RomanceLander: You read my thought. I have always wanted someone to explain to me why banks charge that amount per dollar while international stock exchange stipulates it should be officially 199.50 per $1. GTB charges me N209.99 per dollar for any online purchase
So if I wanna transfer money abroad to purchase a ride, is dat d amount they'll exchange it for?
234GT: Assuming you have the ability to pay for the tear nylon kia outright, I would have advised you to go for it. As it stands, buy a toks from 2005 and you won't regret it. Go with a good mecho to inspect it for you. Moral: Brand new cars are better than tokunbo cars IF AND ONLY IF you can pay outright for it. Why buy a car that would be worn out by the time you are completing the payment?
So dat you can change it for another tear rubber model on loan if you wanna- dats how they live in most developed countries-on credit facilities.
Though I won't advise any Kia though. Its best for students in my opinion.

Please read my post carefully and heed my advice lest it haunts you in some years time.
If the vehicle is to be used in Nigeria, please buy a fairly used one instead of a kia Rio.
The resale value of a kia Rio drops by almost 50 percent the day you drive out of their car lot.... Yes in 24 hours.
You enjoy the perps and new rubber smell for some few months but the following starts happening....
You find out the audio is not a high quality one the shocks and bushings are not well groomed for our wonderful roads. The fuel mileage is not as advertised. You have very limited luxury options The bulbs blow out The battery dies when you least expect and you find out it is not covered under warranty. You complain about your shocks at the service centre and all they just replace are the Stabilizer links You wait hours just to service your car. If you get your car in 3 hours, you are lucky. Waiting room is cozy though. By the time you are selling, the value has dropped so low and there would be limited offers you would think you were driving a napep. An okada man knocks off your mirror, God help you getting a cheap replacement. A napep pulls out your bumper... Hope you have 2 ATM cards filled with cash.
If however you stay on banana Island and will drive mostly on smooth roads without the everyday hustle with yellow buses, then go ahead.... You can't be allowed to go through the hassles of a used product... A clean 2007 model BMW 3 series or Camry will give you better satisfaction.
icemann: The cars reliability is below average and cost of parts are way too high. If you live in Nigeria and you value reliability over luxury, avoid VW, Audi and BMW's. When it come to repairs, German cars are money pits. Just my 2
Are you freaking out on experience or "dem say dem say"
I wonder if the locals would have been so quick to make off with the livestock if it were Fulani cattle herders - the notoriously violent ones to be specific. They often travel with firearms (illegally acquired) and they are definitely not a soft target.
For those in the insurance industry - is there any kind of insurance cover for merchandise in transit on Nigerian roads, and what are the subscription rates? Do these traders take out such policies?
Abi oh! A sound of "gbola!" in d air will av made d thieves scamper for safety. Its such a pity site sha.
Moana: and you have already started attacking us for no reason
Its just d truth...a babe won't av sex with a guy so easily because she doesn't want to appear cheap.....i wonder when proving hard to get raises a woman's value....at d end of
the day those same chiks still end up getting dumped cos dy lack wat really & actually makes a chik valuable which is ATTITUDE. If you like be celibate for life if a chik
lacks ATTITUDE she'll only be valuable for d time she hasn't been banged, , afterwards na to troway.

dridowu: Bola Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has taunted Olabode George, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), for saying he would flee if the APC wins the 2015 election.
Tinubu said it was the personal decision of George to choose if he wants to stay or not.
“He can decide to go now if he wants. Who cares?” he said.
George had earlier said Tinubu would see him as a target should the APC come to power.
“If Bola Tinubu finds his way into national government, I will go on exile,” he told Punch back in February.
“He hasn’t the temerity and the calmness of mind. They don’t even know what to do in power. Because the vice-president is his boy, he will just order that Bode George should be picked up.”
However, in another interview he granted after the result of the election had been announced, George said he was serious about the decision to flee.
“What will I be doing here? I can decide to go and live anywhere. Look at everyone surrounding him (Buhari),” he said.
”So, I am not joking about it, what will I be doing here? At 70, what will I be doing here? All we have been doing to restructure the country has been lost. We have been trying to ensure balance in the polity but all that has gone. What else will I be doing here?”
Tinubu asked him to relocate to Rivers or Bayelsa if he wishes to.
“He had relocated temporarily before and came back. So it is not a new thing,” Tinubu said.
“If he decided to relocate again, to where? It might be to Bayelsa, it might be to Rivers. It might be to anywhere. he has the freedom to live anywhere he wants. What’s my bother? I’m here. So me, too, I can relocate now.”
I won't be surprised if Tinubu is actually OBJs right hand man all along. because most PDP stalwarts were fou d wanting during OBJs tenure but as corruot as even OBJ says
Tinubu is he still has d guts to taunt Bode George. Well in my boarding school days we have one saying dat goes: stealing is a game but once you're caught it becomes a
