Bethel4Life:Your Twitter President that cannot even tweet about insecurity in his native SouthEast until he has been dragged for months by Reno like a faulty Sumec generator? Johnny come lately. |
jmoore:You wail that the Buhari regime committed a crime to bundle Kanu from kenya to Nigeria, despite being a wanted terrorist that jumped bail. Now you want the Tinubu regime to commit murder of Ekpa, so you can begin to tag US, EU, UN, FIFA, and JAMB that the Nigerian state you hate is assassinating Igbos that are Finnish or British citizens? My brother, abeg continue to enjoy Ofe Nsala day as you dey enjoy am in those days. Do not be a unity begger or someone that wants to railroad the Nigerian government into the sanctions of those you love to tag while shedding crocodile tears as victims. Where are the pictures of the many Igbos showing us their Ofe Nsala delicacies as it used to be when enjoying this voluntary display of loyalty and support? There is nothing that Ekpa is doing that Nnamdi Kanu did not advocate or remind his followers then that they are under oath to be loyal to his directives. Nnamdi Kanu vowed to burn down Nigeria, do not pretend that Ekpa is the monster while Kanu was a decent human. There is a reason Kanu is still chained to the floor of the DSS cell after being shipped in a metal cage like the rabid animal he is. |
Tinubu and Ibori had a good working relationship as peer Governors of the 1999/2007 class. Both Lagos State and Delta State invested in Econet Nigeria at the time the Telecom Operator entered the Nigerian GSM market as the 1st licensee. |
This is a shame if true, as I do not see anywhere in his quoted remarks that suggest that consultation is still ongoing for a Ministers list that Dele Alake prommised that a serious government would concluded within 1month. But by the time we enter the 7th week, I hope Dele Alake will redefine what he means by a "serious government". |
Even if he failed to become Nigerian President, we must appreciate Obi for doing a wonderful job of sending congratulatory messages to those who are succeeding in their pursuits. He is not a sore loser after all. |
ODUBEZE:You mean the very politics that has made you a bitter and envious soul that cannot appreciate any good effort that is not of your tribe or the party you support? You should be grateful I have coached you to diagnose a problem you did not know you had. |
ODUBEZE:Are the We Igbos? Just asking to better understand your plight. |
You cannot vote 95% for a fellow Igbo and call my own tribe as tribalist for voting a fellow Yoruba at 60% of votes cast. You cannot have the politics and political appointments in the SouthEast to be exclusively for Igbos, but you want to participate in the politics and political appointments of other regions. This is why Ahmadu Bello came up with the Northernization policy when he was the Premier of the North. Simply beacuse some people having exclusively occupied all the positions in their own region, wanted to be allowed to compete for roles in the North. Despite all the lamentations of Igbos about their phantom discrimination in other parts of Nigeria, they are the ones who still boast that they have displaced "lazy" indigenes in their home region, while no tribe can displace Igbos in their own home region. A weird case of an aggressor crying that he is being assaulted, and hoping that will prevent the 'foolish' victim from seeking redress. |
duro4chang:It must start from somewhere and somehow. To reorientate Nigerians to be upright is a struggle that we must all support. I commend the commissioner for making an effort to reform stubborn goats who only complain the country is bad but resist every attempt to make it good. |
SpatialKing: revolt:It is a fact that Chike Obi was the 1st Mathematics PhD holder in Nigeria and Africa, but was Chike Obi the 1st professor of Mathematics when Adegoke Olubunmo who got his own PhD in 1955 (5 years after Chike Obi), became a full Professor by 1964? Being 1st Mathematics PhD in Nigeria is different from being 1st Mathematics Professor in Nigeria. Just as Henry Carr of Lagos got his Mathematics Bachelors at the University of Durham as far back as 1882. The 1st African to be so educated in that field of study. So you should not be shocked you saw a different name, you should be shocked that you failed to comprehend. Learn to understand before challenging aimlessly. |
Ttalk:The tribal victims have claimed they were fighting Biafra war while Yorubas were taking up positions that should belong to them. They will soon blame the Biafra war as the reason they did not have a single secondary school in Igboland until many Yorubas had graduated from presitigious universities abroad. |
kettykin:Yes they had influence over a federal government university in Ibadan. Azikiwe as Nigerian ceremonial President was the appointed Visitor to the school, while Akanu Ibiam was the school council Chairman. Infact, Azikiwe ensure he used his role as Visitor to replace Akanu Ibiam at the end of his tenure, with another Igbo as council Chairman, and same Igbo was also replaced by another Igbo. Azikiwe ensured that both the school Principal and Council Chairman were Igbo at all times to advance his Igbo domination agenda. |
SamboAnguissa:Their inferiority complex is worth studying as a sociology project. |
