First you have not admitted those ones I have answered. You first inferred that the church do not have some roles. That is where we started from. And I have been able to show you the roles the church has, that it welcomes all, but then the church will not marry a man and a man or baptize somebody that is evidently into gay relationships.
This last point in a way answers this your other question. In the New Testament the people offer to get baptized after they have somehow accepted the apostles messages and confesses their sins and signal conversion. Many of them that have books on magic and sorcery burnt them before baptism.
What the Roman Catholic is attempting to do here which is obvious to any reader and observer is to baptize someone that is evidently into gay union, someone that hasn’t even made an attempt to feign conversation. Someone that the church won’t recourse to regret baptizing even if they see him go back to the house of his or her gay mate immediately after baptizing because they understand they baptized not because of some conversion but just because of formalities

The Bible standard for baptism is that whoever proves to understand the implication of baptism and asks to be baptized should be baptized by a leader trained to baptize people. Baptism in the whole of the Bible happens after somebody have converted. It’s a public demonstration of the conversion.
The eunuch after reading Isaiah and been helped by Phillip asked to be baptized as a sign of conversation from the then traditional Judaism into the way of the apostles. This are what obtains in the Bible.
Still, I hope you have seen from that my argument the church’s duty? The then first century church excommunicated. It warned very sternly against these very things the Roman catholism is embracing. God forbid, you will now be hearing Gods name and authority being used to tie together a man and a man.

Interestingly, there are still churches that are very much trying to adhere to the very letters of the Bible and they are flourishing.

If the Pope directs the Church to excommunicate those transgender people, you will accuse the same Pope of assuming the position of God and punishing sinners.

Now that the Pope has directed the Church to be open to everybody and let the punishment of sinners be handled by God, you are condemning the Pope for not acting as God to send some people out of the Church.

The duty of the Church is to tell you what is right and what is wrong. It is not the Church that will reward you for doing good, neither is the Church that will punish you for being a sinner. So why should the Pope deny transgender people the Holy baptism? The Pope is not the owner of the baptism. Therefore, the Pope is not supposed to deny some people the baptism that is of God.

The duty of the church is to stick to the Bible and not add to it or remove from it. It’s duty is not to fall short of Bible standards or go beyond it.
It is the Bible standard that everybody with different spiritual state like a sick person should come get remedies for their maladies. But then it isn’t Bible standard to baptize a gay person. Baptism is a public demonstration that someone that was once in sin have been redeemed. It’s like when somebody that has been sick is called in by a doctor and given a document signifying that he has been healed. Baptizing somebody in a gay union is telling everybody that this other wise spiritually sick person is redeemed though the fact is that he s publicly still in his sins.
Furthermore, Bible standard is that marriage is a union between a man and a woman. If Catholic is planning for when same sex people can then be married in the church, that is it going way beyond the Bible and as the biggest church actually fighting the traditional Christian values

-Bayelsa: I think the incumbent will be returned and he will win with a big margin. I do not know much about the characters of the lead candidates. I do not have a preferred candidate here.

- Kogi: This is an hotspot. There will be so much violence or attempt at violence. I think we will see cases of police collusion too. It will be a tightly contested race between the three front runners; the candidates of the ruling APC, that of the PDP and the SDP.
There are relative level of high illiteracy in Kogi. I see them still voting along ethnic and religious line.
Ajaka of the SDP will enjoy the votes of the predominant Igala tribe. While Ododo of the APC will get a good amount of the Egbiras (the second major tribe) vote. He will also enjoy incumbent power and support.
Dino is from Yoruba part of Kogi. The Yorubas there are small in population compared to the other two tribes. I however expect him to have a good run because he is the only Christian candidate and he will also ride on the hype the recent central senatorial victory of the PDP in the heart of Ododos and incumbent Yahaya support base.

