Apple created iPads, ipods, iPhones. Samsung created Samsung galaxy, and other mid range phones. God created Blacks, whites, Asians etc. Everything has a beginning. Why should Samsung have s6 and note 5 or even have a pad. You dont know, right? because you don't work for the company. Maybe they built those phones so they can show the world that they are creative and intelligent but you can never know the real/main reason unless you are part of the workforce. God created blacks, asians, whites for reasons you don't know. They are not evidences of the big bang. Seun

Seun, how did water come to be? the monkeys or animals that evolved, how did they come to be? How come no animal has evolved in the past 3-4000 years that life has been documented, do you walk, look, and eat like a monkey? You believe there is no God which there certainly is, How come you believe evolution which was never showed in 3d. How life came to be is a mystery which no one has ever witnessed or has full understanding of. Human created computers, if an idiot tells you computer evolved from phones, then who created phones. Everything has a beginning and that beginning is God. I have seen miracles happen, prophesy fulfilled, witnessed being the under the annointing, if this pastors dont see things, no body will go to churches. I believe there is a supreme one, ponder and re-reason. You probably read your bible without the holy spirit guidance.

Extremely Out of Point. OBJ and GEJ also went to international meetings. He could be represented at those events. Sai Baba for Foreign Meetings and Osinbaba for Party/outings. Even a Company CEO cant attend all meetings. He would be represented at some talkless of a Country Overseer.

Hey, your opinion is false. The only reason for the high exchange rate is because of the high rate of importation. In Nigeria, we import everything. As little as Papers, tooth-pick. The Dollar will keep rising until the common man resumes back to the production of clothes, tooth-picks, palm oil etc and Our refineries. The Indomitable Okonjo-Iwela talked about this but you blinded Apc followers never paid attention to this. Ask Emefiele when you See Him.

Romance / Re: The Bitter Truth For Guys Trying To Maintain Distant Relationships by tobeetoe(m): 9:31am On Oct 21, 2015
Rapmoney:
Have you ever dipped your fingers in a pot of Melon Soup (Egusi) without heating or getting it refrigerated? The next day, be sure that your soup will become sour!!! This is possibly what could become of your relationship and emotional feelings when 'distance' is involved, especially, when this 'distance' is not handled with enough maturity!

I personally think it is basically foolish trying to maintain distant relationships when the two persons involve do no wish to get married or are not ready to settle down as husband and wife within the shortest possible time! If your girlfriend lives in Uyo and you live in Akure, the burden and regular emotional pains that distant relationships bring could be better tamed if both of you would be tying the knot as soon as possible. On the other hand, in a situation where both of you are still confused on the future of the relationship or there are no serious plans for marriage on ground, you could both be deceiving yourselves while living in constant emotional torture!!! wink

'Love', no matter how fake it is, grows when the persons that are involved are physically present with each other to ignite the ingredients of romance in the relationship. When romance leaves through the door in a relationship, affection, care and attention are definitely going to leave through the windows! 'Love' would become a mirage and relationship would be recklessly abandoned and forgotten!

As partners, doing things together such as going to the cinema, shopping, strolling and holding hands in the park, watching movies together at home, cracking jokes and seeing the smiles on the faces of each other go a long way in boosting romance cool. On the contrary, these things are not present in distant affairs! Relationship needs physical body contact, if truth be told. That's the easiest way to reduce unnecessary tension, jealousy, accusations and counter-accusations, constant cheating and lying and all other funny things that go along with distant affairs!!!

In this world that we live in, where materialism and sex are fast becoming the foundations of most relationships, you should sincerely think about it...whether the one you romantically call 'your love' is fervently sincere with you too cool. I mean, phone calls and chats are just so boring and useless without physical contact!!!

