but to be candid, in this case.... this is just too ambiguous to be labelled a breach for so many reasons such as...... the owner is not known..... there is no way one can know the vehicle or the owner from the picture taken....... so in this case even though it's a breach quite alright.......... but an ambiguous one (if we decide to say op lied about the authorization)


but op just said he has already secured the consent of the owner whilst still ensuring anonymity of both the customer and the vehicle.......

Yeah, it's real...Dad has something like this, though his own was in his body system and not surfaced on vehicle like this. God used it to save his life 11 years ago in Lokoja...3 vehicles involved in a fatal collision, he was the only survivor. Though was a bit injured because he panicked that he chanted the incantations needed to activate very late...See the thread about it HERE

I just try it now and it seem working, but am stalked with how to proceed i was given an application ID. My fear now is, will it be processed at the FRSC office attached in the form i filled truly and how will i collect it when it is ready?
Also, should i go ahead with the payment online which is far lesser than what those officials charged in their office, i hope there is no other extra charges?

Can scanner also read Camry tiny light?the noise is annoying and comes from underneath
