ubunja1:
this is a realistic pay in the oil sector for almost all oil companies on that list
Those initial rates are valid.

N5.8m per annum in Total?

Even OND Engineering graduates working in Total and ExxonMobil earn more than double that
N5.8m as their gross pay working as Production Operators on FPSOs and Offshore platforms.

I did not know that these masks are something every Tom Dick and Harry can just make in their tailor shop.

We know how to bastardized items that ought to be standardized.

Yes.

January to December is 12 months, aka 1 Year.
January to January is 13 months aka 1year and 1 month

So, if you pay rent on January, it expires December, and you must pack out or renew the rent on expiry date which is a date before the previous date that the rent was paid.

Now you understand?
The OP paid on 18th April 2019, will his 1yr/365days rent expire on 17th April 2020 as all rational minds know, or will his rent expire 17th March 2020 like his illiterate landlord falsely assume?

Mind you, January 2019 to January 2020 can be 1yr/12months if the days do not overlap.

18th January 2019 to 17th January 2020 is 12 months.

Your foolishness is not what shocks me, what confound me is the fact that 75 people in concurrence, liked your comment. It isn't hard to see what is wrong with our country.
You can imagine the secondary and tertiary graduates we have in Nigeria.

No wonder many of them claim there are no jobs out there?

Can these ones pass an Aptitude Test, not to even talk of selling themselves at a job interview.

Idiocy is the new cool in Nigeria.

This thread has proven that many are educated yet they are still illiterates.

No wonder people are quick to believe conspiracy theories and propaganda, even when facts available show the contrary, they still arrogantly hold on to their ignorance.

How can a 1year rent that starts on 18 April be due before 17 April of the following year?

Those who are calculating March as 12 months interval are indeed April fools.

While valid points have been made, I also believe the obnoxious attitude of healthcare personnel in Nigeria, and poor healthcare delivery even in an isolation center, should not be overlooked.
Politics › Re: President Buhari Signs The Covid19 Regulations (2020) by Throwback: 11:53pm On Mar 30, 2020
We all need to make personal sacrifices for our own survival.

Those that are too learned to accept that the federal government can effect such lockdown, should sue the government after they have survived this pandemic and the courts are reopened to entertain such learned survivors.

Not exactly.
If it can't be stopped, life will return back to "normal" and the vulnerable will be segregated or sacrificed.

The stupid FG failed to act on time.
Now, most state governors are still taking it at a joke.
Even if Lagos successfully bend the curve won't new cases be imported from other states.

Ogun state governor is even giving people 5 more days to further spread the disease when he
had more than 1 month to prepare for this emergency.
I also think it was a stupid decision by Ogun state to request for 4 more days.

Zomb*ies have taken over politics section
While you believe everyone must hate the government to the extent of swallowing all your politically motivated and sponsored propaganda, even when they are both stale and stupid?

That the successive governments in Nigeria have been a recurring failure does not mean we have to deny our education and rational thought to embrace the idiocy your type try to force down our throats with your daily conspiracy theories that always turn out false.

We are still waiting for Buhari to return from UK while Abba Kyari returns from Cuba that is in Lagos.

Stop embarrassing yourselves because the cat has long been let out of the bag. Move on with new propaganda and stop rehashing the stale ones.

Even your pay masters are beginning to realize most of you lack creativity and are not innovative enough to push propaganda that is not self destructive.

I have come to stop panicking about the virus itself, but what it would leave behind in its wake.

The aftermath of the Corona virus would not be a pleasant world of reality shows and vanities, but of agonies and bare knuckle survival.

Nigerians should not rely on this dead fulani regime to protect them from Corvid 19. Neither should they rely on NCDC for accurate updates on Corona virus. These people liars and are not prepared to tackle any outbreak let alone a viral/airborne disease like Corvid 19.
Nigerians should instead apply the ''Prevension is Better than Cure'' wisdom to protect themselves by avoiding unnecessary travels and visitations. Stay at home if you don't have any urgent thing to do. Avoid crowded places at all cost.
Believe it or not, corona virus is spreading and the number of potential persons infected with the disease is far far above what the bloody regime through NCDC is dishing out to the public. Protect yourself and your family. Don't rely on this regime for anything as far as corona virus is concerned. They're ill prepared.
Wish all Nigerians the best.
ONE NIGERIA IS DEAD!
A typical anarchist who is craving for bad news always, so is terribly unhappy that the virus is not spreading as desired.

What has Corona Virus got to do about the unity or disunity of the country, or about Israel repatriating real Jews from the country where some wish they are Jews?

Its a pre recorded video, he wants lock down in Lagos and Abuja....guess what: there's already a lock down in Lagos and Abuja.

This video recording is at least 1 week old.
1 week old yet he knew there were 97 confirmed cases which is just last night's update?

My brother don't be too eager to be a fool.

I have never defended the Nigerian police/SARS.

So which other known terrorists have I defended?

Proof that the political class derives its selfishness from the unending pool that is the Nigerian citizenry.

Are Nigerians selfless?

Are we not Nigerians on the streets, schools, government ministries and agencies, and private workplaces?

I assure you that the mob currently criticizing is only waiting for its turn in power to exhibit selfishness that will also be criticized.

You answer that part. Do you think they cleaned up the debris so that they will tell their story to cover up or do you believe that the land opened its mouth and swallowed everything on the surface clean?
Plus who said anything spiritual happened there?
Then what exactly are you saying if you do not believe the Governor's official narrative and argue as to the absence of surface wreckages/debris of the explosion source?

I have no part to answer as I do not challenge the information provided so far.

I patiently await an excavation to see if indeed something now buried is unearthed that gives information on the identity of those conveying the said explosives and what type.

I have nothing to prove to you , you are part of the enablers of Terrorism in this country, you can even be a trained bomb rigger pretending to be naive online ..Throwback you are a known enabler ..where did you appear from today suddenly after being away from here to come and distort the narration of the ondo blast ..You people can never fool me
I am an enabler because I do not agree with your idiocy, partisanship, conspiracy theories and desire for anarchy?

You are already a steadfast fool.

I only pray it is not hereditary to be impervious to data and evidence.

Why are you concerned that I appeared to challenge the mass idiocy that propagandists like you thrive on?

Someone as active as you, are part of the vast wright wing conspiracy that has never been known for any good or noble ideas, except to spread fear and misinformation.

Whose narration? Or you meant to distort your propaganda?

Propagandists like yourself are a virus that is already known to every democracy. Yet there are laws that should guide, even if the conscience is already dead and rotten.

Abeg collect your 30pieces of silver and continue doing your media hack job.
