Politics / Re: Some Of The Errors Of The INEC’s BVAS Machines, And The Suggested Remedies by tk4radi: 5:02pm On Jan 16, 2023
olabamijisamson:
Interesting conversation.
I have taken my time to watch and review the interrogation, argument and debate that ensued on both floors of the National assembly when the entire INEC Management team went to present the Introduction of BVAS as a technological innovation to our electoral system, at no time did either the INEC Chairman or his ICT experts mention the word "SYNCHRONIZATION", all they kept saying was that as soon as the BVAS captures your fingerprint or face, it will be immediately be sent to the INEC server at real time. When the issue of network Coverage was raised, he said it will be automatically uploaded or add once the BVAS machine surfaces wherever there's network access.

Synchronization as postulated by INEC and PDP in Osun at the tribunal is a fraud. It was imported to mislead the judges. The coronary to this is that, somebody somewhere is trying to cover the tracks of over voting as reported by the BVAS document generated by INEC itself on July 26th. How on earth do you explain that synchronization of BVAS machines used for July 16th election was completed on August 22nd, 39days after the conduct of election.

A question to ask is that, in accordance to the electoral act 2022 as amended, S65 SS4 & 5, which figure of Accredited voters was used by the State returning officer to declare Ademola Adeleke. To buttress this, as at 4pm on election day, on INEC website, total number of accredited voters were displayed on INEC iRev and election result app, but when it was 7:36pm when votes announced was greater than accredited voters, the site was pulled down.

More than obvious, it is evidently clear that over voting took place in 744 polling units. If going by the documentary and oral evidences of the petitioner, it is apt and safe to say that Gboyega Oyetola is coming back to govern osun state once again. This is the gospel truth
The information you provided here is very important.

Like now, how long would it take to fully synchronise the BVAS ACCREDITATION DETAILS of the Presidential Election, so that it can be ready to be published as a “Fully-Synchronised BVAS-Report”.??

According to Atiku Abubakar..
It will be dangerous for Nigeria to relinquish their future to a greenhorn or the national leader of the same party that brought us to this very sorry situation. #AtikuAtNESG

I read the story on the links you dropped — the BVAS are working just fine.

Some polling unit officers (PO) decided to record more voters THAN the number inside the BVAS machines.
This rigging was done inside form EC8 NOT in the BVAS machine.
Because INEC was using form EC8 to calculate election results.

What INEC should do is disregard form EC8 COMPLETELY and ONLY work with the numbers sent in from the BVAS machines.

Anyway let's all go out and massively Vote Labour Party — Peter Obi for president grin
Thanks so much for your explanations.

At least, you tried to explain things better for me.

ogeni you are the one to shut up. Stop trying to deceive people by posting fake claims. The BVAS has no known error.

You're just afraid that it won't work in your favor.

I was an adhoc staff in that Osun election. APO 2 for that matter, I handled the machine and I can bodly say we didn't encounter any error from it.
After the Osun Election Tribunal Judgement, I will bring your attention to all the relevant paragraphs, so that you can explain things for me better

banjul01:
In your write up, you said PO do not have access to the accredited voters until after election. This is a lie. I handled BVAS during last Osun election. As the election was going on in my unit, I was comparing the accredited voters on the machine with the voters register until the voting ended.
Therefore, PO and all the polling officials have access to the accredited voters by the BVAS even before the end of election.
If you read my write-up very well....

I was suggesting to INEC to keep that particular information hidden in future elections, and thus, such information should be kept away from everyone, including the POs.

So, are we not saying the same thing??

I would even advise Peter-Obi to watch out for those Vampires that called themselves politicians..
Once they start entering Labour Party in their droves (unto say: “Labour Party is now the new structure”), then, he should leave Labour Party for them, and join another smaller party..

What is very clear without any iota of doubt is that LP is a regional party. This is a man that was a gubernatorial candidate of PDP. He was a strong force in Anambra PDP, now he is saying this as if he was a saint. From what I see, the SE has an agenda to seize power through the backdoor.
After February 2023,, we can revisit the Regional Party Talks All Over again.

As for the second part of your submission,, you left the message and was attacking the messenger.
That he was the PDP Guber Candidate in Anambra State, what has it to do with the issues he talked about.??

SO NOW, WHO ACTUALLY ARE THESE “OBIDIENTS” WE ARE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT.??

1. In Those Earlier Days, “Obidients” were those Frustrated Nigerians who can break peoples heads due to their frustration. They were more frustrated than they loved Nigeria (or even the extent they loved Peter Obi himself). (Surely, they were actually toxic in those days)

2. Some times later, “Obidients” became those who wanted a better Nigeria, (especially through Peter Obi).

3. In these past recent days, “Obidients” are those persons who had made up their minds to join in “Evangelising” other people to join in wanting a better Nigeria through Peter Obi.

4. In the Near future, “Obidients” are going to be all those persons who voted for PETER OBI.

5. Ultimately, “Obidients” would become “The Whole Of Nigerians”.

Politics / Re: 2023 Election: It Is Getting Too Late For PDP - Adem30 by tk4radi: 8:42am On Jan 16, 2023
adem30:
People either not paying attention to the real issues during the campaign or are delebrately
ignoring the facts.
Things are not well with PDP and almost everything is working in favour of Tinubu.

These facts need to be notice and work upon before many people becomes media Bandits after the election.

1. APC is the rulling party which controls most of the major states with high voting capacity

2. PDP crisis seems not resolvable with the G5 governors

3. Peter Obi factor. Despite that Obi stand no chance to win neither to come second, but he is having a huge negative impact on PDP who will surely comes second at the poll. Because SE is a major region where PDP gets bulk votes, if eventually Obi has impact over SE and slash the bulk votes coming from SE, this is a huge blow for PDP. Plus the sympathy votes that PDP used to get from those who delebrately hates anything APC might be going going in Obi direction.

4. APC are in good order, all those matter most with electoral value are on same page with Tinubu.
APC campaign strategies are superb where you see different campaigns going on across the country, from Women wing to Youth wing. Seems PDP women and Youth wings are not even functioning when you compare them with what Dr. Edu and Dayo Isreal are doing for APC. I am not sure if I really know who PDP women leader and Youth Leader is

5. Tinubu is busy meeting with different stake holders within the party and private sectors but seems the oppositions are not learning from the strategies apart from catching Cruse on social media.

6. I rember in the 2019 election both Kwankwaso and Obi worked for PDP yet they lost, what's the fate of PDP without these two with the unrepentant G5 governors.

PDP should wake up, it's getting too late already, Nigeria deserves a proper opposition, what PDP is presenting is making the coming election a walkover for the rulling party
You're analysis has an APC Bias inside it.

It's not balanced.

So, you have ended up saying something that is not straight-forward

For how long will he say it.??
That he would use the CARROTS-AND-STICKS approach...

That he will call all of the so-called agitators to the table (whether they are from the North or from the South), and find out the root-causes of their agitations, and see ways to pacify them and get them to stop their violent agitations..

And if they continue, (or if they refused to voice out their true intentions), then he would see them as criminals and DEAL WITH THEM DECISIVELY..

Peter Obi said that the only Biafra he Knew was the One that was announced by Ojukwu,, which stopped existing after the Civil War.
And to the bast of his knowledge, there is nothing like Biafra again after that.

And true to his words, he meant what he said.
That was why he doesn't even know anything about MASSOB, IPOB, PILOTERS, ESN and what-have-you...
So, why would you expect Peter-Obi to be saying things about what he doesn't care to know anything about.?

He sees all of them as agitators who are seeking some form of redress for their grievances from the FG, and they were denied of the opportunity to communicate their grievances across
