CelebritiesWhen I Try To Be By Myself , Its Not That I'm Proud - Tayo Sobola by titiloyeblog(op): 9:18am On Jan 03, 2019
Tayo Sobola a mogul in the Nollywood industry addresses some of the issues of life on her Instagram page. She said, not everyone you see laughing and smiling outside is really happy inside of them, many of them are depressed. But they just wish to laugh to impress others around them. She also supports the quote which says 'Don't judge a book by its cover'. Don't be too quick to judge others because you actually don't know what they are passing through. She believes that the only way she could stay away from being pissed off is to be herself and to stay away from people that will make her lose her mind.

Below is what she wrote;

Life!!!! You see people laughing and smiling and you dont know what they are passing through. The truth is this : too many people are depressed. Dont be quick to judge people if uve never been in their current situation. Do not believe all you see. Start doing things that will always make you happy. We know people can be funny but look around you and spot out that person you feel you could always talk to or be around that will always make you happy. When i try to be by myself , its not that im proud --- i only try to respect my self and stay clear of things that could piss me off. Only those who get irritated easily im sure can relate. Stay off people and things that can make you loose your mind! Life is too short! #laneminder

PoliticsWhich Of These Presidential Candidates Have Impressed You So Far? by titiloyeblog(op): 8:15am On Jan 03, 2019

And of course, there are several aspirants for the post of the president from different political parties. Some of the political parties include; PDP, APC, NIP ACPN, SDP, AAC, YPP, PPN and so on.

In 2018, there was a debate amongst some of these aspirants to know their actual plan for the betterment of the economy. So far so good, which candidate/political party has impressed or convinced you the most with his/her manifesto?

Below are some of the presidential candidates for the 2019 election;

Hello, someone here is saying Adsense is dead and another is saying its the main deal. please can both of you come out in plane terms and explain,because I'm sure it is making things complicated for us newbies.
Thanks
Elrapido and Dareal90s
To be frank with you, Google Adsense has been saving lives over the years. The one saying Google Adsense was dead said that due to the fact that he was blocked by google adsense (doing something against TOC) or maybe because he has not been approved yet.

To know how to implement Google Adsense on your blog, kindly visit: https://www.titiloyeblog.com/2017/08/how-to-implement-and-integrate-google.html

LiteratureWhy Students Are No Longer Interested In Pursuing A FIRST CLASS by titiloyeblog(op):
Important Notice: This article was not written to cause any mayhem/havoc to anyone, school and the country at large.

Nowadays, ask a genuine average Nigerian University Student that is in 300/400 level about what he/she wants to graduate with when leaving the higher institution? The ones that are more enlightened will say, let them just struggle to have a 2:1 (Second class upper) or even a 2:2 (Second class lower). While others who want the fame and see the rewards of their hard work will rather say they require a first class result.

Many federal universities are victims of this and one of the major factors is due to ASUU strike which happens to them. When ASUU goes on strike, it affects students in such a way that the plans they have will be affected.

Having made research on this topic, important factors have been highlighted that affects the orientation that students have about having a first-class grade. And they are;

1. Expected outcome

I could remember vividly when a friend of mine told me;

“Did you know that when a student graduates with a first class result from the higher institution, it is expected by society to get the very best from him/her, and when the person fails to give his/her best (i.e. finding solutions to challenging problems), his/her first class result will be concluded useless by the society then several assumptions like; maybe he/she bought that first class degree or he/she was privileged to get it in a chance. But someone who graduated with a 2:1 or a 2:2, as we all know, the society is expecting less from them (as they think they were not serious when they were in school). But if by any means the individual should find a remarkable/unprecedented solution to a problem, the society will be surprised at that and will want to honor him/her above that person who had a first class result and cannot prove it?”

Hmmmmm… There is this Yoruba saying which was formulated by Nigerian students which goes like this “Eni ti o mo way lo mo we” meaning “Only the ones that know the way knows book” and I presume that quote is only applicable in Nigeria. The “way” in this scenario is referred to as “connection(s)”, which means it is only when you have the right connections that you know the real “book” (I just hope you understand how it goes). Therefore, there is a kind of phobia in the minds of students about obtaining a first class result from the higher institution.

