Surprising thing is prospective client said he found the parts for less than 20,000!
Hehehehe, I would have found a way to tell him to buy parts and fix in by himself.

Gazzu.zz and Timifikay, you two should leave this guy alone.exchanging banters with him won't stop people here from patronising him.people will later see it as bad belle for the young man ,trust me.the exchanges are getting irritatingly stale.just an advice

And as for you Autotrader, learn to be patient and tactical in ways.you won't and will never win this war with gazzuzz,in fact your only driving away potential customers.
I wanted to call u several times on behalf of my cousin's corolla but ur talks are really putting me off since am well over 40yrs and HATE direct or indirect insults.Just make sure you have a good conscience when doing business.Gazzuzz started just as a little name, now he's a force to reckon with, soon he'll be a brand(if not already so).if he starts manufacturing tyres, oils and even cars, we both know he'll over sell.its all about the person.
I pray you grow bigger....just learn to be wise and tactical in things and issues
Happy sales my brother
The point is for him to not exaggerate what he has to offer and only give information provided by manufacturer.
Car TalkRe: Can Lexus Rx 330 doors Fit Into Rx 350 2009 by timifakay(m): 6:19am On Jun 09, 2018
Are you sure the car doesn't have frame damage or needs some extensive panel beating before it can be fixed, sounds like you are trying to DIY the repair... Go to the market and ask the sellers, tell anyone you are buying from that you will return it if it doesn't fit. Make sure spoilt doors are down before purchasing new ones in order to minimize downtime...

Is that how I am going to recoup my investments?

My investments did not start and end in internet subscriptions and YouTube videos.

I have undertaken formal, systematic paid for training for this business.

I want to belief it has reflected in my writeups and approach.

I have to institute a policy to stop such abuse.

Olumyyde:
Good evening my brothers and sisters. I am a family man with a wife and a daughter and I need a small fairly used car that is easy to maintain. A car that has fuel economy, whose parts are available and affordable in order to ease family mobility as my wife's workplace is quite a distance from the house. Also, the stress of my wife carrying my child to work via buses n keke breaks my heart. Pls, I need your advice on what simple and small car to buy. My budget is 450k to 500k. GOD bless us all.
Firstly, what's your location?
What kind of cars are common there, that should help you choose, as it's the common cars that will have most available parts with experienced technicians on ground. Let that guide your choice.

You're a sore loser. Those shocks have a guarantee of 18 months. All my products are brought in from the US with all the required guarantees of quality and durability. Infact, L those same type of shocks have been in use here since 2015, that's 3 yrs in counting without issues.
You want me to list all my information here so you can use it as leverage. Not gonna happen, little man.
Was the one being talked about here made in Nigeria?

It's a generic unbranded aftermarket shock for the US market/model.. You cannot easily find this quality in the Nigerian market. Even the " 40k Excel G" (here in Nigeria) cannot be compared to this pair.

Maybe I didn't clearly clarify the two.. Bottom line to be on the safe side, people should follow either the manufacture advice or recommendation or specifications , either way Nigerians rarely do any of the above mentioned.. Look at Lagos transport system.. That was a waste of money and time .most of the buses are no longer working.. We all know why..
To clarify, first you gotta understand. I think that's where the problem lies.

This is issue with Nigerians we tend not to follow directions.. If the manufacture advice that castrol oil is recommended, why use something else bro .. In the states if you go against the manufacture advice, and the engine develop faults , the warranty will not cover it.. Are u telling me u know better than the car manufacturers? Smh ...
Sir, manufacturer specification and manufacturer recommendation are 2 different things.
Recommendation is negotiable
Specification is non negotiable.
If you use the wrong specification from the recommended brand - you are at risk; right specification from a brand that's not recommended - no risk.

Specification.
Recommendation.

Hello Nurey,

Thanks for your input. I recently replaced the two VVT sensors. Also recently serviced using 5W - 30 Castrol Magnatec. 4 days after servicing using 5W-30 castrol oil, I started hearing Tappet sounds mostly when engine is heated (afternoon/high sun). Tappet sound got louder over few days of driving. My mechanic suspected oil pump to be weak. He checked and got it changed. He set timing, and engine ran smooth. Only for Tappet sound to resume after about 5 days. I just tire, ignored it. Then enroute yesterday, engine stalled. I tried to start it, it would crank but wouldnt start. I waited aboout 15 to 20 minutes, and it started. Drove a bit and it stalled again. Waited 15 - 20 mins, started car and drove home.

This is my situation. kindly help please.

G.azzuzz, ucee.God, em.pron, I.nna, timif.kay etc
Sounds like a sludge problem.
Please open engine oil refill cap or valve cover to see if there's sludge in the engine.
Have you been serving vehicle as at when due with the right oil weight? Or just once a year with one oil of unknown brand.

Oh! This was you, been searching for this post for a while.. Had to go through your posts...

hakimi1974:
not mistake ooo. it is just the usual naija corruption. this is how a custom officer explained it to me. ever since government banned cars from entering the country through the land border, smugglers still bring in cars. now this is where it gets interesting, lets say a smuggler brings in a 2010 toyota camry through the land border, he simply contacts his custom insider at the long room, sort him some cash, i dont know how much. what they do is to substitute some one else's details of the same make of car that has paid complete duty and came in through the port. to get around this, as soon as you clear your car from the port, get a confirmation print out before you leave the port to avoid stories. may God save us in this country.

hakimi1974:
you dont need to prove zilch to any body. once any custom official run a check on your customer's car and every info about the car is correct in custom data base you are good to go. you have found a loop hole in the system, use it to your advantage my brother. naija nah jungle.
I hope you still feel this way when you or a loved one of yours has their car for which genuine and full customs duty was paid is impounded by customs because Oviecardealer or one of his cohorts has deleted their car VIN from customs database and replaced the VIN of the original car with that of a car they imported through Cotonou or other illegal means.

Thanks for the responses so far, due to my lack of experience in car buying and me being a novice I need an escrow service that I can discuss with about the car I want to buy with the budget I have and maybe even listen to advise from the agent concerning other possible similar and better vehicle to consider in place of my initial choice and take charge of the search, diagnosis, documents confirmation and determination of the electrical and mechanical condition of the car.

I don't want to buy a lemon or problematic car that would make me miserable, that's why I need a professional to provide this service for me.
