yea i know getting over a heart break is not easy especially if you were dumped,but smart people dont cry over spilled milk they move on with their lives cause they know its a waste of time thinking of someone that dosent deserve them.

well to me its to soon to start thinking of marriage,yea long courtship has its disadvantages,but if you compare and contrast it with short courtship you would find out that its benefits surpasses the benefits of short courtship.marriage is not something one just rushes into and rush out of.when i get married its for life   ;Dso i dont see the need to rush.

yea i partly agree with you.i might be a calabar girl,it might have a nice enviroment to settle down and start a family but not the best place to raise a kid.

hhhmm i guess you girls have never been betrayed before by your girl friends.dont get me wrong i have got girl friends but i think out of the multitude its only two i can bring myself to trust.yea guys have their mishaps but i think if you have a guy as a friend (i mean genuine friend,he is not down to date or flirt with you.but just wants to be your friend)he is far more trust worthy than a girl friend.experience has taught me that.

cause i think my friends who are guys are more trust worthy than my girl friends,girls tend to talk a lot and so a secret is never safe with us.

i think these are the best ways to get over a broken heart
1. Cry out your heart and get it out of your system
2.Clean out everything or memory that would remind you of your ex lover
3.Hang out more with friends and family
4.watch intresting movies,read inspirational books.(try to avoid any romance novels and movies that would get you emotional)
5.Engage more in social activities
7.Go out on dates with intresting guys or ladies(this does not mean sleeping or flirting with them)
8.Leave your enviroment for sometime,just take a break.travel and visit intresting places.
9.Improve on your self (take up intresting challenges)
it might not be easy but i believe if you try to engage in the activities i listed above,it would really help.

intresting .a guy is handsome,sophisticated,good ride,good crib,good manners etc,and the lady is just a mere struggling secetary or student.she also notices that the ladies flocking around him are sophisticated and seem to flow in his class well,no matter what there would always be doubts cause the lady involved would starts to compare herself with these other sophisticated ladies around and would start to doubt wether she meets his material standards,its also with the lady being rich and a guy who is just struggling to make ends meets.so no matter what these doubts would always be there.