I am not a misogynist and has never been but experiences and observations have clearly shown that ladies cheat more in distant relationships because they are more prone to romantic pressures from other men; some may be carried away by materialism and the pressure to have sex!!! This explains why you may be in Warri, happy that you have a loving girlfriend that lives in Lagos, not knowing that one sharp banker with slick tongue and posh car is banging her in and out! In no time, her care and attention for you would decrease; she would call and text lesser and discussions on phone would become so boring! You should know it is almost coming to an end! wink. If you don't have any plans of getting married soonest, don't waste your time on distant affairs! I would even suggest you use the money you spend on regular, boring and long phone calls on online betting because you cold be wasting your resources on a girl someone else is 'eating' cool

Distant relationship is full of pains, lies, emotional trauma, unnecessary troubles, jealousy and fear all occassioned by lack of physical presence!
Stale. Ok, what if the guy lives in the US and the lady does reside in Nigeria and vice versa. What do you make of it? You got some points right but ended wack.
Religion / Re: 5 Reasons Why Pastors Do Not Need Private Jets by tobeetoe(m): 9:00pm On Sep 20, 2015
AllNaijaBlogger:
With owning private jets being the new trend for Nigerian pastors at the moment, I keep wondering whether Jesus would agree to have one if He were in the shoes of these same pastors today. Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, Bishop David Oyedepo, Enoch Adeboye and Pastor T.B. Joshua are Nigerian pastors reported to have private jets.

As a christian who believes a lot in humility, I disagree with the ownership of such luxurious vessels in the name of evangelism. Here are the reasons why I feel that private jets are not necessary for christian leaders;

1) Diplomats and International business executives manage travelling a lot without it; there are many jobs that require a lot of travel such as being a diplomat or an international aid worker or a top level executive of an international firm. A lot of people travel frequently and globally as part of their job without the aid of a private jet and so, why can’t pastors do the same? Some of the rich business executives probably travel more than these pastors. Even the pope doesn’t own a private jet, and he is responsible for all catholic churches across the world! Honestly, it is hard to muster up an excuse for a pastor’s private jet when even the pope doesn’t own one.

2) Private jets actually hamper evangelism by consuming more time, effort and money than a commercial flight; The time and effort needed to maintain a private jet and keep it running is ridiculous when one considers the fact that a commercial flight is a far cheaper and less tedious service to use for global evangelism. As a private jet owner, you will have to think about numerous issues such as the pilot’s fees and demands, the scheduling of the maintenance or repairs of the plane, and also the international restrictions/laws regarding the flight of the private jet. This means that a private jet owner will have less time to think about preaching the word of God because of all the time and effort spent on the private jet’s issues. A first class commercial flight will only involve buying your ticket online, checking in and then going early for your flight- isn’t that just easier?

3) Jesus rode on donkeys and not on chariots; horses and chariots were the highest level of transport in biblical times but Jesus chose to humbly enter the city of Jerusalem with a donkey in what we know as the triumphal entry in the New Testament. Conversely, we have pastors riding on the highest levels of transports in the form of private jets that reeks of the very materialism that Jesus speaks against in Matthew 6;24.

4) Private jets are bad for the Nigerian economy; private jets and planes in general are not manufactured in Nigeria and so, a lot of the repairs and maintenance will require importation of labour and spare parts from countries like the USA or Canada. This also means that lot of transactions will be done in thousands of Dollars, rather than our local Naira. One can imagine the exorbitant cost to the Nigerian private jet owner if he or she has to pay the pilots, technicians and mechanics in Dollars given that the exchange rate doesn’t favour the Naira. Should a church really contribute to this leakage to our economy?

5) Private jets do not help the image of Nigerian leaders; one has to consider the bad image our Nigerian leaders have in the eyes of the foreign press- flamboyant and corrupt people who care little for the suffering of their impoverished masses. A pastor owning a private jet worth millions of dollars while many of his church members struggle to survive everyday is not going to help such an image. Whatever happened to the John the Baptist type of preachers who lived a chaste life not corrupted by the illusions of vanity? I think some of our religious leaders should learn from Jose Mujica, a man who chose a simple life despite wielding so much power and influence as the president of Uruguay.

