Mamas I need your prayers, contraction started today at 1am, I thought it was false contraction, I went to the hospital this morning and I was told am 4cm dilated at 33weeks, my water is broken too. Cc October cappo. Say a word of prayer for me.

Not painful but this feeling I usually have at the lower part of my stomach whenever my menstruation is coming. I really don't know how to explain it but I will go to the hospital now

Baby also kick less but moves, should I count the movement as being active too?

I think it's normal. Been feeling similar mild cramps but I guess it's your body preparing for birth. Kicks should be more intense since your baby is growing. In all, please check at the hospital to be sure. E-hug

Bumpy Tuesday

We hit 33 weeks today. The journey hasn't been all jolly but we thank God for being faithful.

Mild cramps, pain in my pelvic bone that I have to roll out of bed to the floor before getting up, frequent urinating, sleepless nights, sugar cravings, drinking water (I finish a bag of pure water everyday, sometimes a bag and half)
Pregnancy is really an experience, and yes, no two pregnancies are the same. It's my third journey and everything is entirely new! Then, there's this fear of birthing the baby
My friend says it's normal because I am close to delivery. It is well.

Please what formula is best for my 4weeks old child.

We use aptamil already but she finishes a tin in one week. She take breast milk too. She eats a lot and I wonder if everything is ok.

So am thinking of adding NAN optipro so both ca stretch for at least 2weeks. But I dont know how good it is.
Does anyone use it at the moment? Is it really good?

I remember my daughter. That was 2013. We used SMA every 9 days. I'd always cry eh. Someone then suggested Aptamil. Then it wasn't in container but in packet like nutribom. She finished it in 4 days, I no buy again
Please you can go for Nan Optipro, it's nice and affordable too. (One Aptamil go buy 3 Nan )

Moms, please is it normal for me to be feeling a little pain in my waist and a sharp pain once in a while in my tummy.
I'm just 32 weeks gone and the baby's movements is now so intense and makes my tummy hard. I guess it's the Braxton Hicks Contractions.
I'm just concerned about the pain in my waist, sitting up is work for me.

Hello, my first time here, it’s my first pregnancy though, I just got married and we didn’t plan on pregnancy so early, I wanted to wait for 6 months first but pregnancy came anyway, and I kind of feel very excited, I discovered around week 8, at first I thought it was the stress of the wedding and malaria, anyway the doctor gave me some pills which contained folic acid and some others but I have really been nauseous and throwing up badly, every time I take the drugs, I throw them up, even food, I can only take liquid, pap, tea etc

What I am worried about now is the folic acid, I haven’t taken before and whenever I take now, I throw up, it’s almost week 10 now and I will be going to the hospital tomorrow.

I am really worried about my baby, I hope he/she isn’t deformed already or something because I have been reading online since yesterday about the importance of folic acid and all

You're just being paranoid
Many people discover their pregnancies later than yours and their babies are fine. Go to the hospital to register and you'll be given drugs and told what to do. In all, just relax. You and your baby are fine.

Fellow mommas... Trust you're doing great. October teamies, hope we're enjoying the moment. I feel so scared today, a colleague was sharing her birth story with me. Though positive, i dunno why... I'm just so scared. She gave birth at 41 weeks (no induction), VD with little tear... Birth weight is 4.4kg.. But I'm just so scared... Like, can I do this.. 30 weeks today... It's becoming more and more real to me... It is well... End of rants

Try as much as possible to take your mind away from the fear of how is the baby going to come out. God's work is perfect. Infact, don't listen to the stories since it makes you paranoid. Anytime that fear comes to me, despite it's my third journey, I speak God's word to myself, call my baby by her name, and repeat the words. It will surely end in praise, Sis.

Cappo threegees and my fellow October teamies, sure we are all doing good, the pressure and waist pain has been on another level, to always turn on bed has been a very difficult task. I saw something like pelvic girdle pain on Google, all in all, I can't wait to offload biko. May God make our deliveries easy and safe

Amen o. Turning in bed is now a process. We lie on the back for a few seconds before we turn over it is well. Amen to that prayer.

Mamas in the house. Please am a bit confused here. Please i need your urgent help
Wifey is 39 weeks and she is feeling pains in the lower abdomen, the VJ, the anus as well as the waist. Then there is this tightening she is feeling in the stomach and it's hard, seems not to be going soft, and if it does, it goes after long hours. But the pain seem to be constant, coming almost every minute.

Also there is this milky water that drips down once a while too. It's bn happening since about a week now.

Please what is wrong. Are we safe? Should we start dashing to the hospital?

Sounds like labour has started.

mine descended b4 30 weeks , but as I noticed and the doc confirmed, the baby descended further arnd 35 weeks plus! Last time I was checked, doc said Baby’s head has dropped low in the pelvic and I should expect her soon! I will be 40weeks in Sunday! Make una help me pray make my princess come soon! Tired of this on and off contraction

Moms, I just noticed yesterday that my bump has descended at 30 weeks+. Does it mean I will soon go into labour? At my antenatal appointment yesterday, the midwife felt my bump and after checking the baby's heartbeat said you have reached junction o
