Because two big tribes formed an alliance, soldered the bond with Islam which is a state controlled religion. With that, they were able to control and unite other minority moslem population across the north under one political umbralla NORTH. On the other hand, we don't have a politically homogenious South. The current rail project is unsustainable, the average Nigerians cannot afford it and Nigeria cannot accord to complete the project. Economic feasibility of the rails were conducted by the Chinese before approving loans to find the project and they started with the best and economical
Connecting Lagos-Abeokuta- ibadan- Ilorin- Abuja Kaduna- Kano all the way to Niger Republic means Lagos seaport (Apapa Warf, tincan island , Ibeju Lekki deep sea port and Proposed Badagry port would Service the entire Northern Nigeria, Chad and Niger Republic making billions in revenue annually
. U sound convincing. Lagos~Ibadan Abuja~Kaduna~Kano are surely the busiest highways |

HarunaWest: That you see those of the ibos doesn't mean the other regions dont have theirs. Infact it will shock you to know that majority of stakeholders in the transport sectors arent igbos. Just try and find out via google the owners of the major transport companies in Nigeria and you will be shocked. All regions of Nigeria travel alot. There will be a standard gauge rail line that will connect all parts of Nigeria. The government only felt that working on that of the south west and north should be priority due to the inflow of passengers by their estimate. Eventually, the rail line in warri will be connected to the east and the one in itakpke will be extended to Abuja, then Kaduna. The major issue they are having now is building bridges over rivers Niger and rivers Benue...Its quite capital intensive Now u re talking more mature. But i thought there is a provision for rail on the 2nd niger bridge. |

HarunaWest: Where is the statistics to support your claim? Did you get your data from NURTW or FRSC? Stop bringing street gist to NL... I don't think there is any viable record/statistics to back up my claim. But It is very obvious that there is no Nigerian town or city without significant population of Igbos. And their indigenious transport companies penetrates everywhere. Ekeson, first tanzan, GUO, OKOLI, young shall grow, ABC, Ezenwata, ifeanyichukwu, chisco okeyson, ekenedilichukwu, Peace etc |

It have not been long that humans evolved to where we are. And we are still evolving. Have you noticed that children of this generation are getting more handsome and beautiful than their parents. The facial symmetry, the body symmetry, the dentition, facial hair, broad shoulder, better height and complexion than their parents. The beautiful ones are not yet born indeed. Modern Yoruba,Hausa/fulani, Igbo, Tiv, Ibibio,Etc children are evolving to look alike in physical appearance. Just go to all these elites Secondary schools in Abuja and Lagos and you will confirm what I am saying. Evolution is real. |

For M.Sc. Students, their projects are expected to go through plagiarism test at the study centre before they can be submitted for moderation when it is time. Postgraduate students except MBA, MPA and PGD students defend their projects. That means that MSc defends project after undergoing moderation and plagiarism ? |