Ok. There is this girl am so into.
I met in a Church, of which I attended for the first time. I did some kind of research and got her FB. Where I collected her num. We talked and talked and it was glaring that I was in love. I did the needful and hinted her up by wooing her. She declined saying she's engaged and taken. I was a bit selfish(don't criticize me for that) and was still going on with my plans just to show care and hoping whenever her man goes wrong I will be the next in line. I did that for two months but she insisted that I shouldn't wait for her and find someone else.Since I met her in the church and fell in love almost at first sight. I still continued thinking it was divine. Soon I got tired of the whole situation and just gave up but still maintained a mutual relationship with her. Moved on, got a girl but she was still in my very small heart which selects who it wants there. After some very long months I broke up with the new girl and was single. Forgetting both girls but had their num.
Then, on the first day of this month the girl I talked about which still remained in me messaged me with 'Hey'. was shocked and did the messaging and some teasing saying it was probably my Sunday prayers that made her message me. After some talks I gave up the chat. Another day, I just told her. Hey you, change your dp. Want to see your face. She did and I did the usual comment every girl aspires for.
Then after some talks again I asked How her Big daddy was. She was blunt cos am this sort of guy who believes in word play.
I later told her, I meant her bf and she said he is fine. I said. Is he off the hook? She said No. I was actually expecting that. But for confirmation I asked, You still together. She Said No. Thought she was drunk or something. Said. You mean you no more together. She said Yea. That they have both retired. I smiled but wasn't interested in dating her since I had finished my ND and she now school in Babcock. I asked "How is the new guy" ,She said no new guy oooh. Hmm I thought with something in me saying. Tobeetoe, what's up?. I ignored the self-talker in me and did some chats all through. Of which we ended the chats with some proper Goodnight. She liked me back then but I guess her bf was the issue.
The night we ended our chat. The Boss couldn't sleep. All matter of thoughts came whether or not I should re-open the 2014 case. Do you guys think I should go on with wooing her again? or I should let her find some love elsewhere?.
Note: I really like/love this girl. I regard her as my first love cos I was so obsessed about her. Talk about this. Sorry for the boring story!!

Politics / How Former President, Goodluck Jonathan Publicly Declared His Assets. by tobeetoe(m): 6:57pm On Sep 06, 2015
This got me. So....