2. Stories of Great people

Education wise, where do you think the founder of Facebook, Microsoft, and Apple stopped? Steve Jobs the co-founder of apple went to Reed College somewhere in Oregon, and he could not carry on and dropped out, he explained his struggle in that college in his very well-known speech at Stanford. Also, Bill gate who was the founder of Microsoft was a drop out from Harvard University and he opened a shop in Mexico where he sells what he loves interest in doing (not related to Microsoft). Lastly, Mark Zuckerberg the originator of the most popular social media, Facebook, went to a private school, apparently, he is also privileged and as well as an extremely smart person. In Harvard days he with 3 to 4 other classmates started this web of a thing for small things for Harvard students as a social site and got expelled from the college because of a certain clash with Harvard policies.

Therefore students don’t actually believe that it is until you graduate with a first class result before you can be a success. Try to read “Why C students usually end up being the most successful”.

3. Social events around them

This is the most disturbing issue that student face. The activities that are happening on the social media have deviated the attention of the students and have greatly reduced their interests towards academics. For instance, the Big Brother Naija (#BBN) that was held few months ago which the winner went home with a sum of 25million naira compared with the best graduating student in a Nigerian university (name withheld for specific reasons) was given a sum of 10,000 naira only (but she was later appreciated with a sum of 500,000naira). Now come to think of it, of what benefit it is to go to school and waste some precious time studying and at the end of it all, the person will be appreciated with a little token? It is not by any means encouraging. (This is left to the government to restructure their educational policies to suit the students).

4. Late to seat up

Lol…. This is common to 300/400 level students. The thing is that they actually entered these levels with a very low CGPA and they realized that even if they have 5.00 as GPA in the current level (or semester), it won’t still take them to a first class. They, therefore, relent on pursuing that first class but work towards having a next better option to a first-class i.e. maybe a 2:1 or 2:2 (This tells you that for your building to stand firm, your foundation has to be rigid).

5. The absence of honor by reputable companies

Even many reputable companies in the world today are not interested in first-class candidates, but they are interested in the ones that will bring about positive changes/ development to the firm (maybe through ideas, hard work etc.)

WebmastersHow To Identify Google Adverts On Any Blog/webiste by titiloyeblog(op): 2:30pm On Jan 02, 2019
Today, I will be showing you on how to identify Google advertisements on any website/blog. Many bloggers are always eager in knowing how to identify Google adverts from the various adverts that display on a blog (some, for the purpose of telling users to click on them in order to get more revenue *fraud clicks*). Google adverts banners have a very unique icon that makes them stand out from other adverts banner. There are majorly three unique signs that Google adopts on any of their adverts banners, these are revealed below;

1. The letter “i” sign which stands for more “information”

2. The letter “x” sign which denotes “cancel”

3. The letter “i” sign in almost a closed (3/4) circle, it signifies “more information” as well

Further explanation;

These signs are displayed on the right-top banners of any google adverts that is showing on a blog or a website. Diagrammatically from the above, from the first one, the letter “i” which stands for more “information” means anytime you see that sign on a banner you can check more information about that particular product that is displayed (or more information concerning Google ads). But there are some cases where you will be seeing adverts that you don’t wish to see, that is when the second sign “X” comes in (it means you want to cancel that advert from showing on your device through that particular blog), which only occurs when you click on it. The last sign “i” is synonymous to the first one.

And the major thing similar to them all are those signs that appear at the right-top of each of the banners as explained earlier.

Feel free to drop your comments below...

EducationHow Cramming Has Shortchanged Future Writers by titiloyeblog(op):
We believe that if you have been following this campaign ever since it began, you would agree with us that there is no benefit for cramming and besides it has caused more harm than good to the academic system. Today we would be considering how cramming has short-changed future writers.

The first thing to consider is the mental capacity of each student when it comes to cramming, over time we have learned that a human being has about six billion cells in his brain and the function of those cells is to stimulate activities that occur in the body. One such activity is “Thinking”. As a writer, one of the advantages you have than your other colleagues who are in another career is your ability to be able to turn your thought into words. This is a very powerful gift God has bestowed on every mankind, but our ability to harness it makes us who we are today. Your thought process needs to be trained in line with your chosen career, this is the sole reason why we go to school to get educated, so that our thought would be formed in one particular direction and we will contribute to the society through the effective use of them and create long-lasting solution to the country or anywhere we find ourselves.

