Irrespective of the cloths you have, it is important you understand colour combination and dress smart.
The number of Cloths or the Price does not really matter it all depends on how good your Dress-sense is.

So learn basis dress sense, press using pressing-iron, use the right colour combination and carry yourself with dignity.

Don't talk to parents just leave them to their problems.

Also pray the Lord for Guidance.

All the land in Nigeria belong to the Government according to land use act.

Tenement rate is charge by the government because they only borrow you that land. Government never sold the land to you... that why you have to get a C/O which only valid for 99 years in Nigeria.

Who pays tenement rate?

Landlord/Tenant?



Nigeria Law maker trying to make Laws that they think will favour them... Forgetting that whatever a man sow he shall reap... and whatever a man gives shall be return to him in full measure, press-down and run-over.


NB: That rate is needed to get more money for infrastructural development.

1. Teacher should respect themselves by carrying themselves with dignity.

2. Parents should also respect teachers and never insult teachers in the presence of their kids.

3. Owners and Management of private schools should treat their teachers as assets...


NB: Teacher in Nigeria (especially private schools) are seemingly Disrespected by both Parents and Employer.