Suddenly, all the ignorant, amnesiac, tribalistic and godless supporters of a monumentally corrupt, tribalistic, despotic, and educationally deficient President Muhammadu Buhari, who had crawled into their hiding places in shame as a result of the numerous gaffes, denials of campaign promises, as well as incompetent and tribalistic appointments by their principal in the past one month, are now shamelessly crawling out of their holes to hail and defend Buhari’s continuing campaign of hypocrisy, deceit and debauchery in the name of assets declaration.
As I have said over and over again on my Facebook page, the only persons whose IQ is lower than that of President Buhari are his supporters. All the supporters of Buhari are so brazenly lazy, sloppy, unintelligent, dishonest, and incapable of logical reasoning that we must credit Muhammadu Buhari for his ability to swiftly convert so many of his fellow citizens to unthinking morons in such a short time.
Consider this. Whenever there is an attempt by decent Nigerians to hold President Buhari to account concerning his plethora of botched campaign promises, dithering and denials, all that a typically tribalistic All Progressives Congress (APC) sympathiser does is to swiftly attempt to change the subject by converting the discourse to one about former President Jonathan.
In the matter of Buhari’s ‘declaration of assets’, the issues are simple and straightforward, contrary to the obfuscation of the APC online bandits.
First, the Constitution does NOT mandate any public officer to PUBLICLY declare his assets. The Constitution enjoins him to do so at the Code of Conduct Bureau(CCB). Public declaration of assets is a personal choice.
Dr. Goodluck Jonathan did not at any time promise to PUBLICLY declare his assets. Only Umar Musa Yar’ Adua and, hypocritically, as it has now turned out, Muhammadu Buhari promised to do so publicly too.
Whereas Yar’ Adua did so genuinely, honestly and satisfactorily, Buhari has persisted in his well known hypocritical posturing of lies, corruption and denials, utterly humiliating his tribalistic supporters who are predominantly the Tinubu loyalists in the South West and those with a religious fundamentalist outlook in the North.
Now, although Dr. Jonathan never at anytime promised to make his assets declaration public, he nevertheless, as a result of pressure from Nigerians after Yar’Adua’s own honest and genuine declaration in 2007, did indeed make public his own honest and genuine assets declaration.
As Vice President, Goodluck Jonathan bowed to public pressure and declared his assets PUBLICLY.
The assets which were made public by the senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Public Affairs, Ima Niboro, indicated that the value of the Vice President’s total assets and cash in banks stood at N295,304,420.
This is about N561,148,472 less than the assets declared by President Umaru Yar’Adua, who declared his total assets to be at the value of N856,452,892.
In the assets declaration made public, it indicated that Jonathan submitted his assets declaration before Justice Muktar Dodo of the Abuja High Court on the 30th of May 2007, a day after the oath of office and oath of allegiance was administered on him.
A breakdown of Jonathan’s assets indicated that he had four buildings located in Yenegoa, Abuja, and his home town in Bayelsa.
Dr. Jonathan said he owns a five bedroom duplex in Gwarimpa II, Abuja which was acquired in 2003 through loan and is valued at N24,990,000 while another seven bedroom duplex, which he described as village personal home is located at Otuoke in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa state. It was valued at the cost of N18,000,000 and was acquired through savings and gifts in kind.
The last of the Jonathan’s residential buildings are the four bedroom duplex acquired in 2003 through savings and gift in kind in the Kpansia area of Yenegoa. The value of the building, he said was N15,000,000. The last building is the extended family house in Yenegoa which he said is a four flat storey building acquired between 2003 and 2007 through savings. The value of the property is put at N10,000,000.
Under vacant and undeveloped plots, Jonathan stated as follows: 1032.50 square meter of land located at Onopa Yenegoa and valued at N3,098,000.00. Plot 2C, 374 low density area, Yenegoa, allocated by the Bayelsa State Government and valued at N150,000. 2760.00 square meter plot at Cadastral Zone BO2, Durumi, Abuja allocated by the Federal Capital Development Authority and valued at N5,578,540.
One parcel of farm land at Otuoke, Ogbia acquired through inheritance and estimated at the value of N50,000,000.
A plot at the Medium Density Area in Yenegoa allocated by the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing, the value of which he said is N1,550,000.00. Plot 29, low density Area Plot in Yenegoa allocated by the Bayelsa State Government the value of which is put at N4,908,000. While the last undeveloped plot owned by the vice president is plot 2246 Cadastral Zone A06, Abuja the value of which he put at N4,800,000. It was allocated by the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA.
Jonathan’s investment in stocks which was being managed by City Code Investment Company are as follows:
S/No Name of Stock Number Of Shares Value As At 5/25/07
1. CADBURY PLC 8,666 N264,313
2. FLOUR MILLS PLC 8,466 N635,119.32
3. GUINESS NIG. PLC 6,395 N796,177.50
4. UNILEVER 18,750 N337,500
5. UNION BANK OF NIG. PLC 23,466 N727,446
6. FIDELITY BANK PLC 33,333 N296,663.70
7. UBA PLC 180,000 N6,838,200
8. ACCESS BANK PLC 84,656 N1,635,553.92
9. CADBURY PLC 2,500 N76,250
10. UNION BANK PLC 716,109 N22,199,379
11. FIRST BANK PLC 20,000 N808,000
12. FLOUR MILLS PLC 13,333 N1,000,241.66
13. NIGERIAN BREWERIES PLC 10,000 N363,000
14. BANK PHB PLC 866,666 N24,959,980.80
15. OANDO 15,125 N1,134,375
TOTAL= 2,007,465 N62,072,200
Other investments include 4 nos passenger boats for hiring which was valued at N5,260,000. While the total cash in Nigerian banks being personal saving of salaries/allowances and income from his investments stood at N58,984,123.
Jonathan’s household utensils including generators, a BMW car valued at N15,800,000, which he said was a gift; air conditioners, furniture, electronics and kitchen utensils are valued at N41,800,000.
Now, everyone, except the godlessly, tribalistic, and moronic supporters of Buhari, can see that this assets declaration is as detailed, as honest and as genuine as they come.
This is not a manipulated list of some of the belongings of a tribalistic and hypocritical former military despotic ruler, who publicly claimed to have only million Naira in his account as at last January but now has N30 million.
It is not the assets declaration of a former petroleum minister who owns houses in Kaduna, Daura, Kano, Abuja and, wait for it, Port Harcourt, but claims that they are all worth only N30 million, when even a child knows that a house of that calibre in Kaduna alone is worth three times that.
Buhari’s attempts to hoodwink Nigerians with this non-asset declaration indicates that he has something to hide. There is something about his wealth he doesn’t want Nigerians to know. It could very well indicate that he is corrupt and has no moral standing to prosecute a genuine anti-corruption war in Nigeria.
Buhari needs to ‘free us’ – he should pull the curtains and end this loathsome show.

