue for nairaland.

Moronic as usual, I never asked your village papa not to provide for you. Lol. The obvious thing is that you used an astronomical amount of fuel. Maps and satellite images don't lie fuul.

You uploaded another dashboard to further prove that you really don't know what you are doing. N4400 from Admiralty Way to the heart of Ogombo forest is pure stupidity.

Yes they should be clear about its use upfront so people don’t buy more than they need and end up damaging their engines out of ignorance.

I’ve seen someone use 4 spacers at the same time on his vehicle before for 8 straight months just because he was fighting catalyst codes. If you see how happy he was a week after the two front ones were taken off (by force) you’d think he bought the vehicle afresh.

Even as a mechanic, you still failed grin contradicting yourself all over. Na your type dey leave jack inside engine. Just using Google. lol quack mecha!

I knew you had nothing in your cranium. As long as it's not a lazy driver complaining so you can support him, or typing mathematical jargons, you're as irrelevant as the "p" in psychology.

Who dash you house? You're a kid that still lives with his parents. You have no job, and the closest you've ever come to a girlfriend is your lathered up left hand. You think you're anonymous? Dey play.

Listen to me carefully. I don't stress to drive. Only your stupid fans and fellow complainers stress to drive. Any day I drive and I don't gross 45,000 or more, is because I chose not to. I don't expect you to understand because you've never worked a day in your life.

Masturbate to my dashboard as usual. Useless swine.

Did you make up to 15k net from this your suffer head dashboard? This is why anyone that is following you will always crash land and find himself in the gutter. You are just seffering for nothing.and working for filling stations.

From Olokunla to VI, that's a trip of almost 30km that would have taken at least 1hr, 30mim. You made N4800 from it. Deduct FUEL, you are left with about N1800 for the suffering of driving and picking up a rider from a very bad road. Cheerfulgiver you lack wisdom.

As if that is not enough, you took another trip from Admiralty to Sangotedo, inside one forest in Ogombo at night, a very bad road at N4400. Lol. A 35km trip. Where's the sense in this?

You are a very foolish hustler, for real though . Maybe is poverty that is making you act this way or village people are on your case and making you not to have sense?

Oluwole statistician. All you do is cho cho cho cho. You don't drive, you don't know shït. All you do is wait for a lazy driver to come wail, then you support him.

Do you have a better job or do you have a better strategy for drivers to make money or should we drown in the "kom kom" noise your empty head makes frequently?

Mugwu. Show us your dashboard of 18houts of driving,. When Lekki traffic hammered your coconut head today, you ran back to your cubicle in Ayobo Lol.. Don't worry, heat will soon descend on Lagos. It will melt the little neutrons left of your brain while waiting for trips. You are back here this night to free up all the stress of today's marathon driving. grin

I'm back from work, I'm in my sofa bxxtch with my gorgeous girlfriend about to retire for the night while you are still out there running round like a stay rat being chased by hungry cats lol. The only difference between you and those rats is that you are being chased round in circles by money lol. It ought to be the other way round. Bitch!! You chase money not money chasing you.

Apart from the runaway congo clown and gentle that reserves their own likes specifically you I am rest assured that between you and your horde of accounts you can scrounge up at least 10 more before midnight to make me look dumb (as you put it) and make yourself feel better grin

Nah, he's very right. How many trips can you select in a day? Even on the so called Indrive that your selfstyled goat mentor uses, no chance to be selecting rides that suits you these days, many drivers are waiting to knock you off your perch. Certainly not a strategy that can work day in day out in any of the other apps.

The trajectory and projection of the business drastically changed after the fuel hike. It's completely not making sense anymore.

You can see how Akinbowale has been fighting and cursing generation of people here. It boils down to frustration of the job taking a hit on him, but he will never admit it.

I'll always advise you to drive and find out yourself than believing what you read and hear. Things took a turn for the worse.

Please how can one verify a claim by an applicant that he has been an Uber driver previously as stated in his CV.
His driving is subpar and his Knowledge of Lagos roads below expectation.