As a student, when you read you form a thinking pattern that enables you to be able not only communicate the right answers to the question when asked but to retain relevant information on what you have read in order for you to add to your gap of knowledge. But if a student at such an early stage do not engage in reading and opt for cramming? Here is what is going to happen, the mind begins to lose relevant information and overtime when there is the need for such students to proffer solution to answer through writing in the society, such students are nowhere to be found. Unconsciously and consciously, that student kills or terminated his advantage to the society at an early stage. This is one of the problems we are facing in our society today, people that ought to proffer solution to problems are nowhere to be found because they haven’t developed their mind through reading

Now begin to - Give yourself the space to hear your own voice—your own soul. Too many of us listen to the noise of the world and get lost in the crowd. Stand strong! Live by choice, not by chance. Work to grow, not compete. Choose to listen to yourself, not the jumbled opinions of everyone else.You are made to survive the hardest days of your life

You are born with the ability to change your life no matter how much loss, sadness and difficulty you are experiencing. You are born ready even though you don’t feel ready. You are literally hardwired to reinvent yourself and overcome. You don’t even have to learn to do it, you already know how. You just need to focus your energy gradually and accordingly. Grieve with each small step forward, one at a time, one day after the next.

This is your journey and you can write the map to where you are going. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t, that you should just sit around and “wait” longer… that there is no way out right now. There is a way! And you are standing right in front of it.

Your life is your creation. When you start to know this—to truly know this—then you can be more in control of your life and what happens within it from moment to moment.Today is the first day of a new year and more importantly the first day of the rest of your life Make everyday count towards that goal and Lets Prosper in 2019! LiteratureAfter ‘I Do’ – Episode 1 by titiloyeblog(op):
She remembered tears rolling down his cheeks, as he said his vows to her in the presence of God, family, friends, and well-wishers. Her spirit confirming that every word Tayo was saying was for real. His firm grip on her fingers, the sincerity in his voice and the blazing passion in his charcoal eyes hit her with so much intensity, for a while she forgot how to blink.

“I’ll forever love and cherish you Omolade, after God, I can boldly say that you complete my existence”. He finished off.

My name is Omolade and I have just returned from the moon. Trust me when I say it was nothing less of a splendid and an adventurous journey to cloud nine. Impulsively I squeeze my legs together in remembrance, thinking of how my baby had turned to a perfect bad boy for me. Indeed sex is sweet when the marriage bed is left undefiled .For the briefest second I am completely unaware of my surroundings. The heat from the semo I am cooking brings my mind back to focus. I quickly vanish sweet thoughts from my mind and immediately begin to rigorously pound the semo. I am determined to break and destroy any lump that has formed or is thinking of forming.

You see, this is the first real meal that I’ll be cooking as Mrs. Tayo David Lawson and I intend on making it as perfect as the word itself. I will be serving Tayo Semo and a seven-life vegetable soup otherwise known as efo elemi meje . Lol. I call it that name because I have put all sorts (meat,stock fish, rings of pomo, shrimps, offal,ground crayfish ) to make it palatable,irresistible and delectable.

I am wrapping our semo into a transparent nylon when I hear a car horn. Heart beating with excitement I run to the door but I am disappointed when I realize it’s the next door neighbor’s. I shut the door in disappointment, walking back to the kitchen to complete my task.

—————————————————–

I am in the bathroom smiling alone and smiling stupidly. As the water droplets cascade over my body , I am once again lost in thoughts of how Tayo had fiercely made love to me in the pool. I am a good girl and would have preferred the security of our honey moon suite but Tayo would have non of it.

“God knows that I did not refrain myself from dipping into the cookie jar while dating you only to limit myself to taking you only in the confinement of a bedroom. It was by his grace I was able to resist touching you”. He had said.

“What if someone see us?”. I ask afraid of the prospect of doing it out of my comfort zone. I am also happy to know that I had that physical effect on Tayo. At a point, I thought he did not find me attractive when I had told him no sex or kissing before marriage and he had agreed like it was no big deal. Before Tayo, I had dated Christian brothers that I had to beg to be patient and deal with the onerous task of removing prying fingers from my body. After a while the number of times I said NO became equivalent to the number of times I blinked my eyes in a day.

“That’s part of the excitement wifey, Adrenalin is sometimes good ooo. It adds spice to the mix”.Tayo replies as he changes into his swim suite.

