There is this girl in my life, she will be 21 this coming October and she loves me a lot. In fact, she is my chosen one among my girlfriends.

I was the guy that deflowered her. I have dated her 4 years now. When we started, she was so pretty, radiant and elegant, all these qualities laced with good manners - despite her beauty, great intelligence and culinary skills. Considering all this qualities, I decided to promise her marriage for I truly love her; knowing full well that her type is rare. Furthermore, before now; she was my exclusive reserve for matrimony(marriage), such that I don't see any succedaneum(substitute) to her - even though I do date several other ladies - but I have no meaningful plan for them except this gal.

Unfortunately, this my gal has decide to let loose her body, she doesn't watch over her weight, such that she is no longer as curvy, elegant and 8-figured as she used to be, though she is tall - a few inches or 2 inches to 6ft. In fact, she is now as fat as whatever description you may be cogitating within your mind. That fatness is gradually eating up her killer curves, I have sat her down severally to talk through this issue severally; I reminded her that as a medical student(4LV med.& surg.), she should be in a better position to know any means possible to apply in order to loose weight. She insisted that she has been trying her best to shed down but to no avail, and was even crying.

Please guys! What do I do now? I hate plus size ladies aka OROGBO, and can never marry one. Should I completely ditch her for good, even though I still love her deeply? I need an advice.

Na wa o. This post must have touched raw nerves. i am seeing so many people with very old profiles commenting for the first time. My take on the matter is that "Nothing is impossible".

Sometimes it may take the collaboration of the architect and engineer to make "the impossible" happen. Working in silos can't help in breaking new grounds.

Do you have an office in Lagos? I see only foreign numbers. How can one guarantee delivery/performance?

People in diaspora and elsewhee should take note cos i have seen some threads dissing every nairaland builder without seeing a need to separate wheat from chaff. I am a banker who will like to leave the industry within the next two years. After a lot of soul searching and reading up stuff, i favour Agriculture as the next step....a Plan B for now but to become Plan A shortly.

The only problem is that i have never been involved in Agric all my life except as a consumer. How do i get into a niche in this vast industry and be successful in it?

Anybody with experience to share? And you need not have become wildly successful in your venture yet because to me there are valuable lessons in every experience, even in failing.

I hope it is not somebody's building site you have taken pictures of and come to post here. Your activites in NL so far shows you are a fraud.

On my plan by Darynex, I will be using a single barn door in the kitchen.

If you really want to plan, you can just download SketchUp and build your exact model like I did for mine.

This will let you play around with space and stuff. Since your's is elevated then you have greater opportiunity to shift non load bearing wall.

The steps seems overly grand for such a small structure. Consider a single flight or spiral staircase. You can also cantilever out about 2 feet from each side and get a little bit more space on the second floor.

Depending on the situation on the lot you may want to add a small cantilever balcony.

Yes...for reasons stated by Abdulwastecx, those recommendations, which i agree with by the way, will become more costly to implement. The fully detached garage had already been built and decked, to prevent break in and vandalization of vehicles which may be parked there unused and untended for months. This idea is fortuitous, as the one bedroom can now be used as accommodation for a caretaker and still leave a lot of green space in the compound. I love green spaces.

You are on point! With limited space for swing doors, i am sure those barn doors i saw on this thread earlier will come in handy. I figure at best one swing door and one barn door will work. Got to figure out how to position it so that the entrance won't have to be through the kitchen.

Thanks for your interest and sorry for late response i was on night duty. For Mercedes benz B180 2010 Model with 192,000 Mileage the landing cost without clearing is 3.1 Million. but you can get B200 for 3 Million. While the landing cost for GLK 350 is 7,5 Million 49,000 Mileage.

Am open for any discussion just know that i just started this business i welcome any idea and constructive criticism, am leraning very fast and i have good contacts of these Turkish guys here who are big car dealers.