I am saddled with employing this person for a company and I am not convinced that he has actually been an Uber/Bolt operator previously?

Is there any document (or process) I can use to validate this claim?

The onus is on him to provide you with concrete evidence to substantiate his claims. It's like someone claiming to have graduated from an institution but doesn't have a certificate. The fact that his driving is bad and doesn't have good knowledge of roads makes it more suspicious. An average Uber driver can use google map except if this man is a stack illiterate.

Ask him further about his ratings on Uber, number of trips, what the terms "pickups and dropoffs" mean, where Uber and Bolt offices are located, how many minutes you can wait for a reder( the standard time is 5). Find out from him what passengers are generally referred to, his experience, best and worst experience.

But then I suppose this may not be relevant anymore as you have him driving for you already? If not you wouldn't have known about his driving and knowledge of Lagos? You probably have failed in your due diligence before employing him lol.

What next? In the interim, you have to thread carefully if he's already working with you. The red flag is already there but you must trust him with a pinch of salt while having your finger on the trigger.

If he's not yet working with you but cannot give you convincing answers to those questions above, then you should do the needful.

My consultation fee for the above is a 100k. You owe me already lol. Don't make me wait!!

Nothing pains me, it's just the fact that both you n him doesn't have sense that there's offer n there's acceptance, you can either accept or you decline.
It's what the company can afford, if you feel it's too low, start up your damn company and choose to pay higher..

Dummies

I still don't understand how you people reason, you're driving someone without any expense on you and you're saying 5k isn't a good offer....
chai

If we start comparing with other complex work, you will know 5k for a day work isn't bad

Lol. I don't blame you for thinking this way. Someone will gross 30k or way less on Bolt with about 13k fuel plus hard labour for a whole.day. If you break down all expenses, what he made is not actually far from this your 5k mark. 30k on paper, 5k in bank account.

Na experience you use arrive at this 5k. No one is seeing what you are seeing. Trust me, I understand you very well and know how you came about this benchmark ; grin. It's what the business have been redeuced to lately.

You think it’s hard to monitor your activity on nairaland abi? Just simple keyword searches gave me everything about you one after the other and I didn’t even waste up to an hour or visit any other website except when I was tracking your school’s department and picture. All your information is right here on nairaland and in my gallery as screenshots.

Like for example you are the only one I’ve ever seen that writes the word mugu as mug W u everywhere you insult people on this forum. From that simple word I was led to a few of your other accounts then from there I picked up other keywords you use regularly in the heat of your trolling and searched on further exposing more of your other accounts, schools attended, job searches, personal phone numbers and even email accounts. Think I’m capping? Just do this simple search yourself and see grin shebi you claim to be a trained professional digger? You don jam rock this season cool I won’t spill all my expo now but when it’s time to defend my posts you will surely see some more methods I used.

That’s why I tell you that no matter how many accounts you terminate and new ones you create you can not change who you are and we will eventually get you when you least expect wink

I’ve assured you I will post everything but not on this thread. It will be in the appropriate place for fraudulent people like you. You’ve already openly given me your permission. I won’t even use my usual moniker to post it because I saw the way you started following my account after I first hinted on exposing you and started using another fresh account to troll me here plus I’m just coming from a fresh ban and would like to keep this my account neutral for now. I have already created a special moniker for your expose cheesy and it will be unveiled soonest wink

Na people wey dey close to you go tell you once I’ve dropped your details there. You’re a fraud and must be exposed. Only cheats and thieves have your particular trend of behavior on this website.

I will first expose you then once you’re naked those other people you feel couldn’t find you will then do the honors grin

You’ve already denied your name once so what makes it hard to deny this your new halahala undercover monika? grin you that to open fresh account no dey hard.

You’ve been posting and dragging me with it and I’ve always been ignoring you waiting for you to engage me with this your very account before I respond.

I was actually about to post about your shenanigans in the scam and fraud section last weekend but decided to wait till you mentioned me first. I was banned before and that’s why I haven’t done it since that time but I guess you’re finally man enough to face your demons this week

I will show you a tidbit of what I learned back then in my trolling years on this website. You are a learner and I am going to school you proper. You think it’s by denying yourself here? Posting dru’s pic just to feel accomplished abi? Calling him gay and saying he can’t drive. Just lying against innocent people upandan because you felt nobody could find you out?

