No wisdom. I no dey separate fight. |
Omo some people are promoting the dumbing down of Nigerians through Nairaland. |
Baba go don first panic. E go shout mogbe as e see soldiers full everywhere. |
funkyjms:That's not a 'snatch'. That's a good deal for the girls and Robo fc. That's prayers answered for them. Hence 'God of wonders'. How much is the entire women's league in Nigeria worth? To attract a club directly from the top flight in Spain means Robo fc is doing right things smaller clubs with small budgets survive in selling players. That is one of the key business of professional football. Do you know how many talents within Nigeria that never gets to see the light of day? |
Ayobeck:Lol ..the current European champions is a Spanish team. The league must be terrible |
Ayobeck:And the league in Spain is bad? |
ObalendeCMS:Na because you no know the gap between playing football in Nigeria and playing football anywhere in Europe let alone Madrid. The money the club will make from these deals alone will sustain them for years. Far more than whatever they'll get even if they win the league in Nigeria. This is one of the reasons African players don't play with much ambitions when they are in Europe. God don answer their prayers already no more stress. Them wey call for God of wonders know wetin them dey do. |
Ayobeck:Where is the best choice for them? |
travelzcruix:Abeg I dey sleep. Never disturb me. ![]() |
finallybusy:Konji is not her problem. Free welfare for her kids is her problem. |
derecho:You don't have to take them serious. You are not on their radar yet. Make something meaningful of your life first and they might notice you. |
Europe |
idonhammer:Meche onu gi! |
Why you go accept to go pick person 20minutes away...no be greed be that! |
APC is a cancer to this country. Chief security offices of the state making stupid excuses. If you have evidence indigenes are inviting herdsmen in, why aren't we seeing the arrested indigenes aiding and abetting terrorism? If the 'root' of these herdsmen attack is gotten would it not become easier to weed out the terrorist herdsmen? Una don see Nigerians finish na. |
Mystic216:Hard times may present business opportunities. But A situation where people can barely afford the basic items, sales on items that are not so basic cannot become x3. |
sexyking1:1. Talking about drugs, the price is increasing due to dollar price. It also means the price at which it's imported is increasing. The profit margin remains around the same. What changes however is the number of people buying. If 100 people were able to buy at a moderate price, fewer people will buy at a higher price. 2. Assuming you are still able to buy the same number of bottles, does that mean every customer the shop owner has are able to sustain their lifestyle? Obviously not. What does that translate for the business owner? Less profits. Just yesterday, international breweries posted losses for the last six years. Na childs? Nigerian brewery also had that article that said most Nigerians can't afford to buy beer again. E be jokes to you ba? Meanwhile, this business owner still has to shop in other places for other things and they are all increasing in price too so the profit gained or retained diminishes quickly. What's worse is as a business owner in recent times, you can sell all your stock and the entire money plus your profit is not enough to restock because the new price of the product is about double already. Yesterday or so, an apprentice who recently served his oga for seven years received settlement that's not enough to rent a shop. On the same thread, many shared similar harrowing stories. If the bosses were truly billionaires, settling their boys shouldn't be that difficult. If you dey run legit business in the present dispensation, you go know say no be childs. |
chipet67:That's something worse than stupidity. Na jobless person wey no know business. |
Watianoengineer:Your current president is teaching everyone a lesson on how to fail woefully. |
samuel9000:3x sales in which economy? How? When people had more purchasing power, businesses didn't post 3x sales. Is it when people are eating just once a day that businesses would now be posting 3x sales? A beer parlour while selling beer at 350/400 had barely moderate traffic/customer, now beer is about 1000, that beer parlour will now 3x sales? E make sense to you? It shows you own no business. Most businesses are posting losses. Increase in price of many commodities does not often translate to increase in profits. To make things worse, there's hardly any increase in income for many people so how they'll increase their spending is dumb thinking. The truth is that no protest can change the price of anything in the market. So anyone deciding not to organize such is right in that regards. A spontaneous revolution whose momentum is sustained by the majority's desire for change and not some organiser and mobilizers is what can bring about what this country needs. Within the present institutional framework and setup, all we'll be getting are different handlers and same results |

Firstly, this government is a continuation of the previous government. The excuse that the actions of the previous government are distinct from this is false. The principal of the present government counts it as his achievement that he single handedly made Buhari the president of Nigeria. He was also the 'National Leader' of the party. Secondly, it was obvious that the previous government was terrible so the next leader ought to be one who will salvage the situation. What we however have now is a government that has compounded the problems of Nigeria. For each hour of excuses, more Nigerians fall into poverty. |

I suspect some form of over confidence involved in this. On the other hand, with a lot of people singing 'ebi n pawa' I can imagine the lion has not been feeding well. In our quest to find wetin we go chop, make we no meet wetin go chop us o. Condolence to your family and dependants. Make them double their hustle now. |
princepeter566:That's why you should take the report with a pinch of salt. How can they shoot sporadically for two hours because boy urinated in a prohibited area? How much is the piss worth? |
Some crazy opposition politicians trying very hard to use the media to fight against Soludo. |
51 year old breakfast. |
That's too many billions lost...why are they still in business? Perhaps these losses are manufactured because it is certain that the next financial year will result in more losses when you think about the current state if the economy. Fewer and fewer people are able to sustain their purchasing power. Yet cost of production is increasing by the hour. APC, You do this one. |
