Reading some comments here especially those from the women only made me to laugh. Some said jealousy, insecure, attention seeking and hiding something.

Comments here actually opened my eyes to the reality why there is no strong loyalty in most young marriages and thus leading to Marital problems. Women tend to trust and more loyal to their families than the new family they are to build together with their husbands.

I do not need to divulge everything that has happened in my family but pointing out the dangers of such experiences.

When I just got married, I thought they were normal and never paid attention to it but eventually, my in-laws knew and still know everything going on in my home as long as my wife has a knowledge of it.

To me, marriage fidelity starts from there and not until a woman ends up in bed with another man.

The discussions usually start casual but trust me, it will get to opening up everything in the home. It only requires a little misunderstanding between the couple to trigger such.

I wish everybody all the best especially those who made very mature and impartial comments.

When I first saw your thread,I was like nothing is wrong with talking to your parents everyday.It depends on the bond the family has had before marriage.
Your follow up comment especially the bolded is the issue here and it deals specifically with your marriage (and some others).There is a level of maturity required in marriage and everyone should have it before venturing into marriage.Such maturity entails having a level of wisdom and discretion.It's what your wife doesn't have here and you need to speak to her about it.Whether you talk to your parents everyday or once a month,if the discretion is not there,timing won't make a difference.
Like notopile said,there are many issues you may need to discuss with you parent.If for instance she is alone(like my mum cos my dad is late),you need to talk about her health,her feeding,the care of the home,her househelp etc.So many things that will not even do with your marriage.

From the footage I saw By the time they were over Opebi the helicopter was already in Auto rotate and deep into its controlled decent ..I wonder why he didn't land in the Lekki area because that's where his flight plan will take him. Through but again these young pilots don't want any incident marked on their log and any AIB debriefing that will happen if you land your helicopter outside your flight plan and then they find out you made the emergency landing because of low fuel scare ..

The media had to do all that publicity so people could be aware and prevent themselves from getting infected or spreading it for those who are infected already.All that publicity is why we do not have figures more than we have presently.There are about 1.8m people infected world-wide presently and still counting.
Coronavirus is highly infectious.Being in a room with someone infected who coughs is enough to make the occupants infected too.Not everyone who catches the virus dies but no one knows the course it will take for every infected person.The young have died just like the old.Even seemingly fit people without background health issues have died.
That's why there's the aggressive publicity in the media.It is very important in a pandemic such as we have.

My classmate's story when we were @ University. I'll call her Nengi because she was just as hot as the BBN housemate (if not hotter sef)

Nengi was dating a working class guy off campus and would often visit him at his crib, she had some of her stuff at his place as well. She visited one weekend and all her stuff were gone (clothing, toiletries, etc) When she asked where her things were, dude said his crib had been broken into and the thieves made away with her things.

Thieves broke in but somehow only her things were missing! This was the first sign that things weren't right but none of us saw, what was to come. Mike (not his real name) did a 360 degree turn afterwards and started dating one of Nengi's close friends and eventually married her. I don't think they did proper marriage rites cos Nengi's friend got pregnant and moved in with Mike (not his real name) I hear they are still living as man and wife, several years later.

Nengi was devastated because she truly loved Mike and wasn't playing games on him, she also had a good character as far as, I could tell. So, I didn't understand the switch he made either. The shocker for me was the friend he went for. Adams Oshiomole will best describe the girl he ended up with.

Mike had proposed to Nengi prior to all this drama and if I remember correctly, he had gone to see her parents about his intentions. Some people say jazz was involved. I didn't know what to think back then or even now, except, fear men
