I asked someone in FCTA why they will site a pedestrian Bridge in the middle of nowhere while it is needed further down the road close to a junction or a bus stop. He said the bridges are sited based on measurement That it has been calculated in the master plan that a pedestrian bridge will be sited in particular places .

They have been building a pedestrian bridge opposite the garki police division opposite the cemetery that would be useless to anyone if they manage to complete it in 10 years time.unless they are telling us the people in the cemetery need to cross the road every now and then