Truth be told, I had imagined Tayo being gentle and nice in doing that stuff as his general demeanour is, but I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the same time when he turned out to be a skilled, bold prowess in doing the stuff. Truly the scripture is true for it says ‘for unto him that is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ever think or ask according to the power that is at work in us.

Who would know that the holyspirit can teach my husband ways to make me have orgasms.

Hello wifey do you mind if I join you?”. I hear the baritone voice of my husband. It brings me back to earth and my eyes takes in his handsome chubby face with full beards.

I squeal in delight flying out of the bathtub to him. I wrap my slim hands tightly around his neck. I don’t care that I am soaking his suit with the water from my body, I am just delighted to have him around. I place numerous kisses on his face, eliciting giggles from him.

“Awwww my baby misses me”. He says smiling. I can tell that he is very pleased from his sparkling eyes and megawatt smile.

“I nod vigorously “.

“How was work darling? Would you like to eat now or what’s your plan?”. I ask acting the perfect wife. I am eager to put into practice all I had learnt from our marriage counselling class in church .

“I actually have a ton of work to do. It seems those guys were patiently waiting for me cos’ my work is piled up and I’m still getting more “. He replies.

“Pele olowo ori mi ” I reply kissing the frown off his forehead.

“I think I’ll have noodles and chicken with a cup of coffee. I need to do some work tonight”.

“Ehn noodles keh? “. I ask in surprise, I think of all the stress I went through in preparing dinner, I do not bother to ask why he is requesting for noodles.

“Tayo you can’t have noodles o”. I whine, pouting my lips and folding my hands. I stare at the floor like it’s the next best thing made by man.

“Is there a problem? ” I hear him ask,concern in his voice. I don’t answer nor change my stance.

He comes close to me and pulls me to his chest, wrapping me with his hands .

“My love tell me what the matter is? If there’s no noodles in the house I can send Audu to get it from the shop. I’ll even cook it myself if you’re tired “.

I smile to myself, thinking of how clueless a man can be sometimes. I expect him to know that I am acting this way cos he is choosing noodles over the efo and semo that I had painstakingly prepared for him.

“But you haven’t told him what you cooked so don’t blame him“. I hear my spirit respond to me.

“Omolademi? ” he calls my name sweetly,nudging me to speak.

“I am fine o,it’s just that I have cooked your favourite meal and it’s already set on the table”. I say this like a five-year old reluctant to tell her parent that someone broke her new toy. After all I am his baby, I’m allowed to act that way.

“Is that all?” He ask.

“Yes”. I nod.

“I’m sorry for my insensitivity, let’s have the food and we’ll have one of the appetizer created by God”. He winks saying the last part. I smile in anticipation.

Let me help you take off your tie……

I busy myself with my phone as I wait for my husband to finish off from the bathroom before eating. I am feeling all giddy, I decide to update my pm on bbm.

I could talk about him all day, he is not perfect but he is perfect for me. He makes marriage beautiful.

I get several messages after my pm update. I am feeling like the queen of marriage as I answer several questions . I have suddenly become a connoisseur of marriage throwing relationship advice at my still single friends. I bask in their envy, even if I know I shouldn’t be doing that.

“Hey babes I am ready”. I hear my husband say

“oh let’s go”. I scramble out of the bed eager to join my husband .

I am so excited to be able to call him my husband. I unconsciously stare at my fourth finger,admiring my ring.

We gist, talk and laugh over dinner. My husband can’t stop praising my cooking as he chews on chunks of assortment in the efo.

At the end of his meal, he yawns like a satisfied man. I am contented with his contentment. As a good wife, I make sure he doesn’t forget to have his appetizer winks.

—————————————————–

I stretch my body in satisfaction after a wonderful night with my hubby. If I had known marriage was this sweet I would have married since. I am jobless at the moment cos’ I had to resign from my work in Abuja to join Tayo in Lagos, so I have enough time on my hand.

I think of any friend in Lagos who is also temporarily jobless as I am. When I come out blank I scroll through my BBM contact. I tick off friends one by one giving excuses why I couldn’t contact them. My spirit tells me to seize this quiet time to fellowship with him but I postpone it. I can’t help my mind from reminiscing over my honeymoon period and the seed that might have been planted in me.

