I think the hospital should have let her go after a week or thereabout if she wasn't able to come up with the balance. It is Penny wise pound foolish to hold a nursing mother for six months because she did not pay N90k balance.

No family, no father of the baby, no relatives to look for her. Did she fall from heaven? How did she gather N160k considering she obviously wasn't planning for CS?

Or did she beg one of the hospital workers to let her camp there and they twisted the story?
