That's the way it should be. I believe they did try to make their marriages work and didn't leave at the first wrongdoing, but their husbands kept messing up. Kudos to them for doing the right thing for themselves. Nobody has the right to cheat, mistreat, or abuse you all in the name of marriage. Kudos to them 👏👏👏👏

You slapped her twice because of what? Maybe if you aren't abusive, she would respect you. If she said she hadn't boiled the water, all you had to do was boil it yourself. This situation (nor would any) didn't warrant you slapping her at all. You were in the wrong.

He kept telling and begging the driver not to speed but the guy didn't listen. As far as I'm concerned, the reckless boat driver killed him and needs to be held responsible.

I just watched the video he made on the boat.

He was on the phone but telling the driver of the boat, "Bros, abeg! Abeg, I get 3 children! Don't speed, bros abeg!".

Did he end up falling in the water?!

The driver of the boat should be arrested and jailed!!!

Army, did you eat today? I've not eaten anything at all all day. I don't always eat breakfast during the week and left home without eating but by noon/1pm I get hungry and usually go to Starbucks to get a sandwich but today I've had no appetite at all, as in no food has touched my mouth. I've only sipped some water like twice but that's it. I feel just fine, despite not eating since last night. I'm just heading home and will eat then but this is definitely unlike me. Does this have anything to do with the eclipse? Lol

I want to be as brief as I can with this, so there would be enough contributions on what’s bothering me.
My Father in law wants me have my marriage ceremony in his compound but I prefer a hall or an event center.
The road to his compound is not very good which would deter a lot of people from coming to grace the occasion. It’s their right to choose the venue according to tradition but I just feel an event center would really have been more gracious than an open settings in his compound, I just felt like he’s trying to show off his new Mansion to the world as he’s a big man in his town and he told me that has been his tradition with his previous daughter. I’m really confused because this development would not allow a lot of the invitees to be there as it’s a bit far from my state and the road is really bad. What can I do about this?

Do you mean it would prevent people you've invited/your own people from attending? Hmm, that would be too bad, so I understand your concern. Idk what sorta tradition this is that the FIL is the one who would decide this decision of one of the most, if not the most important events in YOUR life. You should've discussed this with the lady before now. That said, if they said it's tradition and you're marrying into a family with traditions, if you want to marry their daughter, then you've no choice but to comply with the tradition.

I just saw it!!! I saw a lot of people gathered, looking up, so I parked and dashed out with my phone. I looked up and saw the moon and then it disappeared and everywhere got dark!!! And this is just 3pm in the afternoon. In the morning, I thought it would rain according to the weather forecast, but there's no rain. It was really cool and beautiful!!! I got there a bit late but I saw it!!!

Yup. Hoping to see it.

Lol. Not when you saw the last one. It's cloudy in my city this morning, so I'm not sure if we'll see much. But I will be driving across a few interconnected cities and hope I'll be able to see something.

Yes, they do! And good portions too. There was a lineup but the wait wasn't too bad. Besides the Mac n' Cheese, I tried a few other things (country fried shrimps served with a salad and corn muffins, steak fries, etc). It's definitely a place to go when you're feeling hungry and you will leave feeling good because the food is that hearty.

Nigeria is a country with misplaced priorities. If people are setting someone on fire now and burning them to death, nobody will show up to rescue them. Deborah Samuel's murderers are still roaming free with nobody to arrest them. The government themselves are thieves. But somehow it's Bobrisky they're wasting time with, smh.

While he can never be a woman no matter how much he tries because God did not create him as a woman, the EFCC or whoever should leave him alone.
