Does the federal capital act govern any other state other than Abuja?

They don’t go after the prostitutes. They go after the ‘madams’ and ‘rescue’ supposed underage girls ‘forced’ into prostitution by these madams.
Owning and operating a brothel is illegal. Purchasing people for the purpose of turning them into prostitutes is illegal. Prostitution itself is not illegal except under sharia.

I really can’t make a meaning out of this rant. In the original comment I quoted, you said it was your father’s compound. I have no issues with whatever wealth your family has. If it’s a luxurious compound, it simply means agbo business is a thriving one. If on the contrary agbo business is not worth it, it simply means your rants is embellished with lies. Your father’s compound is not worth it because ‘agbo sellers comfortably pay rent to him.

Firstly, your best numbers is what determines your prime. Not the world best he won. Other players who never won any personal awards have records of their prime and it’s simply marked by the period when they had their best numbers.

Chill, Ronaldo started his professional career 2002/03 season by which time Delima and Raul were n the downward slope. Raul in particular never 20 league goals In the 12 seasons he played from the same 2002/03. C Ronaldo would have benched him after 2 seasons.

The same can almost be said of Delima. True he had recently won the World Cup and was world best. Injuries did follow him around like a plague. He managed 24 and 21 league goals in the 2 seasons that followed 2002/03, however he never managed more than 14 goals in any other seasons he played.

Compared to c.ronaldo (in goal scoring terms) they are dwarfs and C.Ronaldo a giant. Delima especially has influence far beyond just scoring.
