na waa oooo!
which kain men be these?
i have never 'seen' a woman who can beat me.
i even fancy my chances with the women in UFC et al.
and i have not really trained in anything. at least i do not have a grade.
Family › Re: Help! He Can't Beat His Wife Anymore (She Learnt Karate) by tit(f): 3:36pm On Dec 20, 2011
lwkmd! na your own money she take learn how to deck you!!!
(i hope i can enjoy that little joke)

first off, YOU (op) do not need to hit your wife. if it does not happen in the first year, it is not likely to happen, ever.

it looks like the babe selected the guy with this as a factor. having been a victim of male partner brutality, she sought a partner she could deal with.

yes, i would advice you to go learn karate. not so you can beat her, but in the process of getting grades, you will learn to manage your temper and not to quickly resort to 'slaps'.

unlike when sw was president,
protests in the sw against a ss president will be more determined.
so it must not be allowed to hold.

nlc can hold their rally in abuja only.
some other distraction should also be thrown in.
lastly it looks like with sustained fuel scarcity,
the public will be begging for the subsidy thing to be done with already.

to those looking forward to protests:
you know our security forces are trigger happy.
your streets will run red with blood.

we are now in a market economy
better use what energy you have to see how you can profit from the new world order!

Politics › Re: Why Is Everybody Afraid Of Buhari's Presidency by tit(f): 4:10pm On Dec 06, 2011
so 15 year old (PTF) pillows and mattresses are in use in our hospitals!!!
i know they should be leakproof but 15 years seems like a long period for something in use in a 'sick' environment.
even domestic mattresses/pillows are retired after about 5 years.

Btruth,
we all need to be sure it cannot happen again.
unfortunately, it has been going on ever since.
and we all go to sleep dreading to be caught anew in such a nightmare.
that is why we should not keep quite now when we can still pull the chestnut out of the fire.
Politics › Re: Ojukwu’s Body To Tour 4 Countries Before Burial In Anambra by tit(f): 8:53pm On Nov 29, 2011
this tour would be ill advised.
he should best be taken staright to nnewi,
and the people, who fought like lions for 30 months under his inspiring leadership,
shall pay him last respects.
Politics › Re: Why Did Adekunle Make This Statement by tit(f): 8:48pm On Nov 29, 2011
the statement that midwesterners and yorubas joined the nigerian army after banjp invaded the west is a BLATANT LIE.
before that invasion, adekunle and his yoruba 3MC were already marauding in ph, calabar, obigbo, etc, etc.

on a journey about 1999. before OBj solved fuel crisis or perhaps this haapened abacha regina, i ran out of fuel on the asaba-ughelli highway and went into an isoko town looking for the liquid gold.
we got some from an isoko man, a former lt in the biafran army he said.

we thanked him for his services.
Politics › Re: Why Did Adekunle Make This Statement by tit(f): 3:52pm On Nov 29, 2011
in taking shots at ojukwu, some forget awolowo left behind a congo of inestimable value.
can we take shots at her?

when you point at someone with a finger, 4 are pointing at you.

lumideezle:
Please guys lets stop adding religious sentiments to this matter,  i am a born again christain but that does not stop me from realising the fact that the law only recognises three Denominations Catholic, Muslims, and Protestants(Anglican, Redeemed, deeper life, Jesus blood ministries , slap the devil min match satan min,  etc) for those that have done NYSC u see this comming to play in Camp where they tell u expressely that its catholic, Muslims and Protestants  and any other association or gathering is deemed illegal. so guys dont blame the Chief the church was not supposed to exist in the first place  all deeper life. redeemed, devil in trouble churches are supposed to worship together and not seprately in a govt institution that is wat the law says. have a prob with ithuh Go meet national Assembly grin or call Uncle Jona. If he had closed down a Catholic church then he wld knw hez got a whole lot of explaining to do. buh this 1 would only earn him  promotion if the case islooked into.
abeg brother lumideezle,
which law recognises catholic, muslim and protestants?
which <s>book, chapter, verse</s> section and paragraph?

thanks guys. i have a toyota with a couple of lights on the dash. i was thinking of going under to look/changeout for the sensors myself and you guys have made up my mind. i can do it myself. at least i can try.

on another hand, one guy says he did 160-170kmph, the other did like 140kmph.

