This guy you try o Just brush Immediately when you wake up and when you are about to sleep, that is brush twice a day. The mistake a lot of people make when brushing is they spit out the foamed paste five or six times when brushing, don't do that! Continue with the foamed paste all through while brushing and spit it out only when you done brushing. Also drink a lot of water after each meal so as not to have those residue in your mouth.
