It is the same way uneducated Nigerians are looking for $25b in NNPC when Kachikwu who wrote the memo never claimed any money is missing or ghost contract were awarded, but challenged the award of contracts without his own approval.

Is it not the registered trademark that helps to convince those still living in denial as to the appropriateness of the classification?

Mallami absolved him and magu says "NO".

No wonder they don't want Magu.
Malami seems to be one of the albatross to the corruption fight.

He was appointed minister by someone, he didn't appoint himself.

It is time that someone begin to apply his powers to save whatever is left of a blemished legacy of uprightness.

Unbelievable Nigerian politics is more entertaining than Scandal half the time. A fugitive snuck into the country undetected by anybody. Then got a job in the same government hunting him down.

Go back and read the memo from Kachikwu. He never claimed $25b was missing. He questioned the authority of the NNPC to approve contracts without his input and approval. Kachikwu simply questioned why he was sidelined, and highlighted acts of insubordination by the NNPC GMD

After both sides released documents to support their own respective stand on the matter, Kachikwu made sure to reiterate that he never claimed funds were missing or ghost contracts were awarded.

He had to make this clarification for people like you who are mentally handicapped to appreciate the substance of the debate.

By your false claims, you have hereby violated Rule 8.

Good!

Now anyone who had any input or accommodated his reinstatement need to be sacked and prosecuted.

It seems after all is said and done, Buhari has embraced the cluelessness of Jonathan, and desperately campaigning for the infamous title of ineffectual buffoon.

If this is true, I can only say one thing.

The current HOS and Minister of Interior Dambazau are inglorious bastards.

The minister of Justice is in office to frustrate the anti-corruption fight.

He was appointed by the president who has had many instances of this lack of uprightness in Malami, hence the president is himself responsible for frustrating his own agenda. The race for who wins most corrupt and useless Attorney General is between Michael Aondoakaa and Malami.

In the end, there is corruption, but no fight.

Buhari regime has sacked itself. It is finished!
Politics › An Opinion On The NPA Vs Intels Face-off. by Throwback(op): 12:57am On Oct 22, 2017
INTELS founder Volpi apologises to the FG and Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA). He said INTELS will reconcile with the NPA and abide by the TSA.

However, Hadiza Bala Usman says NO! She states there will be no change of mind on the termination of the Intels contract.

“They (INTELS) maintained their stand not to make payment to NPA. They want to deduct 28 per cent commission and other costs.

NPA says a TSA account has been opened and that at the end of the month, there will be reconciliation of accounts but INTELS refused.

Will I spend 15 months talking to a company to comply with the constitution of the country?” she asked.

Message to companies: do not try to ride roughshod over a CEO or MD who is committed to their job and to doing it well.

It seems obvious that Volpi and Atiku thought they were so well connected politically that when Hadiza began questioning their unconstitutional contract 15 months ago, they ignored her. Despite her many attempts to get them to renegotiate and abide by the terms of the TSA, they snootily refused.

Apparently INTELS refused to attend several meetings Ms Usman tried to arrange since April to resolve this issue. Now that the contract has been terminated, they are screaming job losses, being a huge employer, threatening arbitration, trying to get NASS to force the NPA to back down, and now finally capitulating and apologising??

Sorry o! When a FG-owned entity tells a company it does business with, that the company MUST abide by the dictates of the TSA, that company better receive sense! TSA is here to stay.

Oh, and Hadiza's final caustic retort to INTELS re their claim of job losses?? She said any new company the NPA contracts can absorb and employ INTELS old employees.

Ouch! ~ Bucky 2017.

I like the response you gave to that unrepentant citizen who wanted to perpetuate a regime who shamelessly boasted about not fighting corruption so that there will be Nigerians who are not imprisoned to rule over.

We sacked an ineffectual buffoon and we that sacked him have no apologies to render for sacking a useless employee.

If Buhari also proves himself to be useless, we will also sack him without any apologies.

Yes, GEJ was voted out and GEJ is not contesting in 2019. Focus on Buhari's administration and be ready to support the colossal failure it has turned to or vote him out. It is no longer a question of if he fails, he has failed! Buhari is a lost opportunity!!!!!

It beats intelligence, with barely 2months to full election cycle that you are still talking GEJ instead of focusing 100% on assessment of Buhari.
Free yourself from self guilt by moving on from 2015 to looking ahead to 2019!

He as most of us, have no regrets that we sacked Jonathan and PDP. And PDP and Jonathan will never go unpunished. Part of my own disappointment with the Buhari regime is that Jonathan is not languishing in jail yet.

If Buhari and APC do not deliver as expected, we will sack them too.

We are liberated people and we know what we want and what we do not want.

Never mistake a dismissal of the Buhari/APC regime, as an approval of ineffectual buffoonery.

I read this article, yet I see nothing tangible mentioned that point to any fraud.

Stop beating a dead horse. The author of the memo has already clarified the purpose of the memo as described by its content which was very self evident to the rational minded.

Whatever authority Kachikwu thought resided in his office as junior minister or as NNPC board chairman, has already been well explained by NNPC and the GMD using relevant and non-fictional guidelines and regulations that concern procurement and the required due processes for contract award.

Its still political!! Is it today NPA found out about their non compliancy? First we were told intels were doing business in dollars which affects the naira, now its TSA. Lying bastards!

FG is just trying to limit atiku's acces to cash so as to hamper his campaign meanwhile they have stolen $26 billion to fund their own campaign. Period!!

Satanic government!!
The TSA matter had been referenced from the start.

No firm or person is bigger than Nigerian laws or indispensable.

I have always maintained that if Intels felt wronged by NPA/FG, they should head to court.

Instead, those shareholders who are not politically inclined, have headed towards apology. While the politically inclined shareholder continue to display the mindset that they can disregard the laws when you have political sycophants drum up support.