My preference in this particular election is Dino of the PDP. I reiterate that he is not the best of candidate, but then Yahaya’s nepotism, egocentrism and nack for extreme violence to pursue his goals made Dino a preferred candidate. Yahaya with his protégée Ododo should not be allowed to maintain influence in and control over that state.

Imo: The incumbent Hope, too has shown some strain of violence. He has employed similar styles to Yahaya by hoarding hotel spaces. He has things up his sleeves.
His ascension to power is forever tainted in controversy. He appears to have done little in the last 4years to polish his image with the populace.
If two conditions prevail tomorrow, which are;
1. If there is a good turn out and
2. If violence is put to the barest minimum in such that people in all region are able to successfully cast their votes, then I believe my preferred candidate who is the LP candidate Achonu, will take the day tomorrow in imo state.

I URGE THE PEOPLE TO COME OUT IN ALL THESE STATES AND PLAY THEIR PARTS. RIGGING BECOMES MORE DIFFICULT WHEN PEOPLE PARTICIPATE AND MONITOR.
ITS HIGHLY DIFFICULT TO SAY FOR EXAMPLE, SOMEBODY THAT WON 3MILLION VOTES WON A MILLION. BUT ITS EASY TO SAY SOMEBODY THAT ACTUALLY WON 1.5MILLION VOTES WON A MILLION.

According to the McKinsey Health Institute’s 2023 survey released on Thursday, Nigeria and Cameroon secured the top positions in African countries for employee well-being, both recording an impressive rating of 69%, followed by Egypt at 63%.

The survey participants from Nigeria indicated that 72% were in good social health, 69% were in physical health, 79% were in spiritual health, and 79% were in mental health. The average globally was 57%.

Meanwhile, survey participants in Cameroon reported the lowest rates of burnout symptoms at workplaces at 9%. The global average of burnout was 20%. The survey participants from Cameroon also indicated that 74% were in good social health, 63% were in physical health, 84% were in spiritual health, and 80% were in mental health.

Turkey topped the list of countries with the highest employee well-being, while Japan came in last with 25%, according to the global poll. Turkey was highest at 78%, followed by 76% for India and 75% for China, as the report found that employees who had positive work experiences reported better holistic health, were more innovative at work, and had improved job performance.

Japan came in last in a global ranking of employees’ well-being, scoring 25% in the poll. The survey participants from Japan indicated that 30% were in good social health, 74% were in physical health, 24% were in spiritual health, and 42% were in mental health.

The report found that 22 per cent of employees are experiencing burnout symptoms at work across the 30 countries, although there are substantial variances between countries.

If Hope Uzodinma wins the next election in Imo State, it means that the state will go for 30 years without experiencing good leadership.

Kogi2023: Dino/Deen Campaign Raises Alarm Over Takeover of Hotels by Yahaya Bello.

The Dino/Deen Campaign Council of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has raised an alarm over the statement credited to the Kogi State government requesting all the hotels in the state to handover all rooms to designated officers of the state government.

The campaign asserts that the blocking of all the hotels in Kogi state by the state government is designed to enable Governor Yahaya Bello and the agents of the APC to house hired thugs, rogue security agents and other non-state actors which the APC evidently plot to use to foment trouble in the November 11 governorship election.

The attention of our campaign has also be drawn to plots by Governor Bello to use such thugs to hijack materials on the day of the election after the accreditation process has been completed.

Our campaign advises hotel owners to reject the offer of releasing their hotel rooms to the state government as such has the capacity of pitching them against the people.

It is also important for proprietors of hotels in the state to avoid being used by Bello that has wrecked the economy of the state and left their means of livelihood in comatose.

The battle to rescue Kogi state from the stranglehold of Bello and restore the lives of the people to economic prosperity will be determined through this November 11 election and only Senator Dino Melaye can lead our state to achieve this growth.

We therefore enjoin Kogites not to allow their business enterprises to be turned into a hideout for criminals, thugs and hoodlums which the APC plans to import to unleashed violence on the state.
