Yenefer:
what's wrong with u, u screenshot the article and u didn't read it, there's 79 cases in ghedi and venito region of Italy
Do you understand the use of punctuation comma marks used in the screenshot?

Do you know the meaning of "total"?

",and a total of 79 confirmed cases in Italy."
79 cases in the whole of Italy is not greater than 5 that you claim for the same 23 February 2020?
Politics › Re: COVID 19: Lagos Is Not On Lockdown by Throwback: 1:36pm On Mar 26, 2020
Yenefer:
As at Feb. 23rd, exactly a month and 3 days ago, Italy had 5 cases of virus confirmed, zero death.
Italian Govt gave a stay at home order, people disobeyed.
30days later, Italy has over 60,000 cases & 5,400 deaths.
There’s price to pay for every disobedience.
Nigerians should learn from this and obey simple rule
Stop with the wrong data for Italy on 23rd February 2020.

Total of 79 cases in Italy as at 8:30am on 23rd February 2020.

Health › Re: BREAKING: Nigeria Reports 10 New Coronavirus Cases by Throwback: 3:16pm On Mar 21, 2020
Should we have stopped Nigerians from returning home?

These are Nigerians who had already been infected outside of the country, but only detected after they had arrived to show symptoms later.

As long as Nigerians continue to arrive from infected countries, we should expect the count to continue. The only solution is to lockdown our airspace and land borders against any incoming living entity, which would affect trade and commerce, and crash the economy that is consumer based rather than producer based.

The only commendation we can give the government is that they have helped to prevent the patients from passing the virus to others.

Only the Italian passed it to just 1 person, and just 1 of the new cases was an infection resulting from close contact with one of the earlier detected patient.

Hence, 20 out of 22 cases in Nigeria have been imports by 19 Nigerians and 1Italian.
Politics › Re: Change Amotekun’s Name To ‘Oduduwa Guards’ – MURIC by Throwback: 12:17pm On Mar 20, 2020
He wants them to change the name to something as tribal and sectional as "Oduduwa" Guards?

Why doesn't he just advise that they declare the SouthWest a sovereign state that is independent from Nigeria.

This man and his MURIC are the main saboteurs from the SouthWest doing the bidding of the Islamic caliphate in the North, so they can find valid reasons to shut down the outfit.

You are not learn able as you claim
Inasmuch as I dont support nor like Kanu as a person, can we compare his predictions of the menace by the Herdsmen qnd how they will overrun the South?
At least he doesnt lie like your Lai Mohammed who denies every evil he has carried out in Nigeria by way of freedom of speech clamp down and oga PMB who denies he doesnt know BH is killing people but will quickly send regards to flight crash victims of other countries.
The only wrong I see Kanu do is abusing people, if not every other thing he predicted has happened.
So be educated enough to ask questions of how he got all those info
He doesn't lie yet insisted on a stupid lie, even when the truth had already been published in Isreal and America by the very organization that conducted the failed DNA tests?

He doesn't lie yet continues to perpetuate a propaganda of importance and international cooperation, yet him and IPOB are not even known to those he continues to mention?

You remember Trump and Putin and Netanyahu coming to the aid of IPOB?
You remember the Turkish diplomat propaganda?
You remember the "I have been given Biafra of only 5 States by the FG, but I rejected the offer because other states were not included"?

Don't try to white-wash a pathological liar and chronic propagandist.

Every government media official lies, even in the US and UK. Honesty cannot be found in most of the world's democracies. What I desire is a nation where things work, not to aid the ambitions of dubious men that include Kanu.

Despite my reservations about Ishaq Akintola and MURIC, I love the calm yet piercing response used to consign FFK to the gutters that he belongs.

His family tale was retold, incase he had forgotten the politics of Fulani romance played by his father and S.L Akintola who betrayed Awolowo.

"Agbero do or die" politics was started by his father and S.L Akintola, despite that both were well educated lawyers.

You have posted clearer pictures than the OP did, and I will not be a steadfast idiot like those who claimed Buhari wasn't in UK, despite all the facts and evidence to clear their doubts.

Your own clear picture has cleared my doubt, and I hope your mind is as learnable as mine.

However, knowing the lying bumbling buffoon for who he is, I hope he will not claim he had a private meeting with Trump or the American government, when all that happened is a supporter sitting in the stands like many others to welcome the POTUS at a political event.

So many ignoramuses above me.

Even when Jewish DNA test facilitators who conducted the tests reported a negative result and announced same in Israel and America, Kanu still managed to convince their indomie filled heads that he had the positive result of Igbo Jewishness.

Now, see them rejoice over a very obvious photoshop.

To even think these are the same cavemen who spent weeks analysing pictures of Buhari in the UK, posing as photo technologists and photo scientists, yet their experience fails them when the actual photoshop stares them in the face?

Oshigun:
This is true and this thread is another classic example of the delusions of grandeur most Igbos are born with. The topic has been put to bed extensively i.e the fact that Igbos and their States are way behind the Yorubas and SW economically and no threat to them at all. The problem is that we still have the likes of the OP who will remain obsessed with winning pseudo wars against Yorubas daily to assuage their feelings of loss and impotence over the civil war.