I am sure you were expecting I climb down on a woman who is obviously "meeting her target" in the Nigerian situation.Colleagues sleeping with thier bosses ain't a new thing in organisations including the church. Its a moral decadence that will continue to remain in a society where superiors do whatever they like and get away with it.Being at the centre of such will only get him in trouble, a wise guy will stay away and mind his job.

For a guy, I think he should desist from checking a woman's phone.Even my ex boyfriend don't dare go to my hand bag, it cost us our relationship. This gurl is wrong, but again seriously she is a single lady who have the entire right to make her own choices. Is the boss also not wrong for destroying his major role as manager, who is tasked with the role of promoting and influencing good employees etiquette? What about the lover boy? Going through a woman's phone when she ain't around to give you access to it is what I call "gbefila".From sending pictures, he went as far as reading whatsapp conversations. What nonsense!

2.For all direct entries candidates...during the interview, was when u guys where considered for admission...the college sec was secretly written Q(qualified),NQ(not qualified),P(pending) in front of u guys DE NO....for example Ejigbo for instance I was opportune to be in the hall where the ORAl screening was conducted of all 15 candidate who took the oral interview only 12 where admitted...while the remaining 3 have NQ ...

3.First list would be out in abt 2weeks from now on or before sept 10..

4. 85% of all DE candidate would not be admitted on the 1st list...but would defiantly find themselves in the SUPLIMENTRY LIST.(When u didn't see ur name on the 1st list don't panic).

Education / Re: How Do You Read To Understand? by tobeetoe(m): 6:45pm On Aug 06, 2015
misssclassy:
Well, there are a lot of factors to put into consideration as regards this issue of reading to understand.

First of all one has to decide to want to read. You can't do anything well if you are forced to do that thing or you feel that thing is something you 'must' do, so you just have to do it.
It's the same way with reading. You first of all have to develop the desire to read. The desire to get the knowledge that the particular book or course you want to read is offering.
The truth is if you don't desire to read, you will never understand as you supposed to.

Another thing one should take into consideration is the environment you want to read in.
Some people like to read in quite environments, some like to read in noisy environments. Some like to read while listening to soft or loud music. Some like to read while munching a snack, or biscuit or sipping from their favorite drinks.
Some like to read with a friend and have chit chats in between the reading exercise.
As for me, I can only understand in a quite environment. One where I am alone and there is no noise.
I also like to walking around while I am memorizing(craming). It helps me grasp it faster.
I am someone who thinks on her feet, so when I am memorizing a passage of a book, I prefer to walk around.

I also like to jot down as I write. Before I read a course, I get a 60/80 leaves exercise book and I draw a thin like down the middle of each page.
So as I read each topic, I jot down some important points.
I have come to the realization that whenever I jot down anything while reading, I hardly forget.
In school, the lecturers normally gave us materials, both in soft and hard copy.
So when I am done jotting down those important points in this materials, the next time I read that subject or topic, I just go through what I have jotted down.

I also try to understand the ways lecturers set their questions. Some lecturers always follow a certain pattern when setting their exam and test questions.
Even in some courses, despite the lecturer handling that course, the method of setting the questions is always the same.
So if you know how these exam question are asked, you would know the pattern you would use in reading.
Some students just ignorantly read everything and they don't pay cognizance to some center key areas where the bulk of these questions are asked from.

Past questions are also important and surprisingly, they are always available.
When I get these past questions, I always use them as a guide as to how to read.
When I am done reading a course, I test myself with these past question to see if I have really covered the scheme and if I truly understand the course and to ascertain how ready I am for the exam.

Group reading is also essential. Is good to always have a group of friends you discuss a course with. It's not necessary you do it with them everyday but you pick a particular time maybe twice a week to read and discuss together.
One thing I have noticed is whatever I discuss any topic with my friends, I never forget it and I also understand it better.

Finally, one thing about this courses is that they are very volatile. So I always try to make sure at every point in time, I able to remember everything I have read.
The way I do this is that I get an exercise book, and from time to time, I try to replicate what I have read and memorized on the book. The more I do that, the more I tend not to forget what I read.

The time one reads is also important. In school, majority of students always read at night. In Uniben it's called Night class. One thing I noticed is that not everyone actually likes or knows how to read night but because their friends read at night, they decide to tag along.
I noticed that my brain is normally alert during the evenings and early in the morning.
So, I always read from 5- 7 in the morning and after classes in the evening all the way till 11-12pm.
Once it's 1am in the morning, my brain stops assimilating so at that time, I just go to my hostel and sleep.

