Empty noise. |
Uteghe:I swear! Someone need to truly take over the usual court drama that comedian Kanu was notable for. He might be venting latent anger that he was used and dumped by Kanu who never even visited them after departing. Now he fled, leaving this scape goat behind. |
superior494:Hahahahaha! The very true words of Cain. "Am I my brother's keeper?" Meanwhile he was the one who killed him. You want Abaribe to be fingered by IPOB as part of those who conspired with the federal government and allegedly killed the mad boy? |
SalamRushdie:Did the brother deny making the call or you are denying on his behalf to continue with your own narrative? |
SalamRushdie:Because when his brother was interviewed after the face off with the army, he never said he was with the army then, he never raised any alarm. When asked to categorically state where his brother was, he only said he knows where he is, but never accused the army. The accusation that the army took him was an afterthought depicting a poorly written script that deceives only those who intend to be deceived so they can wail. |
Aba ribe turn to aba rogo. Hahahahaha! FFK or Chidoka should embrace the responsibility of surety. |
Ok |
EzeEbira:I didn't know IPOB radio broadcasts were propaganda and lies are disseminated are limited to just Igboland? |
cremedelacreme:From the looks of it and as confirmed by the state government, there is a conspiracy theory by IPOB terrorist to perpetuate their plans for anarchy. |
zombieHUNTER:You know his point already. He is telling everyone that this is IPOB propaganda as there are no military men in sight in the pictures. Congratulations IPOB, you will win propaganda but will always languish with the misery of defeat just like Ojukwu's Biafra. |
It's a unity rally, not a 2019 campaign rally. Buhari has no business with 2019 elections, except he wants to disgrace himself like Jonathan. I can make excuses that government income has dwindled due to low oil prices, hence the slow pace of infrastructural growth versus what was promised. But I will never support the slow pace of the fight against corruption that is within the power of the president alone to take firm decisive action, and not the corrupt judiciary. No wonder David Babachir asked, "which President". I am equally not unaware of how feeble the response of the Buhari regime has been to the matter of terrorism by Fulani herdsmen. I thought a core i7 was now in power, instead I get the performance of a Pentium 2. Buhari's tenure must end in 2019, and the party would do well to ring it in his ears, so as not to suffer the fate of PDP who were trying to market an expired product. |
Okanlawon! Still on the run. |
nwaanambra1:You are too emotional, hence the ease of control. |
And some people would still claim its because there was no awareness. Instead of laying the blame squarely on propaganda and deliberate misinformation |
This Osita guy is one deluded democratic candidate who is contesting in an election that IPOB was threatening to prevent until they were perished by the Army. Until the army humiliated IPOB and silenced them, Osita Chidoka did not have the courage to flag off his campaign, despite already winning the ticket of his party. Politics of tokenism. |
gidgiddy:Was the radio man, Honore, convicted for the genocide or not? Did Honore carry a weapon to have been convicted? |
gidgiddy:I reckon the constitution allows Kanu to actively campaign for genocide? To actively source for funds and for weapons? To actively set up security forces when he is not the president nor state governor? To insist that elections and democracy will be terminated in the SouthEast region? Did IPOB members not sack a political campaign and ambushed a governor in church, as a furtherance of this anti-democratic threat? I reckon the constitution also recognises Kanu as the supreme leader of the SouthEast region of Nigeria? Did IPOB itself not show us video evidence of its members attacking an army on a lawful and much publicized military exercise in the SouthEast region? Did IPOB itself not show us a video recorded prior to the lawful military exercise, with Kanu claiming he is in Biafra (Treason), and that any Nigerian army that enters Biafra will not depart alive (Terrorism)? A threat that was carried out with a soldier wounded after terrorist attack by Kanu's IPOB. Or does the lawful army of a sovereign state under command by a democratic president, need the approval of a certain Kanu without any known constitutional power or authority, before they proceed to certain parts of the country? Dude, you are only deceiving yourself with your new found romance with democracy anytime your are thoroughly dealt with by a legitimate democratic government. You are no democrat, rather your are a hypocritical anarchist and terrorist. We will put you down everytime. |
gidgiddy:As Kanu exercised his freedom of speech, so does the legitimate and democratic government of a sovereign state reserve the right to its territorial integrity and security from aggressors from within and beyond. Nigeria has no regrets or apology for defending its democracy under attack from sworn anti democratic anarchists, nor will any pampering be afforded a monster that wants to hide behind a hypocritical belief in democracy that exist only when he is favoured, but commands genocide when not favoured. When you are President, wait till terror advances from spoken words, active plans and mobilizations, to unleashed anarchy, before you exercise your powers like an ineffectual buffoon. I repeat, let the terrorist come out with their aggression and intimidation, and they will surely be beat down into the ground. |