Don’t worry, you will soon post there to defend yourself with that your untainted moniker that you use whenever the demon isn’t moving you grin I will call out every single person that you have attacked on this forum from now till back to 2012 when you were still a virgin on this website. Even the ones that are friendly with in each of your accounts will be called out so they can see the real person that you are.

Only you have up to 5 different accounts for posting on this Uber thread separately, 2 accounts for Manchester United fan thread, up to 5 accounts for your oduduwa separatist movement and even accounts you create just to follow the people you actively troll to know when they make posts so you can run there to start talking thrash.

I will expose everything to everyone. Keep denying here, when it happens na your own people go dey call you to come see wetin dem dey see. You are following this my Conner account with your burner ones abi? I won’t use it to post on that thread so you won’t be aware till shit has hit the fan and you’re being called out. I won’t even post your other accounts verbally so you won’t see the mentions early, na screenshots I go use cast you proper so e go choke wink

You think you can troll? I will show you what I’ve learned in the past 17 years as a registered member on this forum. you go hail grin

I have been unbanned. I’m now ready for you.

This is the height of thrash talking grin grin why not post my real name and pictures just like I did to you since you know me that well grin. This your blackmail is a failure and meaningless. You don't know me or have any clue. You will end up trolling yourself. It's only here you would find me convassing with people and that will end soon . Don't waste your time.

Native doctors abi?

There was actually a doctor that was killed in Lagos two years ago or thereabouts while doing Uber as a side hustle at night. It's a business that is meant to be a side hustle. So anyone can do it regardless of status. It's just the hopeless way people think in this country that deter so many from joining.

I'm convinced there are one or two doctors on this thread that have done it or are still doing it as a side hustle.

Why aren't you engaging me with your usual monika anymore? Just because I dropped only your first name and a few of your other monikers here you've become afraid and paranoid of mentioning me because you are scared of my going to the scam thread to reveal your complete identity abi?

I laughed when i saw the way you quickly denied your name to pearl that day grin

This is how far you can go with your dumb investigation. Anyone that opposses you here becomes TheModerator. Many here see you as dumb and have every right to say how they feel about you. I'm just being honest. Don't always assume they are me.

You are the only non stake holder here. Are you not ashamed and tired of being a hypeman and a cheerleader? What will it take you to drive and post your own dashboard here or do you work 24hrs of the day and on weekends?

People come from different class/level and different schools of thought.

Some are into Uber job because life happened to them, not by choice maybe they are just doing it just to sustain themselves for a while and also making their plan to move forward. Such people have never dream of becoming Uber driver for once. This class of people will never be proud to be called Uber drivers because is not their calling or what they wanted to be.

While some people start from the bottom pit and climb up to be Uber drivers, to them this is the height of success because they can solve their immediate and basic needs, after all, they have nothing to lose they have come a long way to reach Uber driving status. Such class of people no matter how you try to convince them that the job is not paying or they should plan for exit, they won't heed to your advice, their mind is already comfortable with the driving job.

All of you here know where you belong to, either class A or B.

In a nutshell, a bank manager that lost his job to join Uber driving, his mind will never be at ease with the job he will look for alternatives. While an Agbero/conductor that joined Uber driving will always see it as an eldorado or job that is full of milk and honey.

Know your level and choose what works for you!!

This makes a lot of sense. Needless arguing with those who took Uber as a career. To them is a step up but not to everyone. You summed it.up quite nicely.

It's not about surge, but substance. Bolt surge is like eating white rice without stew. You go belleful, but you're not fulfilled.

I grossed 54k yesterday on indrive and 6k on Rida. That's 60k total and only paid 5400 commission, leaving me with a net of 54,600.

It can never happen with bolt. Bolt is playing catch up. All those surge is just a mirage. God forbid I pay a commission of 15,000 after making 60k in 2023. Olorun Maje.
