There will be a one for one share exchange i.e. one share in GTBank will be changed for one share in the Holdco. The bank will be split into three - GT Nigeria, GT East Africa and GT West Africa. Also expected on board before HoldCo goes live in Q1 2021 are an asset management company, a PFA and a payment company. Due diligence is currently ongoing on an entity that has asset management and PFA. They will apply for licence for a payment company next week.