Otherwise why this thread suggesting an asinine economic war facts tell us only the Igbos will lose woefully? Some of his talk makes me actually think this guy lives in a cage and has no idea of reality. Is it the many Igbos who now feel more Yoruba than anything else, and will not leave the SW even at gunpoint, who will help OP prosecute this economic war? I laugh at the delusions of this OP.
The OP had already confessed years back to paying annual rent of N1.5m to Yoruba landlord.

This was many years after he had been advocating for this dream boycott of Yorubaland and Eastern return/investment of his.

Yet till today, he is still stuck in Lagos as an economic refugee, and sending Lagos money back to his kindred in the village.

He his advocating economic suicide for his fellow Igbos, yet not willing to take the lead and return to the region many are still fleeing daily.

Kettyking/Kettykings is a clown who is not to be taking serious, besides the satisfaction that he is still in agony over the unconditional surrender of his conquered tribe.

Mr Chairman of the Indomie Generation, which year did you sit for UME?

And who is talking of the early 2000s when most of us have graduated or already in 400L?

Listen!
It was very strange and almost a taboo for anyone to score 300 in the mid-90s.
Top-ranking cut-off marks for Engineering and Medicine & Surgery was in the range of 260 - 280.

Please, go and warm your indomie bros...
Besides disagreeing with whether candidates scored above 300 or not, did you not re-echo the cut-off scores I already mentioned?

As for indomie and its generation, did university students not stock indomie and Maggi 2minute noodles in the mid '90s?

Or in your own warped recollection, Indomie was a product of the late '90s?

Even my sibling born in the late '70s had been eating Indomie before university admission in 1996.

Better calm down and accept that even you are part of the Indomie generation, so you are no wiser than an era you describe so condescendingly.
Education › Re: High JAMB Scores: Has JAMB Quality Dropped Or Are Students Now More Intelligent? by Throwback:
Wrong!

Most cut-off marks for Engineering, Law and Medical Science courses were above 270 in most of the top 6 federal universities in the early 2000s.

Then, when you score 250 or 260, you already know you can only gain admission on a supplementary admission list known as connection list, instead of the merit admission list. Otherwise, you do a change of university to state university or a change of course.

Those days, Science candidates (PhyChemBi) with below 250 were almost sure to rewrite the exam or gain admission for Zoology, Botany of Human Kinetics, while Science candidates (PhyChemMa) with below 250 would likely only secure admission for Met&Mat Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.

Law candidates with such scores had to settle for English, while Agricultural Economics came to the rescue of both Science and Commerce candidates.

Also the top scores for the exams then were also always above 300, with some scoring as high as 320 or 330. However, only about 20 to 40 candidates made the scores above 300.

Admittedly, it is easier to score higher now than in the times I referenced, due to the more comfortable exam environment and use of calculators.

With the proliferation of Federal, State and Private Universities when compared to the number in the late '90s and early 2000s, candidates now score 200 and 210 and are rejoicing.

At what point did Buhari ever claim he was 33yrs during the civil war?

We know his date of birth as December 1942 and it has never changed. Civil war was from 1967 -1970. So at the end of the war in January 1970, Buhari had just clocked 27yrs the previous December.

TheGoodJoe:
PT: So you are saying even within the framework of the Abacha regime…

SoworeCuts in) By the time you look at the entire corruption that Abacha perpetrated in his five years in power I guess, we are looking at 10billion dollars. Jonathan’s people stole at least 20 billion in less than 3 years from just sales of crude oil alone. If you add that to what the oil marketers or importers stole, which was 6.8 billion dollars, so you are looking already at 28 billion dollars stolen under Jonathan’s regime which is three times more than what Abacha stole during his regime. I’m not making this comparison saying that Nigerians deserve any of these leaders from Babangida to Abacha and the rest of them. I condemned successive administrations but it’s important to state that in clarifying my position as to which government is worse. This is my own statistical definition of how bad things have gone.

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/features-and-interviews/164766-jonathan-is-the-worst-nigerian-leader-ever-sowore-sahara-reporters-publisher.html

I see many ignorantly saying Sowore deserves what he is getting now, forgetting that he has been on this struggle for decades.

His criticism of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan was not rubber stamping Buhari but continuing his fight for Nigeria to become a better place for all Nigerians.

The fight he is on now is still a continuation of this same struggle. I find it baffling that people try to use his honest and well meant condemnation of GEJ to turn a blind eye to his current struggles which is meant to make live better for all Nigerians.

Please note, he condemns successive administrations and the current one comes next until he sees a better Nigeria.

cc: lalasticlala, Mynd44
Sowore was wrong to think that Nigerians want a better country.

Nigerians only want their own partisan interests to be protected, hence the hatred from those whose interests aligned with the Jonathan government.

They do not care that he fought successive administrations, or that he criticised the Yar Adua cabal that made Jonathan impotent. They do not care that he began criticizing the Buhari regime from its earliest sign of hypocrisy.

Their grouse is that he fought their own interest which was rightly described by Sowore as the worst regime till that time, revealing that all they care about is themselves alone.

Nigerians do not have a common interest that unites us as a nation. Now Sowore will learn the hard way.
