And I am happy with the name: Federation of the Lower Niger (FLN). Such name does not reek as an Igbo-only affair and South-southerners will feel a sense of belonging in the country.

Now, the states will need to be divided accordingly, based on linguistic similarities. I strongly suggest the capital of the country being carved from lower anambra, western imo, northern rivers and eastern delta, with centre around the river niger flowing through it, thus ensuring the city access to a water body. Then the niger delta will be dredged all the way to the atlantic ocean to provide ship and large water aircrafts access to the city.

Universities including privately owned institution lecturer engage in different act.In some students handbook under the title: professional ethics committee code of conduct for staff and students, lecturer where advised"not victimize student for sex,ethnic, religious or personal reasons.

In same vein student where warned not to offer money,sex,or other enticement. In exchange for higher grade or alternation/forgery of record/document. nothing is usually said on the punishment to be meterd out on defaulting lecturers .but emphasis is made on student who is involved in any kind of examination malpractice.

2:SO SO PERCENTAGE OF CLASS ATTENDANCE:na this one the pain me pass.some lecturers sha dem wicked oo .imagined a student who attends clasess regularly, do assignment, write test,write exam,some of this lecturers end up not using attendance or assignment. I remember when we use to pay for lecturers assignment which was always compulsory,after all this they still fail you.



3:IF YOU DONT BUY MY TEXT BOOK NO EXAM:I remember one baddo lecturer in Unical with a nickname ;shapely bend down .(lol).I say that man go buy 80leaves write all the students name with their passport and telephone number,with about 500 hundred student in a class although we became less as the semester progress.You will have to go to his office Oyo for the text boook and he will tick your name.with that he was able to select the girls he will sleep with.



4:GO AND READ THIS AREA OF CONCRNTRATION:at the end you go read taya and not even one question will come out from there.

You may always refer to AUCTION SALE RESULTS in your Auction Export profile to have the idea of how much this or that vehicle got sold for at the auction.
As it is usual the buyer dictates the last price by participating in the auction and the seller either approves the bid, or cancels it in case if it doesn't meet reserved price or sets the counter offer to meet both sides agreed price.

Auction Export doesn't set up prices as the inventory is placed by the dealers and auctions of all the North America.

About theft in the port,we thank God that the government in Rep. Of Benin has taken steps to minimize theft iin the ports although "bad belle" agents from lagos ports that know next to nothing about this port will go around to tell you that the rate of theft is high but most times,you'll discover that the agent/agents clearing the vehicles were involved in the theft.

We even advice prospective shippers to always provide details of the VIN and the owner so that the custom duty in Nigeria would have been processed even before the ship berthes in cotonou and we will process the duty in cotonou when the ship berthes,this shortens the time the car spends in the port or border.

About the 500,000 naira,we also clear cars through lagos port and we don't know how they got that value but it's better you ask again,maybe you misunderstood them but one thing you should note is that land borders are sometimes cheaper than lagos ports,so you can't just compare the two charges.

I've even asked the guy to reduce the price several times but it's like my own don dey too much.....

I may decid to ship through cotonou then...so whats the duty for a 2004 Mercedes benz E320 last on your side?

Asking price for 010 Benz C300 is N3.7M + N550,000 custom duty.
(It's not 900,000,I made a mistake of qouting the duty for 2010 Benz CLS and I am so sorry).

Asking price for 010 Audi A4 is N3.6M + N500,000 custom duty.

So a recent 2010 Benz C300 duty is #550, 000 and a "reputable" agent like Adexfem & others are telling me to pay 500k last for an old 04 benz E320? Isn't ds criminology?