SalamRushdie:So you in your infinite wisdom decides what story to believe, and those who provided your own story would be celebrated in saner climes? |
EternalTruths:What are Igbos doing on Plateau soil too, or is it their ancestral land? |
zoedew:That dude is obviously sick in the head and suffers the same ailment as the one he reasons alike with. |
gidgiddy:I always enjoy schooling blatant hypocrites like you, who try to white wash a monster as a noble knight and revise recent history as though we have no memory at all. Is it not the fall of democracy that a man who has not earned democratic leadership will attempt to usurp the constitutional and globally recognised democratic leadership of the South East region? Is it not the fall of law and order that a man who was currently enjoying a court mandated bail, would command his supporters, who he made sure to remind of their oath of obedience, to burn down the country if he is arrested upon the orders of the same court? Is it not the fall of democracy that a man would hold his own opinion alone as supreme wisdom, yet refer to the opinions of others including the democratic leaders of the people he forcefully wanted to lord over, as the opinion of idiots and pigs? Is it not the fall of democracy that a man who is not recognised as a leader by any local tradition or national constitution or international statute, would insist that there will be no election and democracy in the SouthEast region until he is given a date for referendum? What manner of democracy would allow a single man to establish a country within a country? What manner of hypocrite will introduce his comments with reasons why Kanu ignored democratic paths to leadership, then claim those who campaigned to checkmate him are not interested in the fall of democracy but the fall of Kanu, when same Kanu represented a fall of same democracy with his blatant disregard of democratic engagement, democratic authority, constitution, and the judicial process. Ultimately attempting to totally remove democratic elections with a campaign of intimidation and violence that was already being dispensed on democratic candidates and their political campaigns? What manner of hypocrite holds on to a delusional belief that a court designated terrorist group will overturn that designation at a court, the same court whose revocation of his bail was to be replied by him with genocide and a burn down of the country? Is it not the rise of despotism that because 1 single man cannot have his way, he solicited funds to buy weapons to engage the democratic and republic state, promised to make the country worse than Somalia, and promised to effect a far reaching genocide that will leave nothing alive in the country? Just 1 sick man who was nothing, yet was determined he would cause enough anarchy and ensure bloodshed against his own tribesmen residing outside the tribal enclave, as a means to forcefully return them to their origins. Just 1 entitled man without democratic authority of representation, but deciding the lives and livelihood of a people with democratic franchise. If that 1 man and his terrorist group attempt to return to their treasonous and genocidal campaign, they will be put down with extreme fury and documented for the global education of other sick minds. |
NoFavors:Then when your 2minutes is done and your $10k is gone, you will wonder who cast a spell on you that made you let go of almost N4m for 2minutes pleasure that could have been free elsewhere. |
zomby:What is weight when there is no matter? |
mofeoluwadassah:Just like Davido accused in the past, only to be a victim of same, you too will wallow in your own false accusation soon. |
Akshow:What type of justice do you want? A miscarriage of justice? |
Ok |
Ok |
giftq:I am not here to argue but to learn. Wherever Olaudah comes from whether from Etsako/Benin or Igbo, it does not diminish the history that the southern tribes of West African coast suffered the curse and blessings of being close to the sea. I am likewise waiting for those who will argue for the Etsako case. What does his name mean in that language, and does his cultural description of his native society identify with present day or historical Etsako/Benin. |
I first got introduced to the topic of Olaudah Equiano when I watched a BBC documentary about him being from present day Nigeria. That was in year 2001/2002. I immediately got the encyclopeadia brittanica volume that had his name alphabet and read up on him. It is stated there that he was from a village near Benin. Where the Igbo connection came up from is unknown to me. To be objective, the Igbos have provided strong claims to show why he might be theirs, but does his autobiography state that his village is an Igbo village? Also, can the Etsako/Benin relate to the cultural description he gave about his childhood and the society of his birth? |
Joephat:But the rest of that your family have not sacrificed their own wife and children to keep the Brotherhood that you have decided it is your own family that is worth sacrificing. When you go visit them in their happy homes with your children, then you return to your own home with you own kids and they ask you "daddy why are our cousins enjoying with their father and mother while we are incomplete and unhappy", you will reply that you sacrificed their own happiness so that your brothers and their respective happy family will be happy with you? You are not ready to be happy in this life. |
