Good luck arguing that in court. You marry a woman and she doesn't want to have sex with you, you can force her to because by law, she signed a contract (marriage) and must honor the agreement. I have argued this with a law student before.

Also, she is not a victim anymore. She is doing whatever it takes to further her agenda (whatever it may be). This is one of the reasons why I say she wasn't raped.
