Oh that's quite low but a good SOP and if he has work experience in his desired field can put him through.

Has he thought of PgD and perhaps BSc 2nd degree option in Computer Science? Those are another option too.

Success!

An Applicant who is already heart broken @Deedyvn sends an enquiry regarding her application and instead to proffer solutions to her timeline request we are here exchanging batters on ordering GCMS note and no word on her enquiries except @agbons101.

Please let's drop the arguments and help her out. Gurus in the house please step-in.

July 20th Applicant:

So I decided to send a mail to Lagos and London offices to enquire about my application and Lagos office responded with this:

Good day,

We write in reply to your enquiry

As indicated on our website, the processing times provided are based on how long it took to process 80% of all applications during that time period and are subject to change. As these processing times refer to 80% of applications, some applications will fall outside of these timeframes. In addition, as they are an average, there will be some fluctuations in processing times at peak periods during the course of the year.

That being said, please be assured that these applications have been received and are currently in active process and we are making every effort to complete processing as expeditiously as possible. As soon as processing is completed we will contact the applicants.

If the applicants are no longer interested in visiting Canada, please have them inform our office in writing that they wish to withdraw their applications. As processing of their applications has already commenced, a processing fee refund would not be applicable

Kind Regards,
.................

MAY THIS ENDS IN PRAISE. AMEN

Please when your medical request dropped, did you also get an email update?

I am kind of tired checking on my CIC account every now and then but I have notifications for all new emails which naturally draw my attention to them.

@Goingforward
Who is the dower of this great thing? - JESUS.

The hands who have done this will do for all the hopefuls that are patiently and faithfully waiting in Him.

What He has done for one, He has done for all. This great deed will be witnessed in our own applications. We will overcome by the testimonies of our mouths.

Congratulations @goingforward. God be praised!

@DanielIUC

Please check a page (or 2) back. Schools for PGDs were mentioned including MUN and others.

Goodluck
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Tnablack(f): 10:57am On Sep 14, 2018
@DanielIUC

If you want your application to fly, go for a PGD. Diploma is no progression for one who have already obtained a degree. Getting the admission is not usually the issue but convincing the VO.

This is my opinion. The decision is yours to make and its solely up to you.

TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Tnablack(f): 11:58am On Sep 12, 2018
@ jnyuwa02,
Good to see you bro most importantly that you are well.

Your labour will not be in vain. Everything will be in your favour and the Lord will honour you in due season.

While you pray, please continue your charity/selfless works you been doing for others here. Forget the attacks, remember, the bigger the crown- the bigger the cross.

@Frankribbn1 please be back too already. We have missed your contributions. The threads been dry. You guys made me active here after being a silent reader for so long and your contributions made me keep coming back even if they weren't for me but I knew I could need them someday to help others.
Please can you atleast say an hello! God bless you bro!
.....................................................................................

Nothing, 5 more days to resumption. I have sent two emails to London and Lagos this morning highlighting them of the urgency of the situation. I stay expectant. Thanks for checking in.
TravelRe: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Tnablack(f): 11:47am On Sep 12, 2018
@henricson

I contacted my account officer who helped me out after several declined transactions. He enabled my GTBank Master card for international payment.

It didn't work with my savings so I had to moved my money to my current account and it went thru. Make sure you have up to N80k in the account.

You can go to your bank or do it online. To get your account officer number, Log on to your online banking e.g www.gtbank.com, input your details, check for account officers and call any of them.

You should get thru in 30mins with their help and guidance.