I always read in classes or at the library. And it's not just any class. The way the class is lighted also affects the way I read and understand. I prefer classes that are well lighted.
I also like chewing gum when I read. It also helps me grasp faster, and I don't fall asleep easily.
And when I sit in the class, I always sit at the extreme of the chairs. If I sit in the middle, I just feel uncomfortable.

I also commit what I read into God's hand. He is the one that blessed me with the brain, so I always ask Him to help me understand better.
are you on first class?

President Buhari is a sharp person. He is not an academically inclined person or high intellectual, but he's clever enough to outperform his predecessor and do a decent job. The problem is his age. It finally caught up with him. Source: his youtube videos from 2011 and earlier.
Bro, Remember he is up against the Americans, They would certainly outsmart him/us.

Health / Re: Bowel Health: How Often Should You Poop? by tobeetoe(m): 6:24pm On Jul 09, 2015
naijagym:
There are two types of poopers in this world: Type A has their pooping down to a science. They go every day at the same time and usually (if they can help it) in the same toilet.

Then there's Type B. This group heeds nature's calls less frequently with no real ritual to its toilet habits. So, which of these two is the healthier option? Both.

It’s All Relative

Poop, or as it’s also known, feces, is actually around 75 percent water. According to the University of Massachusetts, the remaining parts are made from a mixture of dead bacteria that helped us to digest our food, living bacteria, protein, indigestible fiber, and waste materials from the liver and intestines.

Exactly how often you poop is relative to the individual. The average individual poops about once a day, releasing around one ounce of excrement per 12 pounds of body weight, meaning that a 160-pound person will produce just under a pound of poop a day.

Although once a day may be the average, that does not necessarily make it the norm. As reported by Live Science, gastroenterologists agree that anything in the range of three times a day to three times a week is normal as long as the feces is neither too hard nor too loose.

The frequency and amount that you poop is based on a combination of your personal dietary habits.

For example, it’s been said that Asians have far more frequent bowel movements than individuals in Western countries, such as the U.S.

Live Science reported that this difference in bathroom habits is an effect of the high-fiber diet favorited by many in the East.

Pooping is your body’s way to get rid of waste buildup, but some individuals have taken up colon cleansing in an effort to increase this toxin removal.

In actuality our body is perfectly equipped to rid itself of its own waste and colon cleansing does little, if any, good. Good bacteria in our digestive tract help us break down our foods and maintain homeostasis.

But when we colon cleanse, we also clean these necessary bacteria away. On top of this, colon cleansing can up your chances of seriously injuring your rectal muscles, and may even lead to a blood infection.

Regularly taking laxatives without a doctor's advice is also likely to cause similar long-term effects.

Time For Concern

The only time the frequency of your bathroom habits should cause you worry is if they suddenly change.

For example, if you go from pooping every other day to going twice a day you may need to be concerned.

The most common cause for a change in bathroom habits is a change in diet and lifestyle. For example, Everyday Health reported that most individuals find they are less consistent with their pooping on the weekends or on vacation, which is when they're probably less strict with their eating and exercising.

Menstruation can also cause irregularity in some women’s bathroom habits. Prostaglandins are hormones released by the female body to signal the beginning of the shedding of the uterus lining.

As reported by Popular Science, some women produce more prostaglandins than others, and the stray hormones may make it to the bowels.

Here, they have a similar effect but instead of stimulating the uterus to expel waste, they stimulate the bowel.

Progesterone, another hormone involved in the female menstrual cycle, can also influence a woman’s bowel movements, PopSci reported.

Low levels of progesterone can stimulate the bowels, which is why some women may get diarrhea right before their menstrual period.

Suddenly using the bathroom less frequently than normal may be a sign of something as minor as dietary and exercise changes or something more serious, such as irritable bowel disease or colorectal cancer.

Depression is also a common cause of constipation. If left unaddressed for too long, extreme constipation can lead to an impacted bowel — a treatable but extremely unpleasant health condition.

When it comes to bathroom habits, your own intuition should be the first reference you turn to. As long as your bathroom trips don't cause pain or discomfort you are most likely in the clear.

Your digestive system works all day and every day, so slight hiccups are to be expected. But if either constipation or diarrhea lasts for longer than weeks at a time, it may be time to seek medical assistance.