IS THAT SAFE?

i keep wondering why MC Loph lost control.
Family › Re: How Do You Chase Away Unwanted Guests? by tit(f): 6:11pm On Nov 03, 2011
i guess u and most of the responders here do not know the meaning of the words friend, guest and hospitality.
you now have a few other people, with their jetsam and flotsam, in your 'world', so it cannot be the same.

your selfishness must have so shown that your 'friend' tried to buy your acceptance with money.

if you call the guy friend, tell him what you expect. reasonably.
but i think you need to work a bit harder on yourself.
(i have thrown a few friends out of my place to my eternal regret. wish i had taken a diferent route).
you need to be more accomodating.

buzugee:
you do know you can buy reliable cars from hispanics like 1996 toyotta corollas for 800 dollars right ? or old model mid nineties nissan altima for like 1 grand.
i have had 4 used cars. 2 in nigeria and 2 here and let us just say i am not lucky with cars.
so to reduce the odds, i shall only buy new.

i feel like the poorest man in america.
there is not much public transportation system where i live and i need a car.
but i just cannot afford one. the monthly payments.
when i go out, i see all kinds of people cruising around in late model cars
and i am like damn, how can he/she afford that?
i mean, am i the only man in tx who cannot afford a car?

wrt to poster here who have been driving with poor eyesight.
i wonder how many accidents have occured because drivers could not see a pothole in good time or could not judge distance of oncoming vehicle?
the frsc has its work cut out to keep the public safe from handicapped drivers.

Sports › Re: Keshi And Oliseh To Replace Siasia by tit(f): 3:25pm On Oct 27, 2011
siasia should never have been employed as the coach of the super eagles.
he had only worked with <s> over</s>aged teams and did not have any positive record of achievement with full blown teams.
i was surprised he was taken over keshi who had coached and qualified togo for the world cup from nowhere.

i disliked keshi's antics as a player/skipper of the super eagles. he nearly kept chidi nwanu (who contributed a lot to the success of our 94 world cup campaign) out of the team.
i guess being coach/selector of the super eagles is his natural domain. if he likes let him use 22 delta boys. if he gets results, no wahalla. if he messes up, then he is shown the door too. i hope oliseh is not foisted on him.

siasia has himself to blame for not using players that can get him/nigeria results against a lowly team like guinea. the first thing any leader knows is to get those who can go the extra mile for him. and sometimes you have to motivate recalcitrant ones.

Politics › Re: Lagos Records One Month Rain In One Day, Says Expert by tit(f): 2:41pm On Jul 14, 2011
Wallie:
There is no way the government could have planned for 264mm (10.4 inches) of rainfall in one day when the normal average per month is 136mm (5.4 inches). For comparison, the average rainfall in a month for the DC area is 92.96mm (3.7 inches).

The only thing better and unclogged drainage would have done is to drain the flood water faster assuming that the ocean and lagoons have not risen higher than the land, which will make water flow backwards through the tributaries.
the reason for monitoring rainfall is so govt agencies can plan for worst case scenarios.
if we have had 264mm of rainfall in the past 50 years (or since intelligent life came to lagos) then LASG has no excuse for this disaster.
Sports › Re: 'Some Players Were Madly Jealous Of Yekini At USA 94' - Oliseh by tit(f): 7:39pm On Jul 11, 2011
the forward lineup against bulgaria would have included amuneke (se), finidi (ss), siasia(ss) and amokachi (nc).
if they all did not identify with the goalking then it was not tribal.

personally i like the way he celebrated his goal.
the intensity and passion would not have shone if he had been mobbed by his teammates.
Politics › Re: What Can Be Done To Stop The Flooding In Lagos? by tit(f): 5:43pm On Jul 11, 2011
constructing drains would be long term.
i am sure they have a terrain model of affected areas,
some pumps and hoses should be deployed to get the water from pooling in the susceptible areas.

cycober:
Kudos to Ogun state. But i can't help but wonder how come many companies are setting factories in ogun. from maggie making factory, to nestle nigeria, to recently May & Baker pharmacuiticals and now this. what is it in ogun that attracts them like that? why not other states? there is too many factories in ogun state already. well maybe am jealous of ogun state, but am happy for them.
there is a gas line running from delta state thru edo, ondo? and ogun states to an industrial park in lagos state.
ogun state is obviously taking advantage of its proximity to the lagos industrial park and the captains of industry.
Business › Re: Lafarge Unveils N23bn Power Plant In Ewekoro, Ogun State by tit(f): 9:01pm On Jul 05, 2011
Yinkay:
Ogun state can still collect tax from all the trucks loading by installing a weighing bridge at Ifo for trucks heading towards Lagos and installing another at Papalanto for those heading towards Sagamu bypass towards Ibadan or Edo/Delta, or by building a truck park with facilities, the governor is a chartered accountant, something will be worked out.
longer throat dey kill oo.
no tell state govt to go build weigh bridge on a federal road. that one is haram.