Hahahaha! 'HEPOPOTAMUS' no wan tey again? Obi is that unserious fellow who was lucky to deceive the many gullible electorates who wanted to feel cool on social media. His own words was that he must become Nigerian President now or later, but he has now abandoned 2027 so Tinubu can complete his 2 terms. I still dey ask, which baba do the juju for Tinubu? I must go Ijebu go do my own. |
hakeemhakeem:That is what should have happened since the 2nd week of the Tinubu administration, so as to meet up to the 1month serious government mantra of Dele Alake that was seconded by Bayo Onanuga. It would be foolish to not learn anything from the pitfalls of the Buhari regime. Once you lose grip of dictating the public perception of your administration, you will forever be on the defensive as the opposition will help to confuse the public even further. If Tinubu spent 3weeks to get his cabinet named when he was Lagos Governor, is it unseriousness that has limited him now after 6weeks? Keep simple promises so that your supporters have something to work with in the midst of constant opposition and anti-government anarchists. |
This is obviously a fake list. This is what you enable when you cannot keep to a simple promise/milestone that is very much within your power to attain. I hope Dele Alake remembers that he was the one who asserted that a serious government only needs 1month to have its cabinet up and running. The Tinubu regime must not make the same many and foolish mistakes that the Buhari regime became known for. |
meolaniyi:What is it with these insecure fellows? The very first Black African professor of any university in Africa was Professor Oladele Ajose who is No 25 on that list, and that was way before independence. And he attained it after many years practicing as a medical doctor in the field of public health and in the academia. Despite being the most senior African member of the school Senate at the University of Ibadan, Igbos like Azikiwe and Akanu Ibiam still ensured they used their power to appoint an Igbo Kenneth Dike ahead of him to become the 1st indigenous School Principal (VC). Even Prof. Kenneth Dike was afraid to accept the undeserved position that his Igbo clansmen had 'forced' on him. So keep shut with your insecurities and defeated ambition to dominate and label it merit. When Yorubas set African standards, all you can do is to catch up as usual. |
001Lagos:Remember this your statement when you complain about how Lagos and Yorubaland is trying to hinder strangers who have a domination agenda. |
When will he congratulate Tinubu as the new ECOWAS President? Very sour loser. |
Na which Baba do the juju for Tinubu? I have searched for a reason to understand why this man is so blessed. |
Nothing new here. What we want is to keep to the promise of 1 month to release the list of Ministers, and not to disclose that security vetting is still ongoing into the 6th week. |
kevapet:He is really frustrated. To labour in vain no good. |
TemplarLandry:Where is Dele Alake to come tell us what a serious government would do in 1 month? Where is Bayo Onanuga too? Those close to Tinubu should ensure they do not ruin his government with the wrong public perception. If you make a promise on behalf of your principal, ensure that promise is delivered. Instead, Dele Alake was comfortable in swallowing his own vomit and claiming recently that until the 2months allowed by law is due, we should not complain. They promised us renewed hope, so we must get it whether they have it or not. Speaking with one of our correspondents on Friday, the Special Adviser to the president-elect, Mr Dele Alake, disclosed that it would not take Tinubu up to 60 days to assemble a team of competent hands for his government.https://punchng.com/tinubus-cabinet-ready-30-days-after-inauguration-alake/ |
kevapet:No one wants to be a failure. What he considers his greatest work, was not even given any serious attention as his ego anticipated. That matter really hurt his ego that he had to lament bitterly about it. David Hundeyin is a deluded fellow who has been claiming and counter claiming that Tinubu attended/unattended Chicago State University that same university has long clarified. That alone tells you his mental state of mind and agenda to prove himself right even when he is wrong. |
David Hundeyin has been in such great pains that his propaganda to aid the Labour Party candidate to win the Nigerian Presidency has been useless. He keeps trying but Tinubu keeps winning. That is what English refers to as a vain attempt - to labour in vain. I hope he will humble his ego that is bigger than his head, and truly learn journalism as opposed to partisan propaganda. But before learning journalism, let someone teach that fellow how to be civil with his words. |
Tinubu's leadership abilities will chart a positive course for ECOWAS. Imagine it was the olodo that won the Nigerian election and became ECOWAS president? I refuse to even imagine such rubbish. |
His law background was of no benefit to the common man during the Buhari regime. The common man always had to protest and riot to get his constitutional rights respected. That is an indictment of both himself and Buhari. |
Tinubu is blessed. |
Some people are just hopeless and aimless critics. Taiwo should tax him for the education. |
Kukutenla:I do not need your permission to ask for the government to keep to its promises. |
As the UTME fraudster made a mockery of herself and denied by JAMB which conducted the exam, so has the mandate thief made a mockery of himself and denied by INEC which conducted the election.
|
He is a terrorist and not an Activist. God Punish the UK if they stupidly refer to a terrorist as an activist. |
