Once your document got to uni-assist before the deadline wich is 15 Jan. Your good to go my dear.
If your document got to uni-assist 14 or 15 Jan. You will get admission as far as you send all the required documents to uni-assist before 15th Jan. Uni-assist got my documents on 28th of last month and deadline is 30th. I got admission today.

You don't have any business with the time uni-assist take for evaluation. Your business is deadline.

(It's better your collect it by hand or have them forward it to any organization you know u can get it from them. So u can notarize as many copies and apply to as many schools

Gm All, But honestly speaking, Whats really going on? So many May/June/July applicants have not gotten any updates on their applications and we are going into the second week of December, by the 3rd week this cic people will start going for Winter break and will probably resume by next year which means most of the May/June/July applicants wont resume this January again after deferring their admission from September. Is it that these VOs are intentionally not responding to Nigeria applicants that applied between May to July? Cos as we all know September, October and November Applicants are already getting Updates. I was thinking all along that this Study Permit stuff is a First come first serve tingy, but with what is happening now, that is not the case at all. Its really frustrating and annoying waiting this long, sending them several mails and up till this moment no updates of any kind, Its not that my life is tied to this Canada stuff cos I am working full time (Which is big distraction from all this rubbish wait) but i just had to say this cos its really getting out of hand and nobody is doing anything about it, they (CIC) are not even telling us anything about why their is delay in the MAY/JUNE/ JULY applications. All I know is that this people(CIC) should just compensate every applicant that have waited over 5 Months with an approval, cos thats the only genuine thing that can make us feel very great. Been pregnant even before medicals is done, won’t stand against your visa chances. Trying to conceal your pregnancy is what will stand negatively in the way of obtaining your visa. All pregnant people should disclose their status during medicals because X-ray can harm unborn fetus. As far as you have money to take care of your expenses in Canada and show that you have ties that will induce your return to Nigeria, been pregnant is not a qualms. You can get covered for insurance for yourself and your baby cheaper than normal if you obtain health insurance through your school. I speak from experience of a woman I met here on this forum. While her application was pending, before medicals, she became pregnant. She thought of concealing it, but I told her not a good idea. We worked on her SOP addressing such pregnancy issue and the financial obligation she has made to take care of herself and her baby through the school insurance policy. CIC didn’t see it as a qualms and approved her. She enetered Canada about 4 months pregnant and was not asked any questions at POE. Her story is not unique. Many pregnant people get approved if they can prove the bonafides of their studies plan and return to Nigeria.

I just got medical request on November 30 but I have a challenge as regard to this. l am visibly pregnant and cannot be exposed to X-ray. Secondly I have tried to book an appointment with the approved physician and they said the next available date is February 2019. Please I need to request for extension from CIC. How do I contact them?

I will advise that you first get your login details from the educational agency, change password and have sole access to your account.

Write the school of your interest to reapply for your study permit ad demand for a deferment.

Let them know you are solely responsible for any transaction with them and your services with your representative and 3rd party has been withdrawn.

I will advice you share your timeline and handle your application by yourself this time, addressed the refusal concerns raised by the VO if you have got no time to order for your GCMS note and preferably go for paper route if you still want to meet up with Winter session.

Good day house . I know it’s feels so hurting and heartbreaking to say. My application was made since July, Medicals done and passed , Documents were also upoaded and submitted by the Education Agency that handled my application. My sponsor SOA contained over 100MILLION Naira at the time it was submitted. Today I got a mail that has devasted me after waiting patiently for months since July via online route. I waited for more than 12weeks
I feel so down and heartbroken house . Please I need someone to tell me how to go about this and what to do as as I am demoralized. What is the next step. What do I do should I re-apply through the same education Agency. Or should I apply for Refund of the part of the Tuition fee Which I had paid the the school through my bank.