Thinking of seeds, I jump out of bed to face the full-length mirror in the room. I run my hands over my tummy envisaging each stage of my pregnancy period before I pop out an adorable chubby little princess with full dark hair like mine and lovely eyes like her dad’s. Her name would be Eleanor and we will do plenty mini-me pictures on Instagram. I chuckle in delight of my thoughts, they are pleasant and they make me excited. I run back to the bed, I grab my phone to search Instagram for possible pictures that I could use when my baby comes. I spare a brief prayer to God, asking him to at least let one out of the million *** spilled into me during and after the honeymoon fertilize.

EducationThe Type Of Reading That Makes A Writer by titiloyeblog(op): 2:52pm On Jan 01, 2019
In the course of this campaign, we were once addressed by some school of thought why we think cramming is dangerous, this school of thought even suggested to us that it is a form of reading that helps and our response was this “Cramming is a form of reading that helps for the now not for the future” . Hence, on this note, we want to examine a very important topic which says the type of reading that makes a writer.

The only type of writing that we would recommend for future writers or people that want into writing as a career above another type of reading is what we call “Purposeful Reading”. This is a type of reading that should be in the mind of any student or aspiring writer. It is a type of reading that gives you a clear picture of what to expect in the book you are reading, you are not just reading because you want while off time, but you are reading because you want to gain something. According to late Dr. Myles Munroe of blessed memory, “When the purpose of a thing is not known to abuse is inevitable”. Which means the purpose of why you are doing a thing determines the outcome or the response you would get from such a thing. If there one type of reading that gives you an edge and keeps you abreast, it is this one.

Always have it at the back of your mind as a student that in your journey to academic excellence, time is a river and your book is the boat, please sail wisely.

EducationReading: A Culture That Makes Career Icons by titiloyeblog(op): 11:54am On Jan 01, 2019
There are two key choices in life – success and failure. Are you surprised? Yes, success is a choice as well as failure. You either choose to succeed or to fail! It is a personal responsibility. Career icons are those who foresaw the position they are today years ago. The present is a determining factor for your future. You have the opportunity to start building your future today. You can decide to build a hut, a bungalow or, rather, a mansion. It all depends on your “choice” and what you do with the resources at your disposal.

Only a few people, around the world, emerge exceptional in their chosen careers. Every career giant and iconic figures are people who have rendered lasting solutions to problems in their fields. The level of success you will accomplish in your career is a product of the passion, knowledge, and competence you possess in that career.

Let me tell you a secret: Reading is a culture that builds you. Those who have discovered this secret are people who a soaring triumphantly in their careers. Pay attention as I tell you this mystery. Sometimes ago, through the help of God, as I was meditating, I discovered that the most valuable and expensive natural recourses in the world are not gotten on a platter of gold; many of them are dug from the ground or the depth of the sea. Examples are gold and crude oil. In my mind, I asked, “Why did the creator of the universe, God Almighty, not put a resource such as gold on a tree, like he did for rubber? Why did he have put it deep in the ground, and should require months or years of digging to be reached? Why did God not just hang it on the tree for easy access?” Then, I was made to understand that treasures of great value require “digging deep” to be found.

In that similar way, I had a supernatural understanding that the more you read is the more you dig, and the more you dig is the more your chances of discovery. My friend, valuable treasures are hidden, you have to dig to discover them. Those who are successful career giants are people who have dug beyond the boundary of limitation to discover what only a few or nobody has discovered. Anybody who chooses to adopt the normal procedures or modus operandi will only end up to be mediocre. Excellent people go an extra mile to do what others don’t do.

Bill Gate, at the age of 13, was already an ardent and voracious reader. He discovered a problem nobody did and went ahead to proper solutions to it. That is why, today, he is an emperor in his career. Ben Carson was a “dullard,” but he began building his career and achievement when he challenged himself to start reading. It all started with reading. Career builders are today readers. Imbibe the culture of reading.

Career5 Major Mistakes Graduates Make In Their First Job Interviews by titiloyeblog(op): 4:08pm On Nov 11, 2018
School graduation is at last finished, and you are going to enter the once-a-dreamland you have constantly imagined, your first work environment, also assaulting various employment chasing sites, LinkedIn, industry worksheets, or different mediums to get you the primary ever work. Yet, how about we not overlook you are yet to pass the meeting stage. Keep in mind, a meeting after the graduation is very extraordinary when contrasted with the meetings you have given for on-grounds occupations or temporary positions.

