It is time Prof Itse Sagay resigns too from the presidential committee on corruption.

Preserve your name, don't let the stench of Buhari's gutless fight against corruption suffocate you.

Osinbajo report is still waiting for Buhari to have time to do anything honourable regarding that investigation.

PDP is the foundation and the bed rock of every mess in this administration. With time I know Buhari will clean up the whole mess. Reason I'm standing with Sai Baba till 2027.
With time?

By the time he is done inventing the courage to do the needful, we the patriots would have either impeached him or sacked him at the next poll.

Sad!

This is the inglorious end of Buhari.

When he began to pussyfoot on corruption allegations against members of his own presidency, I knew we had ourselves another inefficient lameduck who wanted to be begged to do his job.

With the Two major party to have zoned their presidential ticket to the north.

This is what they want

We the patriots won't allow this to happen

God Bless Federal Republic Of Nigeria
What exactly is stopping Buhari from working on the Osinbajo report on SGF and NIA?

Has the buhari regime reinstated any non-core Northerner that was dismissed before his own regime, yet we have instances of about 5 core Northerners who have found their way back from disciplinary disengagements from their previous job?

Buhari felt secure among his brothers, and they have caused him the kind of embarrassment that family cause. He has only himself to blame for this damning collapse of his administration.

I have made up my mind to sack Buhari by 2019, or if possible impeach him before this year is over.

Buhari has destroyed himself, he has lost all respect in the eye of the patriots.

Buhari has himself become an enemy of the state like Jonathan was.

If only it can really fall on the heads of those resident there.

If this was a parliamentary democracy, even Buhari's party would have asked him to resign as party leader, while a new leader is elected among the majority party's lawmakers to become new Prime Minister.

Buhari's tenure is finished, all that is left now is just lame duck season towards a disgraceful end.

Because you do not support a government does not mean you should embrace idiocy to further your criticism.

We are talking about NNPC because a senior stakeholder made allegations that bothered on insubordination and lack of due process.

Those allegations have been defended by NNPC who have shown that due process required did no have to involve that concerned stakeholder.

The stakeholder who made the allegations of lack of due process in contract awards totalling $25b in which some of the associated amounts were his own invention, never alleged that those contracts were fake or phantom projects that did not exist.

He has learnt of misguided idiots like you, and has further come out to clarify that his memo was not about missing funds, stolen funds or ghost contracts, but about the validity of the process through which they were awarded.

NNPC has maintained its own stand in the debate, that Kachikwu's input as Junior minister or NNPC board chairman, were not required to make the contracts valid.

You know all of these, yet you steadfastly stick to your ignorant narrative of missing funds nobody but PDP and fellow anarchists have alleged ?

Who alleged that $26b is missing?

Illiterates should stop commenting on matters that are very simple to comprehend but they lack the mental capacity to understand the substance of the debate.

Did Kachikwu ever allege any money is missing in NNPC, or you were the one that went there to steal it?

You have hereby violated rule 8.

Is the Osinbajo report on SGF and NAI scandals also fake?

Or will it take a corruption fighter 1year to study it and implement the recommendations therein?

Tell your principal that he has lost all goodwill, he will be sacked unfailingly.

We have given him enough time to show us how a responsible and efficient government should be run, rather we are daily mocked by the wanton irresponsibility of his administration.

Any poll conducted to rate Buhari at this moment can not get him a rating higher than 10%.

You left who you should blame, the fraud of a cattle rearer and want to heap the blame on the only man Magu, who from what we all now know,is the only person that genuinely came with a honest zeal to fight corruption.
Buhari deceived us all with years of having integrity, but after series of events, starting last year,I went back to examine his antecedents, the establishments he has headed since leaving power, with a now unbiased but critical mind,& found out there is neither truth in him nor does he lack integrity.
That shocking revelation to me now made me realise that all the horrible and shocking actions he has taken since coming into power, built on foundations of deceit, lies and corruption, were in keeping with the real Buhari.
I urge you not only to forever be bitter with the man for deceiving millions like you,but to lend your voice, ideas and wherewithal to ensuring he not only returns to his cattle farm to spend the rest of what I wish wud be miserable years on earth, but most importantly, not just sit back but lend your own voice and posts to exposing his many lies, deceit and corrupt deeds.
The Buhari presidency is finished.

I have since disregarded the fallacy that Buhari is a saint surrounded by sinners.

Buhari is an incompetent employee who needs to read a manual to execute routine tasks. A hypocrite who daily exhibits the worst of attitudes he is on record to have condemned others for. Attitudes which in no way helps to develop the country he claimed was on the brink of destruction.

I will not hesitate to sack him before he wrecks my enterprise.

ivandragon:
this is a general response to your attempt to defend the Baru NNPC contract debacle & regurgitate rumours of the past that have been proven to be steeped in lies & deceits.

first off, Sanusi, who was been probed by the FRN, reeled out figures that were inconsistent, unverifiable & designed to embarrass. if you noticed most of his statements, he always said 'by MY calculations'... not calculations of experts in the CBN, not those of experts in the oil industry, or an audit firm, but his own estimates;

secondly, based on his accusations, two very reputable audit firms were contracted to verify Sanusi's claims & it stated, in summary, that only about $1.5b could not be reconciled, not missing, but not reconciled. a sum of about $6/7b was to be paid to the FG coffers as it was illegally withheld by the NNPC, not missing or stolen, just withheld. that report is in the custody of this government...

thirdly, another audit was set up by this government & even Oshiomole headed a panel to review the activities of NNPC during the years 2011-2014, this was late 2015... yet no report. knowing the way this government works, if it had a smoking gun, it would have exposed various indicting reports.

but don't get me wrong, NNPC was corrupt under GEJ as it has been under governments before GEJ & as it is under PMB...

now to the Baru issue.

it is true Kachikwu never said money was missing... but only a dyed in the whole hypocrite would not see that Kachikwu is pointing out that huge contracts are being awarded & the necessary body to vet that process has not been carried along.

PMB does not have the head for technicalities, as such, it is easy for Baru to bamboozle him, but Baru knows that the Board can detect whatever inflations that would have been made.

mind you, the clause which allows Baru to deal directly with the Minister was put in place with the logical mindset that the minister should be someone who is knowledgeable in the oil & gas sector, or at least has a good grasp of the peculiarities of oil administration & is thorough in vetting & not a dundee like the present minister.
I agree that Kachikwu's motive for challenging the ongoings at NNPC may be noble and may prevent any shady practices that might be perpetrated through the loopholes that currently exist.

Since it is now clear that Kachikwu as NNPC board chairman still does not have powers that a full petroleum minister would have even without the board chairmanship role, I have since posited that Buhari surrender the full control of that ministry to Kachikwu.

If Kachikwu was minister, Baru will have no direct link to the president, because even if he manages to avoid the NNPC board and its chairman, he must still depend on the Petroleum Minister office to sanction whatever proposals are made by the NNPC.

Buhari created the confusion and created the environment for all these allegations and counter allegations of insubordination or lack of due process in NNPC operations.