This is an all-day business, and not low maintenance work for just two or three month's administration. This is the occupation that will stamp your first bona fide work on your resume, and will in all probability set the tone of your expert experience for a considerable length of time to come.

Concerning this blog entry we will talk about some normal, yet significant oversights that youthful graduates tend to make in their first prospective employee meet-ups.

1. Replying, and not tuning in to what the questioner says Toward the begin of a meeting, a few questioners take after the methodology of tossing a 2-minute discourse with respect to the organization profile and other initial data before giving you the opportunity to react. This is the shot you have to catch, take notes and concentrate on each word they say. Keeping in mind the end goal to demonstrate insistence to the questioner, a few applicants jump at the chance to react to all that he/she says. Nonetheless, this can likewise make the questioner feel that you aren't generally tuning in, rather you simply like the sound of your own voice. Likewise, there is a high shot that by rehashed remarking you may miss something pivotal the questioner has recently expressed. It's smarter to listen intently to everything the questioner needs to state, you can react if the expert makes an inquiry or when there is a characteristic or delayed interruption in the discussion.

2. Failing to recall the expected set of responsibilities The reality doesn't require to promote accentuation because of its effectively high noteworthiness, you should be altogether arranged with every one of the actualities of the organization's idea of business, item portfolio, and other crucial data bored in your brain before going into the meeting room entryway. Further, the subtle elements of the set of working responsibilities ought to likewise be utilized to clarify your capabilities. Then again, neglecting to remember your set of working responsibilities is a one-stop bad dream which gives the impression of unprofessionalism and ineptitude. A standout amongst the most essential inquiries the questioner will ask you with will be the means by which your past employment identifies with this occupation. Both you and the HR proficient in the room needs your case to become more grounded, however just on the off chance that you have an unmistakable thought what the organization is searching for. This is the means by which you will have the capacity to legitimize your point on how you can be the most ideal man for the employment. Attempt to retain the pointers of your expected set of responsibilities that expended the greater part of your workday and you can convey in the most ideal way.

3. Interested in the organization, benefits, less in the part Without a doubt, it is your first prospective employee meeting, you're exceedingly energized and apprehensive in the meantime. Be that as it may, more often than not this fervor is only a minor 'energy', and not for the occupation. Clarifying how well you are educated taking the organization points of interest is fine, yet the genuine characterizing factor is the way well you will play out the occupation connected for, as opposed to getting allured by the free lunch coupons, a month of yearly leaves, training recompense, and so forth. You can simply run with something like, "I am very much aware that ABC has an extraordinary culture, other than that I am more proposed to play out my XYZ work obligations path superior to every other person and contribute through powerful routes for improving the general proficiency of the group". What's more, this is the ideal opportunity to demand your case in an enticing way.

4. Depending on school achievements This is one genuine slip-up particularly late graduates need to remain cautious from. The HR staff sitting before you may have graduated years before you have, and are certainly not intrigued nor awed in your additional curricular exercises, A+ reviews in the electives, or other school routine errands. Instead of the talk will be more arranged towards genuine issues and basic leadership situations. It's smarter to grasp the truth: school things are days of the past. Keep your attention on the examples that mirror the post-graduation time as that is the domain your potential manager is living in. A superior decision would be, "Despite the fact that I earned a decent 3.7 GPA, yet I am very much aware that it isn't the metric used to review me in this part. Be that as it may, keeping up a similar responsibility and devotion is the thing that I need to indicate you here also".

5. Negativity It's straightforward, what encounters you had at any past boss, never talk sick with respect to them anyplace else. Pleasingly the questioner will approach you the purpose behind applying for another occupation, while it doesn't mean you begin refusing to accept responsibility for the issues at hand and spill out disappointments at your past working environment, yet clarify the motivation behind why this part is ideal for you. Displaying a terrible picture of the past business will compel the questioner to think you are simply requesting an exit plan. Besides, they may likewise start to question you in regards to the things you have written in your present place of employment portrayals and aptitudes. The tip may look more suited for built-up experts, yet a similar thought applies for late school graduates also. Regardless of the possibility that you have encountered some genuine foul play or abuse on account of a terrible supervisor, it's a great opportunity to leave the things as-is and concentrate on your new business opportunity.
